My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉
Received shoes in wrong size and damaged box, called customer care and told them they told me to follow the instructions. Took back to post and had to pay twice. The post returned it but put stickers on box and refund cannot be issued. Ridiculous that's your carrier
I went to the JD sports in Southpark mall in colonial heights VA and the lady who was working had very big teeth and breath stank and was very rude I asked a simple question and I guess because she is like 49 working at a sneaker store she is miserable and answered with a attitude never will they see my money and I'm blasting them everywhere because they clearly are not doing a good job at the hiring process
I paid for two pair of shoes and only one was delivery, still this company posted as delivery, customer service difficult to reach, of course.

I come in every week to the Tyrone store and the service I get is always phenomenal if I can't find something the staff take time and help me find something that will help what I'm looking for keep up the wonderful services seriously heads up ask for Michelle, Lauryn and Karai they never let you down
Don't loose your time and money, there's no costumers service at JD Sports online! I tryed to canced my order same day and daus before, by mail, by phone,. No response, nevertheless they sended me the package and i had to canceled the delivery with Fedex, i will wait for my remboursement. My credit card compagny will probably have to intervene in the case to block the transaction. Waist.
I was visiting family in Doncaster, I went in to jds there on the 24/07/23 and bought my son some clothes and a Pair of shorts that went in his size from the kiosk and paid at the till got home delivery.
The shorts didn't arrive I called jds on the 29/07/23 and was told they were out of stock! Asked why they hadn't refunded me, was told it was down to me to arrange it?!
Was then told I had to go back to the shop I ordered them in, but I live 250 miles away.
They said the would do a PDQ refund and some one would call me on the 02/08/23, No ok one called!
Phoned again on the 04/08/23 asked to speak to a manager, there isn't any. The advisors work from home on an app so they message managers and grave to wait for managers to message them back!
Was told someone would call that day before 5pm to arrange a refund via DPQ again, no call!
I also emailed them and all Iv received are automatic reply's, I'm still waiting for them to reply.
Today 07/08/23 called again went through the whole process again was told they had to request a DPQ refund which will take 72 hours before someone contacts me.
I asked for a transcript of all the calls and information but was told no!
This company is absolutely disgraceful they have taken my money and all I can say is they front want to give it back.
I won't be shopping with them again.
I'm taking this further through consumer service, they should not be allowed to treat customers like this.

I ordered a pair of shoes. They sent me a confirmation that I ordered shoes. The very next day they canceled my order! I've sent 3 emails wondering why my order was canceled. They've never responded.
I was on holiday and I placed an order for express delivery and even paid EXTRA for this service. This was the order number: ******* and date of order: 11/09/2022.
The order was NOT delivered during the advertised time-period which was promised under the express delivery service. Secondly, the item was delivered LATE to the hotel (after I had checked-out). This incident happened on the 11th September 2022.
Now the hotel STILL has the package in their possession. I have contacted the Hilton hotel, and they mentioned that they are unable to return it. JD sports cannot even make arrangements to get the item picked-up, the package which they delivered LATE and it is their fault I am in this position and situation. I currently do not have the package which I ordered and PAID for. Neither have I been given a refund. I have made a complaint to JD sports regarding this issue and they have not even got back to me regarding this issue. I have made multiple phone calls to them and they simply do not care.
I am extremely annoyed with this situation and this situation is still not resolved. JD sports should have given me a refund as I am in this situation due to their negligence of not being able to properly provide an express service. They should not make customers pay for services they simply cannot provide.

I ordered a $135 Nike Jacket in medium. When the package arrived the packing slip was correct but the item in the bag was a $65 hoodie in XL. I returned the item per their website directions and email per tracking they received the item on December 8th but I never received a confirmation of my refund. Good luck calling, it appears they use an out of country 3rd party company that sucks. I had to open a dispute with my credit card company. I WOULD NEVER ORDER FROM THEM EVER AGAIN.

3 times this year they cancelled my order because it's not in stock. I highly recommend to stay away from this company and all its outlets.
December 2021. So my wife bought me a pair of Jordans for Xmas online. After receiving the shoes I noticed that there was damage to the shoe box and had scuffed finger prints all over the box. After opening the box and looking at the shoes, the shoes were already worn, there was hair inside of the shoe, dirt on the bottom of the shoes, and they were scfuffed. You would think that if you spend over $200 on some shoes that they would send you a new unworn pair.
After going to the store for a refund, I was told by a worker that he i would have to come back when the manager is there because she would have to do a defective refund which is different paperwork.
I then come back at the time he said the manager would be there and was told again the manager was not there and would be in like 15 minutes. I waited 30 minutes and the manager was still not there. I told the sales associate why can't o get a regular refund and he again said he couldn't because it had to go under a defective refund and he didn't know how to do it only the manager knows. I then said can you just call another store and have them walk you through the process. He said no.
Straight up they suck as a company and have crappy workers who appear like they just want to collect a check and not work.
I went home called customer service and after wait almost 45 minutes to speak to someone i finally did and was able to get a refund.
The only way I will buy anything from here ever again is if they get people who actually care and want to work.

I wish to inform all the shoppers that JD Sport Customer Service has no clue of the service. They work based on tick boxes and your complain is not dealt as individually. JD Sport uses the Service of EVRI for Delivery and MUST tell you this Company Drivers will steal your items and will declare under your name that your item has been delivered. EVRI Drivers will steal your goods and when you put your claim for undelivered item, based on their investigation (not sure based on what) which will never be shared to you, your claim will be rejected and ask you to dispute the payment with your Bank. However, the bank will be based on the rejected claim outcome, you will NEVER get refunded for that because of JD has rejected your claim, basically means that you are a liar, and your item has been delivered. Therefore, you call EVRI-they ask you to call the retailer- and the RETAILER will ask you to call your PAYMENT PROVIDER> This is the process. In the END YOU have LOST MONEY AND TIME AND NO ITEM GETS DELIVERED TO YOU> Please guys be CAREFUL WHEN YOU PLACE YOUR ORDER> I HAVE BEEN ROBBED AND JD has NO COMPASSION for the customers!
