Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much

Ordered a $435.00 louver for a 79 Z28, terrible fit And after attaching, five of the six mounting brackets, the last and six bracket mounting screw, broke off while trying to get it to adhere to the window. After seeing how the mounting screw was attached to the mowing plate, I'm concerned they all break off. For this money should've gotten better quality. Came in and jumped on the computer to get this rectified only to be told. I'm entering the wrong password which I know I was not. Clicked on forgot my password to reset and needed received two emails from both with different reset passwords. Tried them both until locked out of my account and instructed to call the 800 number. Sat on hold for 35 minutes, never moved from 30th caller in line. Hung up. Call back and tried punching some different numbers only to get a person that tells me they can't help me and put me back on hold for 10 minutes until I hang up again. I'll never order anything from this worse than China company again.

Customer service is a disservice. 2 hour wait EVERY TIME I called. Plus I find out that the manufacturer of my rebuilt carberator that they went through WILL NOT provide return shipping cost,I have to pay it! It is almost as much as the core charge when all is said and done! I decided to just keep it. Never again.

I ordered over 4500.00 in one order, forgot the flywheel,
So i called and stressed how i needed it the next day, he said don't worry it will be there for the 14.35, i said i would pay extra i am desperate, no need he says. So today after 6 hours after receiving the tracking info and fedex says they don't have it yet i do chat with Nathan
Again stressed i need was told we load 20 items on each truck when fedex scans it you will be able to track and disconnects, i waited for 1 hour for this. Customer service sucks, will be considering going to summit from here on out, had Nathan pull my info and did not matter how much i spend or order, just disconnected no help at all. Shame on you customer service means just that. Guess what Nathan customers pay your wages. You suck at your job

You can not get ahold of anyone in customer service or logon tech support. I have been phoning for a week to get tech support to fix a logon problem and been on the phone for hour at a time. The music they keep playing will drive you nuts.
Two fuel pumps were defective and I had to pay for the shipping return and still they didn't issue a full refund. Can't get through on the phone

JEGS is a complete waste of time. Ordered multiple things for my car, some of which were correct. Mostly incorrect parts &/or junk out the box. Not to mention ordered. A new set of front tires. They bill and send me 3 sets. 2 of which I actually even receive. Then to top it off, I contact there joke of a customer service department to figure out what to do with the tires. Sit on hold for OVER 2 hours and yet to speak to someone. What a F*****g JOKE JEGS is. I will never waste my time at this S**t hole again

Made a multiple item purchase. One item that was supposed to be in stock but ship from vender was now on back order. I tried calling but couldn't stay on hold for over 30min. While at work. Tried the chat bot but is was always "unavailable at this time" emails bounced back from their email links. Tried another customer contact email address but no response. Sent another email threatening a case with PayPal And that I shouldn't have to pay return shipping because I tried multiple ways of contacting them to no avail. "I had screenshots and emails as proof." I received no communication whatsoever from jegs I received a shipping label to return. Which I did promptly. They gave me a partial credit minus shipping. Thanks jegs.

For all the people complaining about hold times here is the truth. There is a grand total of 6 employees who answer phones in customer service. I worked there 5 weeks, had 1 week total training on the out dated system that is so old it requires F key commands and was fired because I asked too many questions. There are 10 supervisors who don't even come in until 11am who as far as I could see talk amongst themselves and bully new employees. So the hold will NEVER get better because if you ask for help to do a good job you get fired. I was actually amazed the customer service supervisor got up early and drove to work just to fire me considering it takes him 30 minutes to respond to questions from new employees.

I have purchased $5,000 worth of equipment from them. But the warranty on everything. A holly fuel pump went bad within 2 weeks and when I called I sat on hold for three and a half hours. Then even though I bought the warranty to make it an extra year long, they won't send a new pump to me until they get the old one back. It's at $99 item they're going to throw it away anyway. This is bull$#*! and I'll never purchase another Penny from this worthless company.

