My kids, husband and I have bought quite a bit of runners from jd sports in Pickering town centre. Matteo has awesome customer service, is very professional and pleasant We definitely will be back to gwt more runners. Hopefully Matteo will be available to help 😉

Received shoes in wrong size and damaged box, called customer care and told them they told me to follow the instructions. Took back to post and had to pay twice. The post returned it but put stickers on box and refund cannot be issued. Ridiculous that's your carrier

WARNING! Do not purchase online from this company! Not only did I never recieve my purchase but they took my money! Have just seen Cambridge JD sports loose 4 customers due to lazy staff refusing to help the one person behind the desk. He requested help 3 times on the radio and verbally asked 2 members of staff, the staff are clearly in compeition to avoid being the one to help.disgusting and a waste of money in staff costs for the store manager.

I ordered a E Gift card to be sent by text the next day to my nephew. When it didn't arrive I tried to call them OVER 30 times over the proceeding week. I tried 10 times to use the online chat. Every single time I was told they were too busy and the automated service hung up. I left a bad review and magically got sent an email address to use and got a reply?! They want me to give them the mobile number I wanted it sent to. I advised I had given my nephew cash due the awful experience I had trying to contact them. They say I can't refund a gift card?!? It is an E card text they did not send?!?! I couldn't care less about £40 it's the time I have wasted trying to call this awful retailer. I will be seeking compensation and will want to talk to ceo or at very least senior management. DO NOT USE read the news stories about how awful they are and DO NOT expect to get through them!

Many weeks ago I had an issue in store and contacted customer services. They in turn said they would contact the store to sort out. Two weeks later I heard nothing. Two weeks again and still nothing. I contacted again and got an apology but still nothing has been done.

I brought a pair of converse and a pair of white Air Force 1s. The shoes looked like they had been worn and then taken to someone who knows how to "fix up" shoes and they were resold for the price of a brand new pair. I will not be buying another pair.

I ordered Barbie crocs for my daughter. They shipped an empty package. Sticker right on the box from postal service that said " package received without contacts" I had to fill out a form and provide photos for a return. No big deal. They claimed that they shipped out a new pair of crocs. Meanwhile, I'm waiting two weeks never received them call them again and they said they never received the form that I filled out so they canceled the crocs. Took a month (filled out the form two more times) called weekly and finally got a refund. Never got the crocs they were now out of stock. I will never order from this company again. Had to order from elsewhere which cost me way more money. So irritated. Customer service was a total joke.

Evri admitted not a safe place to leave parcel, jd continued to use this company and i lost out on over £100, left a review on trust pilot, i was adviced to email the address provided, that was a waste of time, on top of my wasted money, hope the person strotting around in my order appreciates it

if they still using evri delivery service. dont order as jd take no responsibilty for missing orders

JD SPORTS... COOPERATE WITH SVUUM.
THAT COURIER COMPANY "SVUUM" IS THE WORST IN GREECE.
THEY HAVE MY PACKAGE IN THEIR PREMISES SINCE 21/12/23 AND THEY WON'T DELIVER IT UNTIL NEXT YEAR.
I CONTACTED SVUUM VIA CHAT AND EMAIL, TRIED TO FIND A SOLUTION, EVEN SUGGESTED PICKING UP MY SELF...BUT NO, THEY ARE NOT WILLING TO HELP.
NO AVAILABILITY OF A CALL CENTER.
ALSO, I CONTACTED JD CUSTOMER CARE,,,I BEGGED FOR HELP AS THE PACKAGE IS A PRESENT FROM SANTA FOR NEW YEAR...BUT ALSO NO SOLUTION GIVEN.
I AM VERY DISAPPOINTED.

I returned a $173 pair of shoes on Monday before 6pm close of banking hours.
I was told it would be 3-5 days for the refund to hit my account. I said I can't wait 3-5 days. They blamed my bank!
My bank deposits all refunds the same day! Always! They lied! It is their bank! They left me with 28 cents for 4 days.
All employees were black. I wonder if they ever hire any other race or do they think only black people can sell athletic shoes!
They also had 2 guys accuse a 16 year old of buying shoes to resell them and said he would never succeed. The boy was standing in line to pay with his mother! Who are they to accuse people of buying their overly priced shoes to resell without any evidence of a kid standing in line who hadn't even paid! This store is a scam and I will be reporting to the BBB and The Woodlands Mall. And putting a review on the woodlands mall website about this store!

Do not shop here!

They offer a few prices for their services and then, without warning, the prices increase. Customer service is very inept, they do not know how to answer questions and do not know how to solve problems. I am not saying that they deserve to improve, but rather that they deserve to disappear this service.

I bought 105 dollar Jordan shoes and after a few days the color on the shoes erased. And the shoes started to look yellow. I called the costumer service to maybe help me with the shoes. They said they can't help me with anything.

Stay away from this establishment. They don't care and have disdain for their customers! The manager was rude and even insinuated I had stolen my shoes. The worst place to go for shoes period.

Nightmare trying to return a pair of shoes. Not sure why I decided to shop@JDs. Over the year I've made purchases from Nike, Foot Locker and other online retailer. I have never had any issues.

