Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
Horrible customer service. I ordered shocks for my truck and they have now sent me the wrong item twice. The first order they sent me 4 front shocks, I had called them to get the part numbers before ordering but they still charged me to return the items. The second order has the correct part number on the packing list but the shocks are not for my truck at all, after calling the manufacturer I found out Jegs sent me shocks for a car. I called today to return them and was told I would have to pay gain to return them. I have since called the manufacturer back and asked them to exchange to shocks for me. Jegs policy is to make their customers pay for Jeags mistakes. I have asked to speak to a supervisor and have been on hold for 20mins now, the customer service rep refused to give me their name so I can't even fill out Jegs' internal review system. Horrible company that scams their customers. Stay far away from them, this isn't the Jegs we grew up with.
Chrome alternator peeling 5months old was told they would send me another one to send old one back in new box waited a week and a half still no new alternator called then was told i have to send the old one back first before they send me the new one or i could buy another one now my car has to sit while i wait for all the parts exchanges what a big inconvenience probly the last time i buy anything from jegs back to summit racing.
I ordered aeromotive fuel pressure regulator, part number 027-*******. During purchase, it was advertised that the 100psi aeromotive fuel pressure gauge was supposed to come with it. Well, I received the order and there was no fuel pressure gauge. I called asking for it but the lady said there was no such ad. She puts me on hold to go remove the ad. Then she comes back to me to tell me I need to find the ad and forward it to their email. Do not make an order based on free add ons.

Ordered a part for our son, order was held up (fault FedEx), called and talked to Leighann she helped me find the part somewhere else and got it to us in time. Had to call again because the original part was lost by FedEx and it was still pending, Chlista was awesome and helped me. The long wait and headache inducing music and repeated loud "commercials" were annoying but these ladies made it worth it. Thank you

I was happy when my order showed up. The exhaust on my truck is falling off and desperately need some help.
The first box showed up on my porch with all the pipes. No hardware? I wasn't sure so I waited for the rest to show up. As to my surprise headers were good all the parts came that went with the headers. Mufflers just what I was looking for, still no hardware such as clamps and hangers.
I made a call to Jegs told them the order was incomplete. They said we will make it right. Three weeks now still no hardware. Saturday is coming up i will install my new pipes with out them. Just have to make my own hangers. Lesson might be is to find out what is being shipped in your order how many boxes and what is in each box.
I am happy to have jegs products sent to me the parts I ordered, but packing of the pipes might need some adjustment. Heavy products may need handles for the shipper easy movement.

I ordered a engine from jegs on july 16 2022 it was to be shipped on sept. 4th 2022 it is january 26th 2023
And still no engine my biggest porblem with them is it was supposed to be in stock now they say it will be shipped in march I am one mad customer 8 months is way to long do not buy from them
I bought a radiator cover for my chevelle I paid 47 dollars they site said it would fit my car but when I got it it was to small I had to buy a purchase label from them online to send it back it was like 13$ so I ended up spending like 60$ in all they refunded me just 12$ don't buy parts here they're scammers and you can't never get them on the phone

I ordered a set of springs and the website said it would ship in a few days and would take a few days in shipping. A month passed, I called Jegs, they said the manufacturer hadn't shipped them. I called the manufacturer and was told that they hadn't made that part since 2017. I got back in touch with jegs, told them what I knew and they directed me to another department to see about getting the parts from another source. Ordered them and waited a week and called jegs again and they told me that the parts are unavailable. It has taken almost 2 months for them to say they cannot get the parts. They wasted my time and I will not order anything from them ever again.
I ordered Fram rails for my 1978 camaro and they both came in damaged,the first call took the 30 minutes to talk to someone and they told us they'd send new ones.The one that came in was damaged worse then the first one and they couldn't send them as a pair like the original order and they will not pick up the call.

When you talk to there (professionals) and they get you the wrong stuff you will have to pay for the shipping again. To get the right stuff or the missing stuff. What I was told was he didn't order the stuff so he didn't miss anything. How professional but if i wanted the stuff i would have to pay shipping again. If it was in the box the 1 st time i wouldn't have to pay shipping two times. Lets just say to make my day better i just payed shipping again i was getting no where with will you know!