We purchased a holly fuel pump along with the 9 warranty period it died within Two weeks and yet they won't help us at all period They want us to send the old one back and have it checked out first so the car gets to sit for three weeks until they say that it is defective and then they ship a new one period Way by the warranty question mark they're going to throw this item away anyway

Ordered a suspension kit back in February. Got shocks and lower control arms. Didn't receive upper control arms. Called at the end of March and was on hold for a hr and a half. Told me I would get them mid April. Didn't get them. Called and got put on hold for 3 hrs. Told I wasn't going to get them till September. I decided to send lower control arms and shocks back. Now let's see how long it takes to get my refund
I ordered parts for my pickup, received partial order. I waited for weeks to receive the rest of my order, which never came, I tried calling Jegs several times, however with a waiting time that was absolutely ridiculous it took several attempts to get through. I finally decided to select the number on their recorded menu that says I wanted to place an order. What do you know, I got through told the guy I was still waiting for my part he told me it was backordered and would be another 5 weeks! I told him no I cannot wait any longer I need it now so please cancel and credit my card. He said I needed to talk to customer service switched me over to that and I then waited for three hours and 17 minutes on hold! Finally at 7:30 cst somebody answered. I told the woman I need her to credit my account because item was taking too long to get so I was cancelling it. Well she then told me I was going to have to wait until she sends an email to the vendor and if they are ok with cancelling she would then credit my account and this all could take several days. I will NEVER order from this crap company again! I do not have "proof of purchase" because I never got the part.
I ordered tires shipping should have been free so i called 3 times just to get hung up on finally i was told on the fourth call that the shipping is the shipping for oversized which is fine but the website states something different very false advertisment and some of the worst customer service i can buy parts elsewhere where my business is appreciated and wanted

I have ordered from JEGS in the past without any problems. Well that has all changed now, I ordered a couple of high dollar items from them and have received emails that contradict each other and have tried numerous times to contact them by phone and have been on hold for hours without being able to talk to someone. They have failed to answer any emails that I have sent and it looks like I am going to have to contact my bank to dispute the purchases to get my money returned.
In my opinion JEGS is a FAILED Internet seller and buyers beware! I will never order from them again!

I don't know what part of cancel the whole order you don't under stand.i called first and checked with you to see if both of these parts were available and you said yes.i made my self very clear if you couldn't get both parts i wasn't interested in buying them.i called the first time to cancel the order and was on the phone for over a half hour and got hung up on,the second time i called it was 48minutes before i talked to some one.that's straight up bull $#*! and very bad customer service.i will never order nothing from you again.then i read some reviews about your company wow you seem to do this to a lot of people i don't know how you stay in business because you just suck $#*! all together.and now i will also go wright a review about your crappy company and how you treat people lie about your parts

I ordered 2 special torq bit sockets, after being told my order was being processed. The next day I was told they wouldn't have them til March. They also want to charge me 17 dollars to ship 2 small torq bits,thats more than the price of the bits. So I contacted them and told them to issue me a refund for the 42 dollar. They still haven't done so,and its March. If i open there email and click order number it says unavailable. How do you get your money back?
Placed an order on 02/18 for an in stock item, billed my PayPal on the 26th received a email refunded due to discontinued. Still have not received my funds back. No one answers the customer service line been on hold over 30 min what a joke. Last time I do business with them. On weekends there is no customer service only operators to take your money. I'm on my third champion radiator they just keep blowing up. I wish I never would have bought them. The only good thing about them is the warranty so I get a new radiator and then it blows up. So I just have a headache all over again every year. The same f****** headache from champion and jegs. Now they sent me a brand new radiator that's so out of square. I can't even put my fan shroud on yea. What a waste of f****** time. Maybe you guys should look at what you're selling Made in the USA Go out of business, please.

Ordered new coil pack wires for my focus last Saturday and am just now getting them this Saturday just ridiculous it takes 8 days to ship a little box of 4 9 or so inch wire's only reason I'm not putting 1 star is the lady who answered when I called was nice and helped me. It's a shame
Only recieved three stars because of the fact that I paid for overnight shipping did not recieve it until 3 days later. I was told I could not recieve a refund for it because I changed my address. I was told this would be delayed anyways due to weather(which they told me after I paid the 48 dollars for overnight) so in short I paid 48 dollars for regular shipping with an address change thanks jegs. So I guess ask them how the weather is over there before you order parts
