Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
Wrong part shipped by jegs. Now they want me to pay return shipping for their mistake.
Don't know where these rave reviews come from, not from real customers. But don't take my word for it, check their BBB rating C+
I ordered a suspension kit from Jegs in early September, said would ship within a week. 2 weeks later, no kit and shipping date pushed out another week. Called and told it would be an added week, so now we're at a month out and they tell me that's estimated. I call again and now it's pushed out another 2 weeks. This is totally unacceptable and has completely thrown the timeline of my project off. I will never order from Jegs again, no matter how good a deal. Additionally, I did a review about this on their site and got an email saying it was published and live, checked and it has been removed by them. Why have a review section if you're only going to publish the good ones?

Waiting six months for a refund that they are absolutely in capable of performing blaming it on everybody else but themselves, I have called at least if not more than a dozen times still to no prevail, obviously tell me they don't care. I would not buy or recommend doing business with this company. I was told I would be called back multiple times, and most of those times I was not called back. And this was over a damaged part
I ordered a new "factory replacement radio" for my F-150. When I received the item it was not a radio, but instead a face-plate for my console. On top of it being grossly misrepresented, it was clearly a refurbished items that they listed as "new". There was a rusted bold and retention clip as well as scratches on some of the buttons from vehicle wear and tear. I tried calling customer service (you must call; email is not an option) but spent over 30 minutes on hold. When I went to the return option online, I found that I could easily return this item but at my own expense. I have submitted a Feedback form and have disputed the charge on my credit card due to deceitful practices. This review is step 3 and the BBB will be next. I can clearly see why the overall rating is 1.4 stars.
Ordered June 26 got July 1st. Bent n both corners on hinge side and even popped a river out. To f... n lazy to check their inventory. 100% cost satisfaction BS. Your crap u responsible to take care of this your a... W/ no integrity or cojones to put people first and when we got to come back out of our pockets to send this garbage back to your dump. To get it looked over and maybe get some more crap to replace the s... U sent me. I work to hard for shi. Y people to buy your dumpster juice. U sux
Derale electric fan/shroud I received was an obvious previous return from someone else (hardware bag was torn open and parts missing) that they stuck me with. Grill of fan had broken pieces and a full crack where the fan motor mounts. Also the second time they failed to give me an invoice.

Don't buy from Jeg's (I'm going back to Summit Racing). If you do, make sure part is not damaged and not someone else's return. And make sure they send you an invoice.

Haven't used it yet, and can't return or exchange it because they didn't give me an invoice and part is broken (which I will get blamed for, even though they sent me someone else's return), but it's a Derale electric fan with shroud.
Ordered a set of 5 wheels. The site said that they would ship withing 24 hours. I called JEGS a week later to find out that they were on back order and I would not them for 2 months or more. I asked to cancel my order and get my money back... after reading other reviews I'm nervous about getting refunded.
This company sucks. Sad.
I will never buy from jegs again i ordered a $500 Fuel pump for my truck, they sent me the entire wrong pump and it was broken in the box with no invoice or anything, they have terrible customer service they dont answer the phone i tried calling mulitiple times and they dont reply to emails so i had to pretty much eat the money and buy another one from another company so im out over $1,000 dollars on fuel pumps, go else where!
This is the worst company Ive ever worked for. Im in tech support, they constantly change your schedule so you have to check it every day. Theres no consistency to the times you work or days your off. Never have any parts that are acutally worth the money in stock. Upper management will constantly belittle you and make you feel like a idiot. Most of the supervisors have no actual tech experience just look at a catalog and says well our catalog/website says it will work. Were told to tell the customer whatever they need to hear to make the purchase.

Most of what you order ends up shipping direct from manufacturers. They split your order into multiple invoices. Then everything gets super confusing. Their customer service couldn't find my order, cancelled the wrong items. Then when the wrong things came they refused to provide a return label. Seriously do not order from this company.
CLEARLY false advertising going on. I am (or have been) a very loyal Jegs customer that regularly works on multiple projects in my small business. Recently I noticed a price for a part at Summit Racing was $20.50 cheaper and inquired about Jegs Price Matching after thoroughly reading their policy. "Oh yes we can match that price they said"... and took my money for the lower Summit Price. After getting an email saying "Thank you from ordering for Jegs" I received a call saying they couldn't match the price because the price was below their cost. REALLY? $20.50 is all they make on a several hundred dollar part? The following day I wasted some time forwarding the pics of Summit Racings lower price and the Jegs Price Matching guarantee. Same answer they will not honor their policy. Very disappointed.

