If you're into cheap scrubs with an unjustified exorbitant price tag you'll love Jaanuu. Hopefully you won't need to contact them as they are not reachable by phone. Hmmm... sketchy! Buy FIGS.
I made an order at 8:21AM EST with expedited shipping and realized within minutes that I had listed the wrong delivery address, so I immediately reached out with the correction. I got an e-mail confirming that Jaanuu had received my e-mail with correction at 8:24AM EST, 3 minutes following receipt of the order confirmation. The next day, I received an e-mail stating that unfortunately, due to me not reaching out within 30 minutes or during business hours, I will have to wait until the items are returned to sender, then request a refund, and then reorder the items that I had wanted. This was quite frustrating because I had adhered to Jaanu's written policy, but the e-mail that I received was dismissive and said that because I had not adhered to their policy, I would have to wait. I reached out stating that I had actually adhered to policy and was told that I could wait for return to sender and that they would honor the purchased expedited shipping for when it would be resent, missing completely the fact that I had purchased expedited shipping to receive the order the week of the purchase. While the initial mistake was on my end, Jaanuu should not have this policy if they are unable to stick to it, and as long as they do have the policy, good customer service would not have been to send an e-mail incorrectly stating that I had not acted in alignment with policy and rather helped come to a solution that resulted in delivery of the ordered items in the timeline that they were needed. This was an extremely frustrating ordeal and the response has been completely useless.
I placed an order on 1. 12. 2021 for two sets of scrubs to be have a logo and embroidery. I have not received them yet, 2. 15. 2021. I had to keep following up by going on the chat to find out the status of the order because Diana was unresponsive. Long story short, on 2. 4. 21. I paid for the order and was told the scrubs were ready and would be expedited shipped. On 2. 11. 2021, I heard nothing from the company. I emailed them, and was told that the scrubs weren't ready and would be shipped in 4 days. I asked again to speak to a manager and still no response. At this point, I feel this company is unreliable and untrustworthy. I wasted over a month waiting for my scrubs and have been met with poor customer service and no concern that I have reliabled on them, to get my scrubs for work. Highly frustrating and disappointing. I had to end up calling the bank today to start the process of canceling the payment. I have ordered from Jaanuu before but after this experience, I will do my research and shop elsewhere for scrubs. No one should go through that. We already work in a highly stressful environment, why does getting only 2 sets of scrubs from Jaanuu have to add to my stress?

Received an email stating the scrubs were shipped, received the scrubs on 2. 22. 2021. I was offered a partial refund, still waiting, 3. 1. 2021.
I ended up going to Figs and the turn over time was 1 week. And they kept me posted every step of the way. I didn't have to constantly write asking about.
I ordered four pieces of scrubs from Jaanuu for $189.00 on June 29th, 2020. My order and payment went thru as usual. I checked every day after that to see if my order had shipped yet. By July 13th, 2020 I checked again and saw that my order still had not ben shipped yet. I contacted Jaanuu customer service thru the text option that day. Jaanuu replied hours later by telling me that due to an error on their part my order was never shipped and by now every item that i ordered was out of stock. They said they refunded me and gave me a $15 credit. The Jaanuu customer service rep was named Hayley. If i had not contacted Jaanuu about my order then i would have just never received it or never have received a refund. They never reached out to me to tell me of their mistake; instead they waited for me to contact them. Also, when I order something that is in stock and my order and payment goes thru, I expect to receive it. This is unfair to me and unprofessional. I will not order from them again, because I won't ever know if I will actually receive an order that I have made. I don't care about a $15 credit, i am entitled to receive what I ordered.
