I've been ordering from Jackie's Chocolate for 8 years. I'm so glad they offer sugar free options. It's so hard to find good, sugar free chocolate.
Have ordered before with no issues, but ordered $50 ($67 with shipping) worth of sugar free chocolate for my father July 15th and nothing yet, no shipping notice, no delivery. I can only assume they never shipped the order and just pocketed his money. I have sent 2 emails and made 2 calls and no response of any kind. I will not order from this company again.
Perfectly happy with what I ordered, it was delicious. It's a bit pricey but milk chocolate orange creams are difficult to find. No melting occurred because I didn't order it in summer, because chocolate melts in hot temperatures (duh - not sure why people are complaining about melted chocolate when they ordered it in summer). I will definitely order from them again and would recommend them to others.

I am diabetic. We are originally from California. Salt water taffy I grew up at n. Anyway my husband ordered me chocolate covered pretzels and taffy...oh andy son a box of assorted chocolates.ALL SUGAR FREE...the taste is soooooo good even my son and husband said how good it was. I have been diabetic for over 30 years.and I have NEVER tasted sugar free candies or chocolates that didn't have some type of after taste. Not these goodies. Order them for your sugar free loved ones and they will thank you

We ordered the subscription for 3 months and after the first month no more chocolate was delivered. Emailed and talked to them over and over and no results now they will not respond. I do not recommend using this service.!

My package arrived damaged, melted, a sticky mess. I sent them a picture and they refunded my money. The package was attracing bugs, it was nasty. I threw it away. Then they REVERSE my refund. Now they want the package back. They never told me this. They just gave me a refund without me asking. They gave a refund to make me happy, so I do not complain. Then they reverse the refund. So now I have no recourse. This is FRAUD.

Terrible delivery service and customer response. In April 2023 I placed an order with this company. It took eight weeks to receive my order. I plan to not place another order due to this terrible delivery service as well as the fact that they did not respond to my voicemail complaint. Nevertheless I tried once again in June. I paid an additional $17 for two day delivery. It is now been one week and I've still not received the products.
Given the fact that delivery services are readily available before packaging deliveries as well as the fact that their company offered two day delivery for an expensive fee, it seems outrageous that this company can not deliver product. I would urge every customer to not patronize this business.

I have to admit that I was nervous after reading all if these reviews. I ordered on May 01st and received May 15th. I was hoping to have prior to Mothers Day. Confirmation and Shipping speed can be better!
As far as the product itself... I have tasted it all. For a sugar free product IT IS DELICIOUS! The packaging is nice and presentable. Nothing was damaged or melted. GOOD JOB Jackie's! Get that order confirmation and shipping under control and you would have 5 stars from me!

I purchased a 3m subscription as a bday gift. 1st shipment didn't go out for weeks and I was told b/c its hand selected small business blah blah blah. The recipient later told me they never rec'd the 3rd shipment. When I complained, I was told to take my business elsewhere & even rec'd a link to Walmart. Don't buy from this $#*!ty place. Your money is better spent elsewhere with better product and customer service.

I ordered 2 of the 1lb Sugar Free chocolates on Black Friday 2022. December 19th and I had not received any update so I reached out to the company for an update and they couldn't give me any information on when the product would ship. I asked them to cancel the order on that day. 3 days later they sent me tracking information. I reached out to the payment processor and opened a dispute, meanwhile the package arrived and it was an empty box. Jackie's Chocolates continued to try and fight the dispute. I ended up getting my money back but I highly discourage anyone from going through the same thing that I did.

You wouldn't think that ordering a perishable item would be a hassle but lo and behold with this company it is. I placed an order that was not provided yet they managed to charge my credit card promptly. Three voicemails and two emails later, still no response from them, and now American Express is hassling me about the order and making me jump through firehoops to get the charge reversed.

I wish I had looked at these reviews first. This company is a scam. If you order a subscription you'll be lucky to get even 1 shipment. Their customer "service" is atrocious. Shop anywhere else.

Somehow I was signed up for a monthly subscription and a month-to-month subscription. I called, email, and chatted with the company to cancel the month-month. It was never cancelled and I continued to receive extra products and be billed $14.99 a month for shipping. After calling, I was refunded for the shipping. However, I continued to receive the extra boxes and charged for shipping. I even paid for the product I didn't want. The company began to blame me for the mistake and became unwilling to help. When asked to provide proof of my contact with them, which I provided, they IMMEDIATLY responded saying I would now be billed for the refunded shipping and sent to collections! How's that for customer service. Have a problem, ask for a reasonable solution, get threatened with collections. I have contacted the BBB. DO NOT USE/SUPPORT THIS COMPANY! They do not support their customers.

I ordered a Valentines gift for a sick relative living in a different state going into the hospital the day after Valentines. Order page and website assured Valentine's delivery. Two days before Valentine's I had received no shipping updates. Worried I used the tracking number in the order and it showed it had not shipped. I emailed the company and was assured by Aaron it had shipped and would be on time. Order never arrived and my relative went into the hospital. Order finally delivered days late and sat on relatives porch in the rain and snow, ruined. My relative's daughter went by house to collect mail and noticed the package, so damaged from weather,, she threw away the box. I notified company and asked for a refund. No response on the refund so I contacted my cc company and disputed the charge. The next day, Charlie from Jackie's Chocolate, threatened to sue me and come to my house, ruin my credit. He then proceeded to research and use my personal information, value of my house and my husband's name to threaten me further. He wrote I was stealing from Jacie's Chocolates. Like others I wish I had read the reviews on this company before ordering from them. For sure very disreputable business practices, invasion of privacy and bullying.

On September second 2022-I ordered my niece a 3 month subscription of chocolates- which she received-the chocolates are not very tasteful. They look pretty in the box but they taste like low quality chocolate. Definitely not See's Candy. Today I got another confirmation for that 3 month subscription - I wanted to look at that order so I went to their web page to log in and I keep getting a "no account with that email address" error code. Yet they send me the confirmation to that same email. So frustrating, I emailed them and they got back to me in a couple of hours, which is good-telling me the confirmation was for the last month of the 3 month subscription. I get that but I'm afraid they will keep charging me and I can't log into my account to make sure everything is canceled. I wouldn't recommend this business, the products are mediocre and the service feels like a 3rd party rip off. The chocolates came packaged in a nice zippered pouch- so that was good- but I don't trust them. Don't like the products. Don't like the way their web page killed off my account with an active subscription. And I only have 1 email address- so this is on them-100%
