My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉

Received shoes in wrong size and damaged box, called customer care and told them they told me to follow the instructions. Took back to post and had to pay twice. The post returned it but put stickers on box and refund cannot be issued. Ridiculous that's your carrier

I make order on sale 27 December and few days later all my orders was cancelled! No more shopping in this s... Company!

No money, no new piece of cothing, not even one ANSWER!

So disappointed This is what I sent to customer service. And on the JD system it's shown as still on its way! It's not …

This is what I sent to JD. Dear Customer service team. I purchased a item which was a Adidas predator football shoe. I also requested next day delivery. I had a notification that it would be delivered by Envri and it would be here between 1 pm and 2 pm. Throughout the day I have been checking the status of my item and I've had a picture of a box in a hand outside my house. Not on the porch on actually delivered to my door.

I will be sending that to as evidenced. I also have evidence of the ring door bell that shows that no item was delivered. I then proceeded to go online again and the time it said it was delivered was 1pm. It couldn't have as you can see by the screen shot of the delivery notification it was not 1pm but what it was much earlier in the day. And again when I called your team and received a text to say it was on route. That totally overlaps as it was stating on the tracking email it was delivered. I also believe that the young courier has taken my package. As we have ring cameras on the doors and I have asked the neighbour to send them and please look at these items. My child has SEN and this has devastated him as he's autistic and doesn't understand the concept of it not being here. He's seen the map and he can't understand why it's states delivered. Children with Sen and neurological disorders don't understand concepts. Please investigate this horrible situation. I eagerly await. Please see appendix with this email.

Only for a general email to be sent. Really patronising!

I spent over £500 on this waste of a company and have not received my order. I rang them and they said an Evri driver had left it on the shed, I told them there was nothing on my shed. Asked to speak to a manager who was so rude and unprofessional - he said they had proof of delivery (an image of a box inside the shed) and there is nothing he can do. He didn't even listen to my side of the story - appalling!
When I got home I looked at the shed picture only to discover it is not even my shed. I rang customer service back today, firstly spoke to a very very rude unprofessional assistant, same rude Assitant that I spoke to on Monday I had to hang up and ring back to speak to someone else who informed me there is nothing customer service can do for me as it's been escalated to Order.Authorisations who are only available through emails, so I sent them an email, it's been back and forth emails with this other unhelpful human, who when I asked for a proof of delivery with my house number she sent me a Google map highly disappointed.

I made a claim back with my bank which am still waiting for an outcome which could take up to 8 weeks. It pains so much that I have to go through this, if I knew I would have gone elsewhere - out of pocket and no goods.

Please avoid JD SPORTS! At all costs.

The customer service is unspeakable, managers they dnt care about customers all they are interested in is making money at all costs. I requested to make a complaint regarding how the manager was so rude and unprofessional towards me on Monday with the lady from Order.Authorisations and she did not even address the topic! - it's like as a customer I dnt matter at all!

I message them on instagram and upto now no reply!

Profits are made by retaining your customers, customers are the ones that keeps your business going, you can have all the products but if you do not have customers to purchase them it's a failed business - treat your customers with a little respect and dignity it goes a long way!

It's such a disgrace! I am never ever spending even a penny at this company. PLEASE AVOID JD SPORTS - TAKE YOU MONEY WHERE YOU ARE VALUED AS A CUSTOMER

Tip for consumers:
If I knew I would purchase goods over £500 and never receive them I wouldn’t have shopped here and if I knew customers are treated like trash, not valued and not listened to, I WOULD NEVER HAVE SHOPPED HERE! Please be WARNED!

Products used:
I received no products!! And no refund! Please avoid JD SPORTS AT ALL COST. Spend your money where you are valued and respected as a customer, not where you are treated and spoken to like trash.

I have been a loyal customer of JD Sports for many years, and I've always trusted them for providing quality products and reliable service. However, my recent experience with them has left me utterly disappointed and frustrated.

On Saturday, 08/26, I visited JD Sports to order a pair of shoes for my daughter as she was preparing to go back to school. Little did I know that this simple transaction would turn into a nightmare. As I placed the order, I immediately noticed that I had been double charged for the purchase. Concerned about the erroneous charges, I promptly reached out to them through both phone and email channels in order to get the issue resolved.

To my astonishment, JD Sports' customer service response was far from what I expected. When I called them the following morning, the representative on the other end of the line displayed a shocking lack of concern for my situation. Not only did they fail to address the double charge, but they also treated me with a dismissive attitude. As if this wasn't bad enough, the situation escalated further when the customer service representative hung up on me mid-sentence, leaving me both speechless and deeply frustrated.

It is truly disheartening to see a company that I once held in high regard exhibit such a disregard for their customers. I never received the refund I rightfully deserved, and the lack of accountability and professionalism displayed by JD Sports' staff was completely unacceptable.

I implore anyone considering purchasing from JD Sports to exercise caution. My experience serves as a stark reminder that even longstanding relationships with companies can be soured by a single, poorly-handled incident. Until JD Sports can demonstrate a commitment to addressing their customers' concerns with the respect and care they deserve, I would strongly advise against making any purchases from them.

In conclusion, my recent encounter with JD Sports has left me with no choice but to rate them with a single star out of five. This is a reflection of their abysmal customer service, lack of responsiveness, and failure to rectify an issue that they themselves created. It is my sincere hope that they take this feedback to heart and make the necessary changes to restore their reputation and regain the trust of their once-loyal customers.

