I've been ordering from Jackie's Chocolate for 8 years. I'm so glad they offer sugar free options. It's so hard to find good, sugar free chocolate.
Have ordered before with no issues, but ordered $50 ($67 with shipping) worth of sugar free chocolate for my father July 15th and nothing yet, no shipping notice, no delivery. I can only assume they never shipped the order and just pocketed his money. I have sent 2 emails and made 2 calls and no response of any kind. I will not order from this company again.
I bought a really nice fall assortment and loved it so much, I had to order for Christmas for all the grandkids!

Portions are super small, delivery is always late, customer service is very unresponsive and rude, chocolates are not anything great.

I took a chance on this company and it wasn't worth it. First, after placing the order it took four days for them to even confirm it and that wasn't until I emailed them asking about it. In all, took almost a week to ship. When you're paying $15 for delivery, you expect more. Second, once received, the dark chocolate raspberry creams turned out to be disappointingly sweet. In my view, the bar has been set by Sees which is much more flavorful and Jackie's was not even close. Meanwhile, the dark chocolate marshmallow creams also left much to be desired. They weren't real fluffy and instead more gummy. Strangely, they were less sweet than the dark raspberry creams which should have been more tart. For $20 a box (minimum size), the experience was a letdown and the value seemed pretty poor. Beyond that, Jackies Chocoloates absolutely bombarded with endless email offers. At one point I was receiving several promotional emails per day including ones that had the same offer. I actually took the time to respond and say Jackies should consider asking if I even like the chocolates and what feedback I have before sending all these messages. Disappointingly (again), there was no response. As a matter of fact, they never bothered asking me at all what I thought of their chocolates. For a company that seems to be positioning itself as an all-American consumer-friendly upstart, the products, service and attitude all left much to be desired. Needless to say I won't buy again nor will I recommend. Picture shows what's left of the two boxes I ordered. I only eating two per sitting, on occasion, because they're too sweet and really not that great. Definitely NOT WORTH $40.
Tip for consumers:
Maybe you'll have a better experience than me, if you want to try then look for discount offers, coupon codes, etc. Be ready to pay $15 alone just for shipping.
