I have been waiting for my shipment for more then 2 months. There are no updates and the company barely responds promptly when I do contact them, which is only on the Facebook messenger, since I am not able to find any email information. The quality of the 1 pair of shoes that I got was so cheap that I literally gave them away. I would absolutely recommend you save your money and time and go elsewhere.

Sent order number asking we're are all my items haven't responded to me they take your money then who cares how many times you write unless we all stop ordering maybe there will be a change they need us to stay I. Business please don't order from here you won't get your money back

I ordered and paid for some things almost 2 months ago,
I have received nothing, not my order, no refund, no explanation!.
ALSO, I had an order in my cart waiting until I saw the quality of my 1st order that never showed, they took it upon themselves to order it and tried to get in my bank account. Luckily I had just changed ATM cards, so they couldn't do it.
Then they had to audacity to ask me to update my credit card... can you imagine, so don't leave anything in your cart, they'll charge you.
ALSO, they have 2 customer service phone numbers... both of them are disconnected!

Cheap clothing... wear it once it falls apart... Sent items back after I never wore them... still waiting for my refund after 3 months... Never order from there... cant believe they are still in business... Monica

Ordered 5 dresses, 1 was out of stock and I never received my refund. Have tried to contact them multiple times. The dresses I did receive where VERY cheap quality - I will not wear them. I'll never order from there again and wish I had read the reviews before ordering.

I bought a cardigan, or so i thought. It was nothing like the image. I ordered a grey, long jacket similar to one from White Fox Boutique. Got a baby blue grandmother knitted piece of actual crap. Beyond upset. Also this is the same company called 'Chic me', they just changed the name because the other name got way to many bad reviews. Can't explain how upset i truly am. I really couldn't afford $50 as i'm a full time student, guess ill stick to my old jacket that has holes in it.

This is the most poor customer service I've ever received! I've asked to return item, and the agent keeps on denying me the opportunity to do so. She keeps on lying about giving me credit and coupons that never showed up! I only needed to return a simple shirt, and this is dragging out for months! Avoid at all costs!

The clothing I ordered was not the same quality shown in the pictures. Absolute garbage, so cheap I would be embarrassed to wear. The clothing also was misshapen and just terrible all around. Most of the clothes don't even have tags, total knock offs.

What they sent me is not what is shown on their website. Don't give them your personal banking information if you do decide to take a chance with them, then purchase a gift card and don't expect a return or a credit for your money, but at least they don't have access to your accounts.

This site is a fraud and they carry the cheapest crap. If you are unhappy with the product, they give you a hard time to return your money and at the end only give you back half of of what you spent on the crap that they send you. You do not receive the junk in the mail until two months after you order it. Please listen to me and don't buy anything from these people. You will regret it.

I bought what looked a gorgeous dress from this site for a special event and received something that looked like a undergarment slip, thrown together with inaccurate stitching and completely different to what I paid for. They refused to refund. Do NOT waste your money no matter how lovely the item you think you are looking at, they won't send that. Honestly STAY AWAY!

I ordered 5 dresses from them. The quality of the fabric was horrible; the fit was horrible. You cannot reach anyone by phone because the true company is in China. There is a storefront in California. You cannot return/ exchange anything without a huge hassle where you pay them to take the items back

Really I'm disappointed, I wouldn't recommend this to my worse enemy.
Please don't waste any money with them because I can rest assure you, you'll be scammed. It's just useless and unworthy of your time and money. I will humbly advice anyone to shop somewhere else that place value on your money. This is a joke.

The white dress I ordered was see through, and the green one was ripped. I contacted customer service through messenger and WhatsApp cuz that's what they offer. They denied me a refund or an exchange. Not buying from them again.

I ordered two dresses they were nothing like advertised the size was way off you have to oreder about 2 sizes up, I returned them and was told to email tracking number and they will, they were not work with tags on and in the same bags they came in we literally laughed at them and sent them back a few days later, it's been 2 days and still have not got a email back from them.

I have bought a dress from this online shopping. The dress was £20. When it came I was very disappointed straight away as you could see the dress wasn't worth that money at all: the material was really cheap, the dress was completely transparent and seams were cracking when i tried to wear it (which it wasn't in the website's photo) so it wasn't the same dress at all. I had to send it back which would have costed me £8 as i had to deliver it to china... why the delivery when i bought the dress was £2/3 and when i wanted to send it back was £8? Also when i bought the dress it was delivered in few days this means they have a store in UK but when we want to send the item back we have to send them to China or USA so that it would be too expensive and we end up keeping them

I purchased several dresses from this online site and all I can say is "Perfect!" The style, the material, the quality.the selections! I give the site a 5 star and wish I could give them more! This is by far my favorite online store as of now! Thank-you

Company charged for an order of shoes $40, I never received shoes my bank was charged $40 and the company never extended a shipment or credit for my purchase. I am disputing with my bank per the company's request. They completely ripped me off.

After waiting a month for my order to arrive, the item didn't look anything remotely like how it was supposed to. Interestingly the item has all 5star reviews that were all entered on the same day a month ago. Clearly this website is scamming people. My package didn't even come with and ivyrose label or tags, just a bag saying shipped from china. Not even a receipt so I can send the item back for a refund. I have sent them a letter of complaint and heard nothing so far. Never shopping on this website again!

I feel that I was scammed from the beginning. When you look at the pictures of the models in the dresses. The dresses look like they fit really well for a curvy figure and looked like good quality clothes. I ordered 5 dresses and was excited to received them.
After 3 weeks I still hadn't received the dresses so contacted their customer services - they apologised and said they had a hold up from the manufacture.
When they did eventually arrive the quality was like a bunch of rags and did not fit well at all. I asked to return them and was given a page of things I had to do including pay to return them. They did not have a return policy. I had by this time paid £120 for the dresses and £17.50 to pay for the return. I kept phoning to see if they had received the goods back. Apparently they never received them and they told me they would not refund me anything! I am now £137.50 out of pocket and have no clothes. Bet they were sold on. I cant do anything but you can AVOID THIS COMPANY! :(

I ordered several clothing items. They came. They were VERY poorly made. They fit TERRIBLY. They are not true to USA sizing. I reached out to costumer service. They had me jumping through hoops to return the items. This went on for over 2 months. Then they said that I had the items too long. I am stuck with this TERRIBLE junk. BUYER BEWARE.

Bought a faulty product that did not work and they would not refund and they kept sending me 29 emails back and forth and even when escalated to PayPal dispute, they kept trying to offer replacements (why would I want a replacement of a product that was faulty) and then said I could keep it but again I did not want to keep it, it was faulty, I sent several photos which they kept asking for and each time had a different person who knew nothing about it but always trying to scam me and they got bargaining over and over about the % they would refund which started at 5 up to 80 with as many emails and I kept saying no I want full refund and they said that they would refund if I stopped the PayPal dispute and then I had to post it back even though it was completely useless. I doubt I'll ever get the refund. They are a total sham. Don't go there. You have been warned. I would give them NO STARS but the lowest you can give is 1.

Ordered item, and still waiting. Absolutely ridiculous. Emailed last weeks said would definitely receive in a day or two. A week on no email with details, nothing.
