James Free did what two other reputable jewelers in Oakwood said couldnt be done to my rings. They carved channels and added small diamonds to my engagement ring, and put a small diamond in the wedding band. It gave the subtle sparkle thats been missing and wanted. My husband suprised me for our 20th anniversary, with a stop at James Free. I was not looking my best going in due to yard work and painting, and I was more than a bit embarrassed going into the store. But, my salesman treated me like royalty, answered every question, and made me feel very comfortable. My rings are spectacular, and I cant thank them enough for the quality work they have done to my beautiful rings. I will always come back for my jewelry purchases, and any maintenance.
I bought a Gucci choker online and after confirming the purchase they emailed me back to tell me they had sold it in the store AFTER I had placed the order online. I spoke with Molly on the phone who seemed unsympathetic and more seemed to enjoy arguing than being helpful. That is not good customer service... Your policies are unfair to customers and I am extremely disappointed with how I was treated.
What I ordered online was back ordered and James Free contacted me to let me know the status of order and when I should expect to receive it. Since this item was a Christmas gift and they were not sure if I would receive it on time they sent a teddy bear with a description of the item for me to give to the recipient. They received the item in stock on Dec 22/23 and had the gift sent over night so I would have it in time for Christmas. Wonderful customer service!

JamesFree did reach out to me about a slight delay on the shipment of my item. I was not notified of a stock out until 3 days after placing the order. Once I was notified I was offered a choice of solutions. I selected one and everything after that was excellent. It all happened as scheduled, the packages and their contents were all excellent.
James Free Jewelers is a very customer service friendly business. They treat you with much value and respect and are always willing to do what it takes to please you. I've purchased with them several times and I'm certain I will purchase with them again. The Charles Krypell ring I recently purchased with met my expectations and is a nice addition to my CK collection. This is a trusted jeweler and they offer a nice financing plan as well.

Wesley provided great service in every way. I spoke to him on the phone and he was very helpful, he price matched the ring I was looking for, I waited 6 yrs to finally purchase this ring and it helped that James Free was offering 20% off for Mother's Day. When I made the purchase Wesley kept in touch with me by email to ensure I was keep up to date on when I was going to receive the ring. He was helpful every step of the way.
