My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉
Received shoes in wrong size and damaged box, called customer care and told them they told me to follow the instructions. Took back to post and had to pay twice. The post returned it but put stickers on box and refund cannot be issued. Ridiculous that's your carrier
The products are not delivered and the customer support is almost unreachable.
If they do response, they're ignoring and avoiding refund requests, making you wait until you pursue them legally.
If you don't want the hassle, just avoid JD Sports.
My experience: they stole my money and my order NEVER arrived. Interested myself to see how this will end.
Tried to return a pair of Nike air forces and get a new size but told I couldn't because the shoes had been tried on what a joke. People seemed very rude and had no intention of helping. There is no way I will purchase anything from this outlet. Not sure why they call themselves a sport shop not one piece of sport equipment in there. All I can say is don't waste your money buying from this outlet
I'd give a zero if it were possible. JD Sports cancelled my three total orders. Literally takes more than a week for the money to be remitted back to my account. What a $#*!ing waste of time. As a reseller and a buyer I highly do not recommend this $#*!ty website. What a pain in the $#*!ing $#*!.
They avoided me and watched me from a distance as if I was scheming. Every worker I looked at broke eye contact or walked away before I could get to them. As I reached a lonely aisle one of the employees popped up. I will also inform corporate. The manager and the cashier then gave me a sheepish look as they realized I could AFFORD everything I wanted. Totally unhelpful. The guy that got the shoes was walking around and NEVER ONCE told me they were by the register. I was waiting for him to give them to me. He kept looking up at the camera everytime we spoke.

I have ordered two pair of shoes (sneakers). Got only one delivered. After consulting the help desk they concluded that package was delivered in good shape even though I never have signed for delivery. Delivered in good condition. Based on what?! I'm very disappointed in JDSports and will never ever order again at JDSports.

This is the email I've just sent to JD sports... Dear sir or madam.
I am fuming right about now. I have just had my order delivered (which I have been waiting for since 6th) only for them to be the wrong size. I ordered a size 4.5 but have been sent a size 4. And they've also been worn more than once. You can see this by the screenshots I've attached to this email. I just want you to know that before sending you this email I have contacted trading standards. And sent them the exact same what I've sent you. This is DISGUSTING. Even the store here in great yarmouth told me that these trainers should NOT have even left the warehouse in this state

JDSports is terrible. I have tried contacting them 5 times now for a return label but no one will bet back to me. I have opened 2 incidents with the chat bot and 2 tickets via email. Still no response. I will never purchase from them again.

Ordered Christmas gift 3 weeks ago! Order was for store pickup and they claimed it was picked up, though cannot give any details or provide communication sent to me that pickup was ready. Getting in touch with customer service will take HOURS, and each time you reach someone they will let you know they need to research and get back to you in 3 days, which they never do, so the cycle starts over.
Refused refund, they just kept my money and still trying to resolve. I can't post pictures for my review because still have not received any product.

I have been trying to get in contact with the customer service team to initiate a return for 12 days but nobody has replied to my return request. Why isn't a return label generated automatically so I can send it? It will be coming up to 28 days soon? Absolute Joke

If I could would be 0. Lost £64 did not pack everything and they are not helping at all. Parcel size says everything- missing 2 boxes of size 12 adult shoes and they not accepting. Ordered a bag over a week ago for my son for school. Now with just one day left before his term starts they messaged to say they cant fufill order. They sent several messages saying, it was picked up from warehouse etc but then after a week decided they couldn't fulfil the order.
There is no way it take an organised company a week to find out they don't have an item in stock. They also said it will take 1 week to get a refund, everyone knows that should take minutes but hanging on to thousands of customers refund earns them money so they do it. Shocking service and will never use JD sports again.
1. JD Sports didn't have all the product that I ordered, shipped what they had, but took full payment also for the products that they didn't ship. I tried to contact customer service through their webpage, but got no answer even after several weeks.
2. The return portion of their website didn't work, so I had no way to return a product that didn't fit.
3. They are listed in the VOEC register, but still send their international/European orders like it is still 1992, with high customs handling fees and unnecessary customs on textile profits.
To date my worst online shopping experience by far.

