I am SO excited to order this stupid robot dog for my son, they take my money and BOOM, here's a
Refund after I could have gotten something else.
Now it's too late to order to be in time for Christmas.

Ordered a car for my son. They cancelled my order and I called the number on the website and it goes to voicemail. I also emailed them and no answer. I have yet to receive the money I spent. I am currently in the process of suing them.

I ordered two of the red jeeps one day apart from each other.
The 1st one came on time the 2nd 1 I received tracking every day until the day it was supposed to arrive. Seller claims that I ordered the 2nd one by mistake and canceled it without my knowledge.
I am still waiting for my refund for the 2nd one furthermore when I went to assemble the 1st 1 the tires are hard plastic not rubber like advertised. Seller emailed me back and said they were foam tires, they are clearly very hard plastic not foam or rubber.
I have also been trying to call them since Tuesday today is Thursday afternoon and I only get voicemail or it rings and rings nobody ever picks up. This is false advertising and customer service is horrible.

I ordered a scooter for my son, but never received it, and they wouldn't respond to me via email or chat when I followed up regarding my order. Super shady - beware!

I can't begin to tell you all the problems I have had trying to return a very expensive item back to them, including getting my credit card company involved and Amazon. This company doesn't return phone calls, emails through Amazon. Their answering machine is full! TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, the worst I have ever dealt with! I would not purchase anything from this company!

HORRIBLE, I HAVE REPORTED THEM TO THE POLICE! AND WILL NOW PURSUE SUING THIS HORRIFIC COMPANY! THEY NEVER RETURNED MY PHONE CALLS OR EMAILS AND TOOK MY MONEY AND NEVER SENT THE MOTORCYCLE THAT I ORDERED FOR MY DAUGHTER!

My 2 year old and I have put this machine to the test. It's ran through tall grass, up and down hills, and all over the countryside.

Never received my car. Thieves. They do not answer their phones or message me back. How dare they just take from me!

My 2 years son love this and this december i will buy more jeep from walmart. Excellent quality jeep. Fast shipping and good customer service, ever.