I came in the store to just looking at a shoes whatever catches my eye. I finally found a shoe really 2 pairs my 1st problem is if I come buying a $200 dollar pair of shoes don't ignore me an look all over my head, an hoping I don't ask you to help me or act like you don't hear me, but if someone else calls you,you can hear them just as clear as day an he didn't even buy anything.I was the one buying the shoes or the fact that I ask to try the shoes on it took 30 minutes just to bring one pair out.Then just give me one shoe to try on an not the other shoe instead he takes the other shoe an the box like I'm going to steal them I keep asking for the other shoe an he ignored me so hard that someone else got his attention, just to get the other shoe so I can try it on he finally give me the other shoe like 10 minutes later,I finally had to say I don't have to steal anything needless to say the 1st pair didn't fit, so they finally decided to bring the other pair and did the exact same thing hell I'm not coming to buy just one shoe I need to try both shoes on,I finally decided to get the shoes with their bad customer service the gentleman takes them to the register an I had to requested my shoes which cost 200 dollars the guy asked me was I paying cash or card I said both so what does he do when i said that he takes the shoes off the counter an put them on the floor under his feet, I also told him I don't have to steal $#*! I'm paying for the shoes so when I slide my card through an it goes through I told him I know it did go through I don't have to steal $#*! an told them I will not be back I'm thinking about taking these shoes back just because the service was so bad if I thought I could find these shoe in a different store i would have left them and the shoes,don't treat me like I'm going to steal your shoes everyone doesn't steal so frustrating I bet I won't be back to that location hell I don't even want to shop with y'all really nobody deserves that especially I'm paying $200 dollars plus for just 1 pair of shoes.

I ordered some NIKE Air. For professional reasons I was out of my city of residence. When I got back 3 weeks after the order arrived, I tried the shoes on and found that they were tight so I went to the brand's store in CC Alegro, where they told me that the return HAD NO PROBLEM BUT, it had nothing to do with them (?!) and it would have to be online, they explained to me that I would have to use the return slip that came with the shoes. On this tab it is written, in small letters, that deliveries from March and April could be returned until the end of May. I was rested because it looked like I would have about 3 months to return it. It turns out that FINALLY the return period was 30 days and as I tried to make the return at 35 days I WAS HANGING because THEY DID NOT ACCEPT THE RETURN even despite numerous insistences through the supposed (dis)support to the customer. Now I have some shoes to "bake with potatoes" because of 5 days, :( where the return guide and the lady at the store misled me with a deadline of 3 months. I really didn't like the treatment at all! Made to regret but the money is on their side and I have a product that is useless to me. They can be late for various reasons including the pandemic, but the customer can not be even one minute late in a deadline they advertise for 3 months but after all it is STRICTLY 1 month! Liars, unfair! ARROGANT, arrogant! With pseudo nice words! VERY LITTLE HUMAN, I WILL NEVER BUY ANYTHING MORE FROM THEM!
I asked them for the TIN and company name in Portugal to fill in the COMPLAINTS BOOK online. NO REPLY to emails. After 4 repeated emails insisting, they replied saying that they don't know, that they don't have, so you can't officially complain! It's one of those stores where it's better to be AFRAID and RUN AWAY! The customer for them is ZERO!

RUN AWAY !! No after sales service at all

Wish I could leave 0 stars, wish I could just make an order online it's 2021 for Pete's sake!

I placed this order 1 November, contacted JD on Twitter on 7 November as whilst my order was confirmed nothing had taken place. I received a quick response from James who advised an "acknowledged failed" had happened to the order and if I tried again it would be unlikely to happen again.

On 8 November I put through a second order and asked James to check there were no issues. Vlad confirmed that this had failed and issued a refund. When I asked why this had happened Alexandra said that my booking details didn't match.

I realised (although not clear from any of the 3 advisors, might be one to add to your standard responses) that you cannot check out as a guest on a PayPal order with click and collect because the default settings on the JD site suggest that the customer billing address is the selected store.

I then created a third order on 9 November and finally it looked like it was confirmed and moving (moved from "confirmed" to "order processing" on the tracker online)
Then 17 November I realised it had been 7 days and my click and collect delivery was supposed to be within 3-5 days.
I again reached out on Twitter and automatically was refunded with an email saying it was due to stock issues.
I asked what could be done. I was told that it was a system issue (JD seem to have a lot of those) and I had my refund.
I asked for this item to be sent to my local store so I could buy it, noting that I did actually attend in person (on 29 October 2021) but could not buy this as it was not in-store.
I was told this could not be done.
I asked to speak to a manager.

I just wanted to buy these trainers for Christmas and I can't believe it was 3 weeks, 3 payments and a lot of customer effort just to be told I can't.

The trainers are still available on the website, surely if you're out of stock these should be removed? If they're in stock why can't I just buy the trainers?

And if all these "technical issues" are because they aren't being delivered, I asked if JD be kind enough to arrange at a local store for collection, answer no!

Shocking - avoid! Funnily enough I've brought something else and JD won't be a site I'll be visiting again...

Slechte ervaring. Kleine lettertjes die afwijken van de foto's waardoor je iets anders ontvangt dan je verwacht. Terugsturen kost geld, terwijl je ook de reeds betaalde verzendkosten niet terugkrijgt. Klantenservice zeer onvriendelijk en totaal niet behulpzaam. Bestel hier niet.

Tip for consumers:
Bestel hier vooral niet als je geen problemen en teleurstelling wilt. Goedkoop is duurkoop.