The best way to use JD Sports is to be smart enough to spell their URL "www.zalando.com" or "www.boozt.com". That will prevent you from getting scammed, and improve your shopping experience immensely.

Ordered 4 different items, only 1 arrived. Yet they charge you full shipping of 3.99 pounds for that 1 item and cancelled the rest claiming its sold out. But you can still see and purchase those items on their site a month later.
Pure scam and shady business, intentionally list a bunch of items on sale that were not in stock to make you buy from them.
Customer support doesn't give a damn about the situation and wouldn't refund the shipping because "that 1 item arrived", and wouldn't offer any compensation, even in the form of store credit.
I only ordered because the 4 items justified the shipping cost, I wouldn't pay 3.99 pounds in the first place if I were given a choice and knew 3/4 items were fake listing and never available. Imagine getting your money stolen by a greedy business like this.

I bought a pair of shoes at 17 january '21, its February 23th and I haven't received anything. Tracking site says that it will be delivered on 1st March, I paid 20£ delivery fees to have my order at predicted day. Custom service didnt help me despite the number of emails I sent, they tried to make me calm with politic emails. Its my first and last delivery from jd sports.

Its a con store, delivery bill says items are in package but when you open items missing, after asking for refund to store they ask you to calll customer service who never picks call. After searching website and filling online form with details of missing items, no replies after twice. Then email contact replies and after several emails ask you to fill a pdf form (Print, scan and send them) within 10 days so they can investigate asking exact same information you supplied online- 10 days is a joke. Pathetic firm after telling them dont have printer or scanner sent same form. Never ever order from this con store atleast not online!.

Delivery did not show up when promised because this company took to long to dispatch. Contact customer services their responses are, it's nothing they can do but you just have to wait for you can go in store and repurchase your items and wait up to 5 days for refund.

JDS Sports and finish line are the worst performing online platforms do not buy any outfits from because they both cancel a lot of orders. If you end up with anything it will the top or the bottom of a sweatsuit or any other outfit your ordered. My suggestion is to use a reliable website if $#*!s Sporting goods cancels your order at least they give you a coupon.

Tried buying shoes in April, they lost my shoes in transit, gave them benefit of the doubt, got refunded and tried again. Once again they lost my shoes in transit twice in a row. There customer service sucks, I had to go through there Instagram to get in contact with someone. There customer services sucks and never gave failed reasoning. Don't waste your money with them, save your self the trouble and spend it elsewhere, quality of shoes are average as well as I bought a pair for my partner which I sent back.

Beware. Extremely poor customer service. I purchased a pair of shoes on sale. I waited 2 weeks, only to realise that they have sent me the completely wrong shoes. (Of similar value). I checked the website and the shoes I bought had been taken down from the website. All I asked was to receive a different colour variation of the same shoe (so that I could still benefit from the sale price) which I thought was quite fair, as this was their mistake. 20 emails later, and some phone calls to managers. The only thing they offer is a refund. Their system conveniently doesn't allow to do ANYTHING but returns/refunds. Worst customer support I have ever delt with in my life.

So I successfully ordered 2 pair of sneakers on 8/8 from this site that was supposed to be delivered 8/12-8/16. I just so happen to call their customer service number on 8/12 to be informed my order had been canceled. I asked the rep why my order was canceled, he tells me the warehouse was out of stock on both pair. I then asked why did I not receive any type of communication stating such being the site stated they will communicate via email, he says I would have to create a jd account to check status, which is not expressed on the order confirmation below. This will be the first and last time I ever order anything from this site again. Do yourself a favor and order from Nike.Com or official site of whichever brand your shopping for. This site is a waist of time, and has a lack of communication.
I opened them up and the bottoms were dirty, the sides and the backs! I was shocked and not happy!
