Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
I received my fenders for my dads old 72 c10 only to find that they were barely covered in some junky cardboard that barely covered the edges of the fenders. Once opened, I found multiple dents and scratches which is unacceptable. If they would have had some outer packaging over the thin cardboard to protect the fenders they would have more likely been no issues with them. Due to their incompetence or non-concern with quality shipments The new fenders are worse now than the ones still on the old truck. I will never buy anything else from this unconcerned business. Today proved to me that they don't give a rats $#*! about the small time guy like me.

I ordered an engine stand, they advertise if you order by 4 pm it will ship that day. 5 days later it finally shipped. It was damaged in shipping, I went to Fed Ex to see what was left of the product, not much. Called customer service, spoke to supervisor. She offered me a refund, nothing more. Big deal they offered me a refund on something I bought but never received?. Really? Thats customer service? I went to local Napa and got a better engine stand for less, took it home on the spot.

I ordered a soft top for my Jeep on 5 Oct 2020. As of 14 Oct I have received no notice of shipping. Expected delivery date, etc. I have sent 3 requests via email requesting info on the order. This is unacceptable in today's tech world. If. For instance. I had used Amazon it would have been here last week. Be aware of this company.
Placed an order on 2/8 at 10:30 a.m.their time. Site clearly tells you orders will go out same day if ordered before 7pm. Received a processing email on 2/9 and when I called was told it isn't being shipped until 2/13! Called customer service and was told because I ordered it on Wednesday it won't go out until Monday? Already lost 2 days on a part I needed right away. Told them to cancel my order and I'm hoping thats not another issue. Will never buy from them again.

I have been doing business with them while rebuilding a Chevy motor. Their poorly trained personnel looked up and sent the wrong year engine bearing kit. Because the return exceeded their 2 month return policy, they would not accept the return for even a store credit!
I could understand if I placed this order online myself, but this was a part their representative said I needed. Now, I am stuck with a bearing kit that I cannot use. Although I have bought many parts from them in the past, I would NEVER use them again. I am not surprised by their overall poor rating.
Ordered 12" measuring calipers and they arrived broken and full of metal shavings. They charge you for a discount FedEx label to return them. Worse case scenario I'm out $12. It was my first purchase from them and will be my last.

Buyer beware, I purchased a crate engine and immediately started having warranty issues, unfortunately JEGS sent me directly to the supplier and offered nothing but assistance. I have now spent over $3000 dollars at the suppliers suggestion and eventually returned the engine and received a replacement but have spent thousands performing diagnostics at the suppliers request and have paid twice for removal and installation. It's been going on for almost a year and a long story, very unhappy, my only suggestion is buy from a reputable local storefront. I thought they were a great place but this has definitely soured me.
Ordered my part almost 2 months ago and still haven't received it. Cant get anyone to email me or answer my call. I've called the customer service line MULTIPLE times and have had to sit on the phone for hours just listening to their music. I just want someone to answer me back but apparently they can't handle that.
We ordered a press for our business and it ended up taking over 3 weeks to get to our shop.
The box was in horrible shape so we already knew something was going to be wrong. The press had already been used and there are scratches all over it. Someone also left a part off of another car in the box. None of the bolts were included either. Very upset about all of this. I will never buy anything from this company again.
I ordered a transmission, gave them specific directions to leave inside my property by grass in front of car. They left it on the street supposedly 200 yards away from my home on a main road. I never received this $2000 transmission and they don't want to refund me
Placed a order on May 9th was order would ship in 2 to 3 weeks called on order June 1st and was told now order will not ship until mid July. But they dam sure took charged my credit card for the full amount. If you call jegs plan on waiting on the phone for at least 30 minutes before speaking to a live person. From now on I will take my business elsewhere

I purchased a fuel pump for my car and now it has been close to 2 weeks and still have not received it. I assumed they would be similar to Summit Racing but no so much. I will not use Jegs again because of this.
I ordered a set of tires and on the website, it said they would ship the next day. Later that day I received an email saying that the tires are on back order and would receive them for 6 weeks. I have been on hold awaiting customer service for over 1 hour, having to listen to the most obnoxious, annoying music. I tried chatting on their website and I'm number 28 in line. They must remove the link and contact info. For customer service link on the website, as they don't have any! Frustrated!

