Took 2 months to get my order. I only ordered a summer dress & a pair of shorts. Quality was awful, definitely not what it looked like in the picture! So unhappy

Beware of purchasing anything from here. I waited over 3 weeks for my order then only 1/3 of it arrived and now struggling to get a refund. Had to open a dispute with PayPal

I placed an order for a Mask sthey were adverrtising in March as of this date 6/3/2020 I have not received anthing. I sent her an email and heer response was they could not find any order with my name. Nowq I see they go back to her.are still advertising masks but I will never buy anything. The mask was completely black.

Had not realized it until my order was in!
Ordered 2 dresses. Two months go by and finally get 1... HORRIBLE QUALITY! UNFINISHED SEAMS!

Do not use ivrose, the items look nothing like the photos and then they refuse to take money back unless you pay the huge shipping fee! It's a total scam don't use

Ordered 2 dresses- the fabric is the opposite of what its suppose to be- the buttons should open and they are glued on the pics are completely different on line, I wasted my money DONT ORDER FROM THIS SITE! What a joke how can they continue to rip people off.

Ordered on Nov. 9 Irregular Tassel Trim Heap Collar Sweater. Never received. Cannot contact them. They got paid by my charge car but I never received sweater. Will never order again.

I ordered a lavender dress... it came in a burgundy... the stitching looked like it had been thrown together... don't do it... I will never purchase anything from there again...

I ordered 3 items from this company. To be fair I wasn't sure what to expect but quite honestly I feel an absolute idiot! 1st dress wouldn't fit a 12 Yr old and I'm a good size 16... 2nd 'jumper dress' not a dress in any way! 3rd order is an absolute mystery? 5 metres of black elastic which i have no idea how it fits or what to do with? But the worst thing was trying to get in touch with anyone from the company to try to rectify problems... never happened!

But ok Ivyrose... my 1st son works for one of the biggest worldwide business magazines as a sales director and he's already blacklisting you and my 2nd son is a massive drag and LGBGQ influencer... so for all of the women you have let down... I'm sure it won't be for much longer!

I ordered a pair of shoes from them. The shoes were made of "shrink sleeving"! I have NEVER been so pissed about and order than I am now! The picture is nothing like what I received.

I ordered a dress for them. I received a confirmation after however I never received it. I then called multiple numbers that were on their site only to be fake numbers or immediately hung up on!

The clothes are crap, basically like a cheap fancy dress costume you would buy from Amazon. They refuse to refund you even when you return the products. £153 I'll never see again, DO NOT SHOP HERE

This is an international company, so the shipping is delayed for days on end. The website is deceiving, so consumers beware.