As I type this review I have been on hold for 2 hours and counting, I wanted to return some parts I had to prepay 10.47 +tax to return each item, then when I clicked to print return label, the return label would not come up to print, they dontse d a copy to your mail leaving no choice but to call and wait on endless hole, never again will I order from jegs this is straight bull$#*!, I've wasted 2 +hours of my life and gave no clue if they are even going to answer my call!

Ordered a vacuum modulator on Tue May 4th. Supposed to be here May 10th according to Jegs. Now looked at Fedex and they say delivery May 14th! TEN DAYS. The freight was just about as much as the product.

I literally wouldn't even give them one star. I ordered a product from them, check order status one day later, and the product is on back order. Their policy specifically states the customer would be notified if a product is on back order so they have the option to cancel the order, etc. I was not notified. I then tried to call them several times waiting on hold for over an hour, sometimes two hours at a time, to try to cancel my order and no one ever answers. I proceed to call back trying to get ANYONE on the phone whether it be Accounting, HR, etc. and literally NO ONE WHATSOEVER would pick up a phone. There's no other way to contact them or cancel an order. This is an absolute $#*! SHOW of a business!

Sent the trans back to Jegs and got one from Auto Value on 03/21/2022 and will install this am. It took 3 business days (not counting Saturday and Sunday) to get it, should have gone to Auto Value in the first place GRrrr! Lesson learned the hard way! FYI the torque converter was supposed to ship on 3/30/2022 if I can believe them after 3 empty shipping promises?

Jegs rep promised speedy delivery of a transmission with torque converter for my work truck, trans came but still waiting for the torque converter for 3 weeks now. They lie to get your $$ and then leave you waiting. Calls to them are put on hold for up to 2 hours. The 3 people talked to all promised it will ship, the last stated shipping on the 15th and will get email notification, 03/15/2022 has come and gone and NO shipping notification. On hold, again to find out where is my order? DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. I am dead in the water without my truck and told them that when I first spoke to them and received empty promises and could have ordered from Auto Value and had it by know

I have been a customer of Jegs for many years without issues. Now i order parts and my delivery date has come and gone. The problem i have is maybe Jegs needs to find another shipping service that can deliver the products when promised without delay or issue. I see Amazon trucks everywhere delivering products and dont seem to have issues like this, if things dont change or Jegs chooses not to change or fix their dilliema i will just simply start to order parts from amazon. This is very sad that a company like Jegs is letting their buisiness faulter

it has been a week and a half from the time i ordered until this review and still have no recieved. fedex at one point was a reputible company but has since fallen greatly. this company needs to have a house cleaning, starting at the top.i had a promised delivery date of 12.1.21 by the end of the day and here we are. totally unacceptable. if i could give them a 0 rating i would. why any companies would ship with them is beyond me.
I placed order for instock headers over a week ago and still have not even received shipping info. Still says processing. Ive tryed to call for 3 days phone just rings once hangsup, Ive tryed to email 20 times always a failure theyre website wont send email thru. Cant get ahold of anyone this is ridiculous.
I ordered with this company in the beginning of the month and my parts were supposed to be shipped by the 15th. Over 5 of my parts were delayed at least two weeks which meant I would be unable to see my family for Christmas. The parts that did come, two of them were severely damaged from the factory and had to be returned. However, the replacement parts although I was told were in stock ended up being backordered. To add insult to injury, I found a company (summit racing) that was able to get me my parts before christmas so I could do my repairs and see my family, but JEGS told me they would not get the money back into my account for 48 hours so they are essentially victimizing me a 3rd time by not letting me have my money so I can order the parts from someone who isn't dishonest like them...
I Ordered a transmission April 10 2021. Made the order online, website didn't say back order or anything of that nature. After some time had passed I spoke to several reps regarding the status ( I have names & dates) I received the back order runaround. Mean while on there website showed 1 in stock yet I'm still waiting. Finally I had to deal with supervisor on May 27 2021 to my transmission. He emailed New confirmation & hopefully I receive it soon. I WILL NEVER USE THEM AGAIN!

Ordered a Carburetor in Nov 22. The carb was not installed until January. The carb was defective and dumped fuel onto the intake. Return was initiated before the 60 day return policy was expired, Jegs charged am 104.00 for restocking a defective product. When I called to talk to them the customer service representative was very nice but wasn't allowed to correct the issue. I was told that it is Jegs policy to charge customer restock fee for defective parts. Jegs is a company with theft of their customers money set as a policy. Do not do business with Jegs
