I am reasonable pleased with the finished product but some of the hardware that came with it was defective. I am usually able to handle assembly myself but had to hire someone to come in and do this; he confirmed that there was a problem and it took him a while (and different hardware) to put it together. This added to the price, obviously. But what really annoys me is that I contacted the company, thinking at least they might like the feedback to improve the experience for other customers. I guess not, because they couldn't even be bothered to reply. I was going to say the customer service was poor in the title, but really it was just non existent. So, just be aware if you plan to order from them.

Once you purchase, you are dead to this company.
