My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉
Received shoes in wrong size and damaged box, called customer care and told them they told me to follow the instructions. Took back to post and had to pay twice. The post returned it but put stickers on box and refund cannot be issued. Ridiculous that's your carrier
My daughter's recent experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera has been incredibly disappointing. She saved up her money for two pairs of shoes, hoping for a positive shopping experience. Unfortunately, it turned into a nightmare.
The first blow came when they sent the wrong pair, and attempting to resolve it through customer service, even with the association with JD Sports, proved to be frustrating and unhelpful.
Adding to the disappointment, the second pair, associated with both JD Sports and FinishLine, arrived looking worn and dirty – they were definitely used, a far cry from the new quality we anticipated.
The refund process only added to the frustration, as both JD Sports and FinishLine insisted on returning the incorrect shoes before considering a refund.
In summary, my daughter's hard-earned money went towards a regrettable experience with JD Sports/FinishLine at LaCantera. I strongly caution others against considering these stores for their purchases and recommend exploring alternatives that prioritize a positive and respectful customer experience.
I just recently ordered a pair from JD sport store. They did not have the size I wanted, so they ordered directly from their warehouse and ship to me. I paid extra fee for next-day delivery because I would be on vacation in a few days. However, the order's estimated delivery time is 3 days later. I called JD customer service, the virtual assistant said the waitline is 125 minutes (WTF). I called the Fedex customer service, the shipping label on my order was not express. So they just fking steal money and lie to the customer.
Bought item through their app. Ordered was cancelled for no reason provided. Contacted them and was provided different reasons at different touch points. No alternative provided. And they charged the amount to the credit card anyway. Very high handed in their response. Not honest. Buyer beware

I went to the store to buy a jacket, since they didn't had the size they ordered online when the order arrived they sent me the wrong size, so I took It to the store and they kept the jacket so they sent me an email telling me that I will received a refund witting 7 days, because the order got cancelled, so days pass I chat with them, they told me that they send me a check to my billing address which was the wrong address because I don't live there no more, so I told them to cancelled the check, them the lady told me to wait 15 days for another check, I wait it and wait it for a whole months, then I called back they told me that the lady never put in the order to send me the check so I told them if there is no other way I can received my money they told me that they will contact the store so that I can go and pick up my money, I wait fo the call and I never received the call so I call the store my self, and they told to go and pick up the money, when I go to the store the manager started with a bad actitud being rude and etc, then there was a employee talking to another customer about my self like if I weren't there… they really have a bad services and a bad customer services no respect, I expend 3 months in order to get my own money, and plus's I got bad experience with them, they don't even know what they're doing…
In my haste, I unintentionally placed an order for a men's orange large sweatshirt and the idiots sent a women's black small top. I paid for guaranteed 2 day delivery for Christmas. They purposefully sent the wrong item, they could have at least made it look like they were trying to get it right by sending a mens item. I immediately shipped back the women's item and stopped payment on my card. Took photos based on feedback from this site. So when they claim they never received it, because of their own incompetencies, I have proof it was sent in the original box. It's pretty clear it was a fraudulent transaction from the start, taking my money with no intent of sending the correct item. A total waste of resources, boxes, gas, etc sending the wrong item. Stay far away!

What a sad website, they kept my money and didn't even honor the order, I had to wait 5 days for them to return the money to my card after I lost money on the bank transaction (fee 1.48%). I don't recommend buying from to ai because they don't honor the orders.

Ordered trainers, JD sent order by Evri, they left the parcel at the side of my neighbours gate left out in the open, Not delivered to my address not delivered to a person! JD advised me by email they feel this was delivered correctly! Shocked to say the least i will never use this company again and recommend all people to avoid

Order a hoodie paid for express 2 day shipping then found out that the company policy is they have as much time as they want to process the order and ship. 2 day shipping is just for once it's shipped. Big waste of money should have ordered from another actual reputable site. Reach their policies before ordering

There is a processing time for once the order is placed the parcel will have to undergo a pick and pack process, which can take up to 1-3 business days. Once the parcel has been despatched it should then be delivered within 1-2 business days if the express option is chosen.