Went toy local shop in town center. Went as soon as it opened. It was like a nightclub with the music so loud. Sales assistant talking to me, couldn't hear her at all, when paying it took her 20 minutes to pack the stuff, 2 tracksuits and a pair of trainers, then asked if I wanted an email receipt which I said no to, she then replied you need to go to anther till and do it all again for paper receipt, absolute joke, really stress ful visit and will not ever step foot in there again, also most of staff didn't have masks and didn't sanatize

My nephew started here in redditch 6 weeks ago, the manager was leaving and didn't help him sign up properly.
Payroll ended up with the wrong details.
They was rude when we desperately tried to sort out it.

They told him he would be paid with in 7 days. Despite telling them how much this is desperately needed they are with holding his money and taking there time to pay him. It's been almost 3 weeks since everyone got paid and they are in no rush to sort it.

Every day he's broken because he owes money out and they just aren't helping to rectify it! Almost £1000 is a lot of money to just pay when ever they feel like it.

Went in to return something and the staff were so rude, no masks, there were 5 people at the tills and only one actually serving, the others were just messing around doing whatever, the girl was so rude, they placed the order online for me originally and said because I didn't have a piece of paper (which they didn't give me) they couldn't do the return, even though I had the receipt, and that although I paid £70 I'd only get £50 back because it went down in price and I didn't have this magic piece of paper she desperately needed. One member of staff overheard this and told the girl to just process the return, as I wasn't going anywhere. She seemed to be able to process it easily with no piece of paper. Just being lazy, so so rude overall, unhelpful, and staff didn't want to be there and had such bad attitude. Won't be shopping in JD again, no employees in masks at all. So poor

Horrible vile management. Having being send from Silverburn to Argyle Street to purchase some shoes for my young son we were turned away at the door by the so called manager. Their corporate website shows a closing time of 9pm but at 8:30pm they were already closed saying we should have checked Google. As this is clearly a company issue with their website the manager could have done the right thing as an exception to help but she refused. Sorry but just a horrible vile person who is in the wrong job. If she worked for my company she would have been dismissed on the spot. Just avoid this branch until they get a proper manager focused on customer service..

I returned a pair of shoes and I was told a refund would be given in 3-5 days. Well it's been close to a month if not longer with no money, multiple phone calls to be on hold and then hung up on every single time, to 4 emails with only 1 follow up. DONT WASTE YOUR HARD EARNED MONEY! They have a 1 star rating for a reason.

Ordered a jersey online, then waited to get the order at least sent, but it never did within the 5-7days as stated by JD Sports. Then went to customer service chat, 5 times, got booted out after hours of waiting. Then went to email support, never got an answer. Then called the phone number, no answer. I think I got scammed. Not even a message saying they are backlogged or anything.

My son ordered something online and we needed it for the next day it hadn't made it to the store yet so I had to pay for my item in cash and they were supposed to reimburse my card my credit card which I've been waiting and waiting and still haven't received my funds I tried calling customer service stayed on the phone for hours never spoke to anyone I tried contacting online all of my chats were ended before my issue was resolved It is very difficult to reach out to a representative and very frustrating

We have ordered several times from JD we have had items just not arrive sent an item back never got a refund and yesterday received an item on the invoice as cargo pants which we ordered but the item that arrived was a pink Nike jumper emailed jd but had no response as yet

I pay for next day delivery at 00:30 on the 30th of june so well before the cut off time, so say atleast 13 and a half hours before the time you have to order them by for next day delivery so should come on the 1st of July that is the next day but these useless invalids think the 4th of july is next day delivery.

Dont bother ordering next day delivery because they can never keep to it 3 times in last 2 weeks and none have come next day

If you're looking to purchase anything, look anywhere but JD Sports. I purchased a pair of shoes for my son. After a week of waiting for the shoes, I went back to the site to check the status of my order. It still said "processing". So I called to see what was going on. I got through to a representative, and explained I was just looking for an update for something paid for a week ago. After verifying my information, the first thing he says is something along the lines of (there was a pretty big language barrier) "we reserve the right to cancel an order at any time", and every time he responded to something repeated that same phrase. Then he said they were trying to find the shoes, then he told me there was low inventory in the warehouse, and then a few other variations. All the while repetitively telling me they can cancel an order at any time. Then he proceeds to tell me there may have been other people who purchased the shoes before me…a week ago, and now they were out of stock. Interestingly, they were still in stock, and SELLING them, in the same size, on their website, even as he was telling me different variations of them not having them. I asked to speak with a supervisor, he put me on hold for a bit and came back to tell me there were none available and someone would call me back….I'm betting there's a greater chance of me receiving the shoes that they don't have than I am a call (I'm still waiting for both). Between him basically telling me they took my money for something they didn't have, and then continuing to take people's money with no intention of filling the product order a week after they no longer had the product is borderline fraudulent but definitely a terrible practice and a great way to lose consumers! Don't risk your money with this company!

Fate is hard, after a long time of waiting, dozens of emails sent with no response, I had given up the idea of receiving my package. The thirtieth day after my order, I FINALLY receive my package. The joy was short-lived, JD sport was mistaken in the color of one of my two items (lmfao).

The best is yet to come, the item with the color ordered is out of stock, JD sports has the nerve to ask me to return the unwanted item to trigger the refund.

JD sports offers products with a very attractive streetwear style, unfortunately JD sports is not up to the task and proves an undeniable lack of professionalism.

When you don't know how to manage an E-commerce, you don't do E-commerce business.