Jegs sent incomplete parts out twice. Cant get thru on customer service. You need 30 mins to an hour to be on hold to speak to someone. No product support. I have to pay again in hope that they are sending out complete parts (which they did not). So tired of hearing that poor customer service is because of covid. My best bet is to modify the pieces myself and make them work. Jegs is not going to help me out.

Made a simple inquiry about parts shipment after a 3 week wait with no update. Response came back that there was no update and they could not provide one. I stated this was unsatisfactory and I would likely be canceling my order. The very next day I got a cancelation notice without consent. Questioned them again and they stated I told them to do so. I will never purchase from JEGS again. EVER!

Stay away from this company. If you deal with <*******@jegs.com> be very carefull. Simple inquire ended up with a cancelation. I will not be doing business with this company every again. If Tim was my employee he would be dismissed.

ATk 350 Crate Engine from Jegs failed immediately blowing white smoke after install. 45 minutes on hold with Jegs to send me to ATK. ATK warranty only allows $50/hr for labor repair. ATK customer warranty guy was horrible as he said, "It is what it is".

Contacted rap for price match, Even after having email, phone number info he still tried to do it via the website. And Website has error with submitting price match request. Tried internet explorer and firefox. What was the point of talking to him?
Apparently they wanted a wire transfer. I don't know why they have the option to pay with credit card but I guess that was issue. I called customer service to check what was going on and they said that my order was in process. It's been several business days and I have not received anything about my order. Another Customer service rep said my order was deleted because I didn't send the wire transfer…
They sent me the wrong part because the listing was for a different part and of course I got the incorrect part. Sending it back and getting a shipping label from them for their mistake has been a nightmare. What a joke company. My advice is never even consider buying from this company!
They advertise free shipping for over $200 yet they broke it down to three different shippings to end up getting charged every time shipping fees. I'm top of that half of the items never been received

JEGS is GREAT! The only people I go to, forget those other guys. They have cool knowledgeable techs, and if they do mess up and send me something that doesn't work the customer service dept is super helpful and willing to make it right. Unlike those other guys who make me jump thru hoops to fix their mistakes! I've been doing business with JEGS for years and will continue to do so.
Bought a transmission from them and I kid you not a day and a half after I got it installed it went out again. Called them and they said to take it out and send it back so I had to pay another $750 to get it taken out all because their product was junk. They did not make it right or help with the second installation charge after their junk part went out after about 100 miles of driving. Never buy from jegs. Terrible customer service terrible parts terrible morals and values. I both figuratively and literally paid for their junk parts. I wouldn't be too worried if it was a couple hundred dollar part and installation charge but it was a 2 thousand dollar part and $750 installation charge that I had to pay twice because of their junk
I placed an order with Jegs on 06/28/2021. I was told my purchase would arrive in 2 days, I have paid for it twice and still have not recieved it as of today 07/22/2021. My advice, get your parts elsewhere.
Ordered a set of headlights on 5/9/2020, jegs said they would arrive on 5/15/2020. It is now 6/5/2020 and I have yet to receive my order, a response to one of my emails or an answer to my phone calls. I spent an hour on hold twice after multiple emails that were not answered. My headlights are damaged and I can't use my truck until the headlights are repaired. Had I known it would take this long I would have ordered through a different supplier. I will never shop at JEGGSSS again because they are garbage.
I order 4 new tires on Jan 3rd and Jegs pays themselves from my Visa the very next day. Who does that? After a month I call them to see where my tires are at and they tell me they've been discontinued. So I ask if anyone was ever going to notify me of this and I want my money back. They put me on hold and the next guy gets on and says "so you're looking for something comparable to the Toyo's?" I say "comparable, according to who, you?" I tell him to put my $600 back on my credit card and he leaves me on hold for 10 minutes till I hang up and have to call back the following morning. What a waste of my time and money. I had to give them 1 star for how fast they paid themselves for absolutely nothing!

I placed an order for a complete rear axle assembly in July, it had a $250 core deposit on it, total cost was $1600+. I sent the core back 8 days after receiving the axle, and have spent the last month and a half trying to get my core deposit back. 6 separate phone calls, 1 to the axel provider, to verify they received the old axle, and 5 to Jegs. Each call has me on hold for an average of 40min. That is over 3 hrs on hold for them to tell me each time that my deposit will be returned within the next few days. Jegs is not a place I will never purchase from again for 2 reasons. (1) they act as middlemen for products that you can purchase straight for the source and (2) they still have not deposited my core return for July, it is now September and I have wasted 3 hrs on hold for them to give me the run around... JEGS is horrible!
Jegs has the worst customer service on the planet. They don't answer there phones or emails. I made a mistake ordering from them and had canceled my order. A month and a half later and I still have not received my refund of $563.78. Stay away from this company. I recommend Speedway motors or Summit Racing
