Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
Unbelievable service! Keep giving the same excuse! Jan 10th! I ordered my shocks! Still no ETA for shipping! No tracking number no nothing!

Worst ever customer service 28 minute hold just to get to a CSR then another 5 minutes to get to a tech that didnt know the diffrent parts of a wheel. We were eventually cut off (i think) so a 30 minute phone call turned into zeropurchased wheel sets.
I placed an order of 4 small things and a set of taillights. The small items arrived quickly. I ordered the taillights on 10-14. It is 12-09 today and I still have not received the taillights and finally cancelled the order. On the first call we were told the expected 10-28 arrival date was a mistake and it was actually 11-28. On the second call we were told it would be 11-30. The third call consisted of then telling us the lights had shipped out that day and would be by me soon. Today we called once again and we're told the lights never shipped out. I have had a cracked taillight for 2 months and I run a detailing business. Having a cracked, faded light on a detailing vehicle is an eyesore and I e been running the risk of a ticket. Not very happy.
I ordered my part on Jan 21 2022, and was assured I would received my part, although other com. Had said it would be a few months, six week's this has been going on. I have talked to Tim, Ben, one other person who I did not get the Name, and Cheryl who I was told was a supervisor, All who informed me that my part was in the warehouse and would be shipped that Friday 'today a week Later after being on hold for 38 min. I ask for a manager, I talked to Pierri was his name, who I felt was eager to cancel my order, all he had to say was Sorry, I should have not been told my part was in the warehouse. Through this whole prosses. I never received a phone call or Email, I did all the follow up Myself, I have listen to untold min. Of how good the customer service is on the phone service, I personally don't think they really Care.
When customers are ordering online - your website should let them know if the product is on backorder prior to your company accepting payment for product. Your company has had over 2000.00 of mine since August 2022. While I understand that backordered product is not your company's fault, you should advise the consumer that product is on back order before the order is placed rather than letting them know after the transaction is completed, especially for company's that purchase from you to resale. I have a customer that has been waiting for these parts that were ordered, that I couldn't advise were on backorder in the beginning because I was not given a heads up before transaction was completed.
If I could give 0 stars I would. Will never order from this place again. Worst process and customer service I have ever experienced. From ordering (4) caps and only being sent 3 because that's all they had in stock (even though it said 12 online)... then being told my payment declined because you had only charged me for the 3 parts sent and then charged a separate transaction for the 1 sent later. After all this BS it took over 2 weeks to get my parts. Well only reason I ordered from here is because its was supposed to be same day or next day shipping and it was a time sensitive matter. Soon as I got them I sent them back in the same way they were sent to me as requested, 1 part in one box and the other 3 parts in the same box. I then only get refunded for 1 of the 4 parts? Have been fighting with them for hours on the phone. It has now been 3 months and I still do not have my full refund. I have my shipping label for proof of my return. AWFUL COMPANY... not my fault your guys don't know how to scan in returns properly. Figure it out. Never doing business with them again
Brad, and Paul are 5 Star salesmen, I received my ATK Remanufactured long Block in 8 days,, and all other shipments 3, & 5 days after placing and paying for order. My only problem is follow up was less than stellar lots of being on hold, trying to get actural ETA for scheduling. Motor will be getting installed next week. Just got to be thankful for that, for so many others do not have it in stock or is on months out backlog. Knowing 8 days from midwest to Oregon is not that long for LTL shipment to be delivered in the uproar that is facing this county today. For they will have this customer for life. Don't ever buy a motor from this company when it goes wrong they don't help you fix it they send you to another company ATK which sucks with less than 10,000 miles on my motor the rear main seal leaks and the head gaskets went now they expect me to pay a mechanic shop to have the thing fixed and then they say they'll reimburse me which I can't afford to do so until I can afford to do that I'm screwed 2300 for a motor that sucks
I spent a half an hour on the phone with a jegs technician and I was very concerned specifically about my back space of the rims I was purchasing $522 later my rims do not fit and they don't give a f&$& and my money is gone I have $702 invested 150 that is from the tire shop that is nonrefundable and they won't give me my fu$$ ing money back

Don't bother calling them or emailing them, no one will ever answer. I spent over 1 hour on the phone and hung up due to no one answering. Also good luck finding a support email, it doesn't exist.
I wish i could give this parts a zero star rating. Wrong part. A shipper that lost my grill for the front of fj but no one called me -- took 3 weeks to track it down. My neighbor 3 doors down orser headers from jegs also go t the wrong part... customer servoice is al least a 30 minute phone call to get thru... and when u do get thru. Another 10 minutes while they do the hokey poket
NIGHTMARE!
Ordered a remanufactured motor from Jegs for $5,000 shipping was fast, but the headache started from there, the motor shot codes right away and they won't take it back, I took it to 3 mechanics and eventually Dodge to figure out that camshaft and lifters are bad... Which means bad motor. I contacted the manufacturers (ATK) and they might be even worse than Jegs! My car has now at in a shop for almost 2 months and nothing has been done... I've wasted my hard earned money and countless hours emailing and calling both of them! DO NOT ORDER ANYTHING FROM THEM OR ATK!

