It causes WAY to much stress and for an example, I got one correct it went up by 2. But if I got one wrong, it takes me at least 5 or 7 down. IXL should most defiantly be banned!

I hate it I have spent over 150 hours on it and 12,000 questions. It's the worst way to learn I think it straight tortured. I could use the 150 hour to go on a $#*!ing Vacation. It turn me green.

This is the worst online learning program ever and there isn't much else to say about it this app is so bad. Also who ever says that it is amazing you need your brain checked for damage!

The exercises in IXL do not help my child learn anything new. They even give the wrong answers to the questions we searched up together. I do not recommend this site at all.

As a student and son, I was failing, A's and B's drop to C's and D's so my dad hooks me up with IXL, I tried a few questions and started crying, i was trying my best but it kicked me down to the ground, negating points by ten and increasing the time it took to even complete the singular lesson, the worst part was my father kept stacking more lessons on me, making me do more and more. Honestly if I could, I would give it a quarter of a star.

You have to do all this work and then the unfair point system takes it all away! For some reason, teachers love it, but I haven't learned a single thing from it but to expect disappointment.

When it says incomplete answer and you accidentally don't add the zero, they count it against you. No chance to go back and fix without score going down.

The reason it is so bad is because it stresses students and makes them angry and can cause sadness anger and it eats all the ram on your computer. Dont recommend no school board should use this

Oh god, where can I even begin with this website. If you get the first question right it gives you 10 points, then 9, and it keeps going until you get 2 points for each question, so it is impossible to get to 100 points in under a hour. It also removes 10 points for very incorrect answer. So in a way, it actually punishes you for getting right answers. And in return the only thing you get is a picture of a dragonfly and a sense of accomplishment. It is also very expensive, like, 200 bucks a year expensive. If you are a teacher reading this, HAVE YOUR KIDS DO KHAN ACADAMY INSTEAD. Khan academy is free and actually good.

I will tell reasons why i hate this stupid ahh program.
1. Rigged and f****** up smart score. Who would come up with this dumb idea to add this s***?
2. Overpriced as f*****
3. Kids getting tortured. The more they get it wrong, the sooner they throw their laptop and send their butts to the principals office and get punished by your parents and make them pay for it.
4. It takes forever to get these done.

IXL is not good because it stresses me out and it is super boring. It takes me 40 minutes to get 10 minutes. Do not waste your money on this terrible app.

Ixl is the worst website for learning the rigged answer system and you lose way too much points and on science you have to answer correctly in a row and i absolutely despise this website/app

When we answer a question incorrectly. The score drops by 6-10+ even if we make the slightest littlest mistake which is WAY! TOO MUCH! AND UTTERLY UNFAIR. It would be better if the score dropped by 2-6 or less and it only increased by 2-5 or more. The explanation barely explains how to get the correct answer. IT TAKES FOREVER TO GET TO 100! Ixl jump off a cliff. SUCH AN ENTITLED KAREN NO ONE LIKES YOU. Hope this website takes TAKEN DOWN for eternity till the sun explodes and the moon and sun collide with each other. This math practice site can burn in a fire and hope it gets taken till the end of the era and the sun disappears. Ughh this site is so outrageously, utterly, ridiculously, catastrophically devastating making students want to cry with extreme amounts of inflaming rage with tons of salt. I have never seen an entitled math website in my life. Good riddance and grief it's so depressing.

This progam sux. It F8cking sux. The sign in system sux, the explaining sux. The skills are too much and its expensive. Do Khan Academy. Its free and easy to do. The videos teach us more and it wont make us cry. I had to skip my tennis class for this sh7tty program. Takes me 1 hour and 30 minutes to do 1 skill. My mom forces me to do this and it pressures me SO MUCH. Please delete and ban this F*cking sh*itty program. We're all to cool for it

This is terrible. You get one right towards the end and it only goes up like 2. When you get one wrong it brings you down by atleast 7 or 8. It's STUPID. Also, really big waste of time.

IXL sucks, No other words it's sucks it's bad for mental health I have spent (at the time of this review) 61 Hours and 53 Minutes and answered 7,163 Questions it sucks and needs to be banned from the US School system and any other country that certifies this "Learning site" and it also is bad for children's mental health (In 8th Grade in the time of this review) Overall it's bad, deserves to be banned and I would go back in time and find the owner and change history if I could.

The smart score system in infuriating, if you ara at a high level a singe question will know you down by about 20! Making you have to do atleast two extra problems and now the stress of having to do more work sets in and you make more mistakes! SCHOOLS.

Can't even stand the word ixl it's not a good website for children to learn and grow. Most of the "lessons" don't even relate to what the kids are learning.

All of the questions are repetitive. There is a point system IXL uses that is called SmartScore. When you get a question correct, your SmartScore goes up by a number determined by how many questions you have answered. Ex: I have done 1 question so the score will go up by 9. I have done 4 question so the score will go up by 5. When you get a question wrong, the score goes down by A LOT. If you went up by 3, you will go DOWN by SIXTEEN. All of my friends hate it and get extremely stressed by it. DO NOT RECOMEND

Are teacher gives us over 20 skills like bruh and she thinks that were gonna do all them when only 1 did like are like are teachers stupid or something like its so freaking stressful you learn nothing and like the teacher tells us to go on the computer for stupid IXL then i don't even do it cause it so freaking annoying to do. Also, we have to do it for summer work like b- your dumb like they say "yOu shOuld dO iT iNsTeaD oF nOt dOinG iT" obviously i dont do it just tell your kids that we should take a test if you like ixl or not and some people in my class last year loved IXL like they're dumb anyways IXL go sit in a hole of mud and rethink about your life decision - ps ur local hater :)
