Do not trust this company! I ordered few items, First David Gorman said they shipped it, and the shipment was lost. Tracking showed it was never picked up. Then he said few items were damaged, so will ship 12 out of 15. Accepted that. A Month later, my event is tommorrow, I don't have the items. Only Good thing is, they refunded.

Birdhouse came cracked. They refuse to help, and Website says I would have to pay for return shipping and 20% restocking fee... it came broke and I'm penalized? Horrid practice. And it says I have to start return within 15 days of receipt but they wont get back to me! Will never buy from again

Be warned they dont respond fast and you have to jump through unnecessary hoops to get service or help

I am not using the birdhouse, wood is cracked in multiple places and the paint is cracked and chipping in multiple places

Cute lantern... love it... its the perfect size for my patio table. Would have given it a 5, but top was welded just off center... not perfectly straight. Otherwise, it's the right size & nice ambiance when candle is on.

These candles are more beautiful in person, their rich texture and color can't be appreciated in the photo. And their scent is absolutely amazing--very luscious and aromatic but natural and not at all overpowering. And the presentation was very nice, would make great gifts. Much Highly recommend!

The item I purchased arrived broken so I contacted customer service by email and they promptly responded to me and my replacement arrived shortly after.

I was pleasantly surprised by the quality of the Moroccan lanterns that I received. Much nicer than expected for the price. All arrived undamaged, carefully packed. Items arrived when promised. I will definitely order from this company again.

This item is for a memorial garden for my teenage granddaughter that passed away. She loved her combat boots, unfortunately item doesn't come in black, and the cat looks just like her Jordan. I'll be ordering another as I gave this one to my daughter for her garden.

Bought this solar lite as a remembrance of our grandson who was still born, each year we try to celebrate Cole in someway, this was a gift to our kids on what would have been his 4th birthday and they loved it. I only wish it was a bit bigger, but looks precious next to his memorial flag.

They are much smaller than the picture shows but it's my fault for not checking the details carefully. They are closer to a mini lantern. A little disappointed. I ordered 30 since they are for my daughter's wedding centerpieces. The shipping charges were expensive, $45.00 so I would assume returning them would be just as expensive.

The first stool came with massive cracks in it. I contacted JDGifts with photos and they replaced the stool with no problem. The stool is very nice and colorful like I wanted. Good company and great product.

When put a order in you expect that to be delivered to you and not just cancel the order. To that is not good business like.

You were contacted and told of the issue and you requested the cancellation. Shortages happen, and are beyond our control as we do not house the merchandise.

You should have contacted us about this issue. Shipping damaged items are always replaced free of charge. Just need photos of damaged items. Please do not hold us in low regard because of the shipping company. Our policy is to always replace damaged items, with no hassle. We strive for 100% satisfaction! If you are not happy, neither are we.

This is completely untrue. First, you received one lantern by USPS, which you later got for free. Second, here is what really happened the portion of your order that was to be shipped by UPS was packaged and picked up by UPS, they did not scan it upon pickup. Then UPS loses the package because they can not track it through their system, which they admitted. You were contacted regarding this fact, this package contained your 14 lanterns that you did not receive. I was told by the warehouse that there were 9 out of 14 available. You were contacted about this fact and told us to ship what we had. While waiting for your answer about shipping the 9 lanterns, the California wildfires caused an emergency evacuation so when I contacted the office to send them out there was no one there to complete the revision. The fires kept everyone out of the offices for 3 days, at which point I was told that there were no longer any of them in stock. At this point we refunded you all of your money for the 15 lanterns. Now while we apologize and feel terrible about this situation, there were various circumstances that were well beyond our control, and feel that you are unfairly attacking us, all this after you praised us for our customer service. Which we still have the email.