I got my son a gift voucher for his birthday and when he went to use it he was told he could only spend it on certain products and these products my son did not like so has not used the voucher, what a con they never mentioned this when I got the voucher on line so that is the last time our family buy anything from them.
The worst online shopping experience I have ever had. I was sent the wrong shoes and JD sports would not send the correct ones, stating their system did not allow them to recreate an order. They would not refund my money until I returned the wrong shoes they had sent me. So I ended up wit no shoes, time wasted on WhatsApp, email, phone and had to leave work early to get to a post office on time to post shoes back to them. It was their error yet they would do nothing to resolve. A total breach by them of consumer guarantee to receive product ordered. A big red flag. Have now ordered same shoes from iconic. I ordered black Adidas vegan size 13 from JD and received Lacoste leather size 10. To not immediately send me the shoes I had ordered, saying their system does not allow them to recreate an order, is is a flawed system that is surely in breach of a customers right to receive the product ordered. First and last experience with this company. Byer Beware.

I said I just wanted the shoes I ordered but that was not possible as they can not recreate an order???? So I ended up wasting hours trying to sort out and I had to organise the return of shoes so they would give me my money back. Their error and they have no way of fixing?
So i ordered trainers they said they were coming between 6.30 and 7.30 they came at 4.41 nobody was in the house. The girl who delivered to me took a photo of proof that the package was in the porch i looked at it and it clearly wasn't my trainers you can tell by the photo. Not only that they wasnt even there at the time we came back so ive been robbed and now they investigated it and they are saying they believe it was successfully delivered i am now 70 down. Fuming customer i will be taking this further

Purchase a pair of Nikes for our daughter for school,lasted 3 months and the soles split. Told us it was wear and tear and wouldn't stand by the product. Do not buy shoes from a company with no integrity!

This store needs to make it clear that they do not take shoes back once purchased even if not worn. The Memorial City store in Houston treats the customer as liars. Never buy from there. I thought I was alone, but now that I am looking at the reviews, I see I am not. I do not see this store staying in business for very long.

As they were looking for the item that should have already been behind the register. I found out that they brought the wrong size out. When I expressed my concerns the Manager Eva was disrespectful and downright condescending.
When I informed her that I would be filing a complaint with her corporate office her response was "OK".

Ordered trainer shoes from Black's on express delivery paid extra and delivery did not arrive.
Contacted customer service and they said order was stuck, they stated they would re order on next day express order, next day no order has arrived i called customer service and was told the customer service department had put them on a standard order.they then cancelled order now waiting 5 days for return payment.
Do not use or pay for express delivery as they or managed by incompetent staff.

I've been waiting over 15 days for my shoes too arrive from "Germany" since NZ JDs neve has any stock. Anyway on live chat I'm getting the same response "there's been a 7-10buisness day delay. I'm getting that feeling they already F***D up!. And now I'm reading all the negative reviews about them! Let me guess I won't be getting a refund either? Pitiful an false advertisement.

Yesterday Dec 23,2021 at the Walden Galleria store, my husband went to JD Sports to do some Christmas shopping. After picking out six pairs of sneakers for myself and our children which totaled $500+ he was told they had no bags. He asked if he brought his car to the nearest exit if an associate would be able to bring them out. They suggested 1. He could carry them or 2. He should go to another store and ask for bags. What kind of customer service is that? After asking to speak with a manager (who was already standing back watching this situation), their only answer was they didn't have any bags. So ultimately he asked for a refund. It's obvious that these employees didn't receive customer service training. This is totally unacceptable. What kind of business wouldn't have either tried to get bags from another store or have someone bring them out. You'd rather lose a sell?
Had an bad experience with JD sports, They tried selling me used shoes for full price, I returned them and they replaced them with used shoes again. After leaving a bad review on JD publicly, they responded to the review "Oh were sorry about this" Send us the details and we'll look into this" all for show to counter the bad review, I'd already complained to them, and was ignored I emailed again using the ref they asked me to use, and again they ignored it. Not even a reply. Any words that come from Jd Customer service are lies and are just for show. We work hard for our money, let's spend it in a shop that respects customers.

Absolutely awful! I've not received my clothes as they have failed to inform me my package got lost. Ordered again - waited 3 weeks and yet again there was an IT issue. And now they're saying they will not refund me my gift card as it "wasn't written in the notes".
I made an order online and it took them 3 weeks to ship shoes and when I received them they were used the soles were worn and markings inside were worn away this company is impossible to get a hold of they don't respond to emails or phone calls I wouldn't buy from this place again if it was free.