I was ordering headlights and it said they would ship May 3. In the confirmation email it said it would ship June 30. So, I emailed them called them and chatted to let them know I wanted to cancel that order because it wasn't shipping when they told me. 4 days go by and the order still was not canceled. So, every day I would chat with them to see if it had been canceled and finally on the 7th day they cancelled it. I waited 4 more days and checked my bank still no refund. I tried chatting with them and chat wasnt available. I tried calling and every number would just ring with no automated system picking up. Called the store itself and it gave a busy signal. Called the corporate number and got a fast busy signal. That went on for 3 days. Finally my refund went in my bank account but still was never able to get ahold of anyone and talk to them so I dont know if they shut down or what.

Order some running boards for my truck already waited almost 2 1/2 wks nothing showed up now its 03/30/21 called them and FedEx they just gave me the run around lie after lie but they got $366 dollars and they mad at me because i dont want running boards after waiting and the lies. I'm happy i didnt spend anymore money and the guy was trying to get me to buy something else. Dont never order from this place i will never give them my money ever again i should have looked at the reviews first before i delt with this company i just want my money back. I order 2 set of running boards from 2 different companies i received my order on time and when they said it would be here it was here. Here are the other running boards i order on the 19th came from the same area i received them on friday.As you can see i haven't put them on my truck but since. This was my first time dealing with jegs I'd purchased a 500+ dollar hood for my Chevy truck I ordered it off of Amazon wish that is where jegs It's also selling their products with a hood was dented I called jegs they said since I ordered it off of Amazon they could not do know kind of a refund A partial refund for the dents That just goes to show you what customer service is anymore The hood was very late getting here anyway and then I tried to reach them I was an hour and a half reaching customer service be careful of who you deal with
Call 3 times finely talk to customer representative track the package then FedEx calls to tell me they lost the pack
Now I have to wait till FedEx and jegs to do investigation to receive my money back order the same stuff threw a different company receive it today be having trouble

Ordered 3 parts on 12/9 that were sold as a set. Received box 1 of 2, that had 2 items in it. Looked through tracking. I was missing box 2 of 2. Stated it was in Ohio, then for 3 days in St. Peter's MO. Staying delivery date unknown. Next to Sauget IL for 4 days, with delivery date unknown. I called the Sauget office, which is within miles of my home. She thinks there was a similar box with no package label, sent it back to "goods".
I called Jegs on 12/18, explained the situation. I was reassured to have a follow-up email by the end of the day. That did not happen. I called then next day. They were waiting for FedEx to investigate the tracking. Who knows how long this will take. I asked for them to resend my already paid for item. Just to be told NO. Once it's located in FedEx, then it will be delivered to me. All I want is the part that I paid for. I did not purchase this from FedEx. Jegs should send a new one and get the "located" one from FedEx. This was supposed to be a surprise Christmas present for our son.
I had the worst online purchasing experience ever dealing with this company! Even though I purchased through PayPal, they still wanted my personal information, and even when I verified it over a conference call with my bank, they still gave me a hard time and wouldn't release my order to PayPal. Then, after I complained, they sent the authorization through anyway and held over $5,000 of my money up for more than one week before finally releasing it! I think the reps there are going rogue and they are trying to get as much information as possible from an online purchaser in order to commit fraud and steal money from your account at a later date. After I tried to escalate it to a higher persona in their company, I received no follow-up from a supervisor or manager so apparently, this type of behavior is normal and condoned. The reviews on their website have obviously been written by their own people or are not really authentic. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company and spread the word to your friends and anyone purchasing parts for their automobile.

I bought two intake manifolds for my 1996-2002 Chevy 5.7 Vortec brand new engines, both intakes let water get threw them into the oil in the engines, I contacted JEDS and they refused to warranty them al tho there is a year warranty on them and I only had them for three months, water got in the engines the very first time the engines were ran. We thought it may be the gaskets so we installed a better gasket than what came with intakes and they still leaked. Save your money and go with a company that will warranty their products like Edelbrock, Their intakes are made in the USA, not China and are a lot better quality.

I bought a set of 60" side pipes for my van which were delivered in a timely manner to my address in Australia! However components were missing!
When speaking to a representative on messenger as I am on the other side of the world I asked if those parts could be pulled from a different length set as they are the same part code, they said they were not and would not help. Upon showing them evidence that the parts are interchangeable they said they would pull on parts and send them but have not said when.
I have been waiting over a month and still have no correspondence or idea when or if I will see these parts,
Now it appears they have have blocked me on messenger, do not return emails or answer phone calls so have no way of knowing what's going on and looks likely will have to purchase these items through Summit and pay additional freight to Australia again, what was supposed to be a $600 exercise is now looking like costing me over a $1000

Ordered parts charged the card and to cancel order and you have to pay for other order untill the cancelation is processed. So double paying and hoping you get your parts.