Have ordered parts from here twice from Australia and no parts wrong or late. I got a defective part (damaged in transit) and they immediately promised to send replacement. I think that's great service and I'd use them again without doubt
Item says ships in 24 hours I ordered on a Sunday and called jegs three times on Tuesday had still not been shipped. Was told I would receive a call back when the supplier was reached since jegs does not stock this item. I never received a call. After I had to call again I was told it ships within 24 hours only if ordered on a business day and before 5. This means if you order on a Friday after 5 your item won't ship until Tuesday the following week 4 days later. Poor customer service and very deceiving hopefully once product is received it will be worth the BS
I ordered corner lights for my Chevy pickup May 15th 2020 and have only received a Processing Email from them indicating my order will be ready for tracking in 24 hours. It's been almost a month and no confirmation on my package being sent to me. I have tried calling several times and no one answers. I feel like I have been ripped off by a company I could trust and with no more options I only ask Jegs.com to Email me and tell me if my lights are ever going to come.
We had ordered a air compressor from the website and when it had arrived it had a different CFM than what was posted on the website. We then tried to get an exchange and seeing if it was a mistake from the vendor was the hardest thing I'd ever done. It took jegs weeks to tell me that they don't have a 18.5 CFM air compressor and when we had gotten the refund they skipped out on giving us our shipping refund.

I bought an engine and what started to be a fiasco finally turned into a better situation. I will admit that I was getting wary about the whole thing and then a couple of special support people stepped in and made things work. Nancy C and Bob G they made it work and got the answers I needed as well as a couple of credits I will be running my engine this week a lot so now I wait for my core deposit back. Ordered a toolbox beginning of October, was told it wouldn't ship until late November. When it didn't ship I contacted Jegs about a status, no answer, it was shipping from manufacturer and they would be in touch. Today, December 7th still no email or update. So I check my account and they credited my purchase back to my card without explanation nor apology. This is my last dealing with Jegs (Jokes) for anything, plenty others such as Summit, 4x4 online, etc..

I bought 2 for master tips from jegs never received them call them no refund no return never offered to give me new ones I would never use this company again they just basically told me to bad. Please buyer beware do not go near this place it is a bad bad place and they got really really bad reviews on their sites and on the Better Business Bureau. Sad! Rip offs.
I have only ordered two items from Jegs and both orders were received as if the packages had been through an all out war! Luckily the first item only had paint chips and it was an act of God that no parts were missing or damaged! The second item came with the package also looking like it barely made it through a nuclear explosion! This item unfortunately has about 1/3 of the parts missing wich made the item useless! I am extremely disappointed and pissed off with Jegs!

Used the transmission jack because it was operational but the paint was chipped. Unable to use the fuel tank adapter because 1/3 of the hardware and a vital part was missing when it arrived.
I ordered a control panel for my heater the beginning of December 2023 called today was told it's being pushed out until April 19th for delivery... BULL$#*!. I got a refund. I'll NEVER ORDER FROM JEGS AGAIN and from the looks of the comments below I should of looked at these first before ordering. Now we'll see how long it takes to get my refund before I call again and rip somebody up..
The only thing Jegs does fast is take your money and never never never order anything not in stock, don't try to cancel a back order because you get pushed to the bottom of the pile and any b/o that has come in go to the next person in line and you have to wait again. Don't bother trying to phone anyone and i am pretty the people on the chat line are in live in India.
Summit may cost a bit more but at least they know a bit more about customer service. Rock auto is awesome for the basic stuff.

Placed an order, 1st order for them, I got 4 out of 6 pieces, I called customer service. They was to send an return label. Did not get it 5 days, called again. They said it was send Monday. Post mark was Wednesday. I asked for product to be shipped, and pick up incorrect order. Got it in 2 days, but fed x wasn't told to pick up order. Now late, incorrect, 3 calls 37 to 49 mins. On hold to he ( I Sorry) their packages are badly protected, no packing.

Had a part on backorder, because JEGS like to sell parts they don't actually have in stock. Then they got my address wrong (I'm in Germany) even though I spelled it out for them multiple times. I sent 4 emails over the course of 3 months and called twice, trying to get this straightened out to make sure I'll actually get my part when they ship it. Never heard back from them and have no idea where my order is going to end up. Order tracking is still showing the wrong address.
UPDATE 01-12-2023: After I posted my review, JEGS contacted me via the review portal and asked me to send an email to a specific email address they gave me. I sent them an email and explained the situation, and never got a response. These guys fail on literally every level of customer service!
