Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
As of the other reviews stated; this is a terrible company. Purchased chrome bed rails for my truck, haven't heard a word for a month. I call and get the run around. So one month and and week later finally got the bed rails... and to be a surprise; the bed rails was the wrong color and size. Now I have to return with a 15% restocking fee. Ridiculous!
They sent the wrong coils to begin with, then kept me on hold for over an hour to attempt to correct the mistake, they do not hesitate to take your money, they have plenty of staff for that, but to correct a mistake they made, it's impossible

I ordered an oil pan gasket online, half an hour later I found the same pan gasket for $20 less through a competitor. I attempted to cancel my order online and the confirmation number was not yet in the system. I called customer service (where I sat on hold for 15 minutes) and asked to cancel my order. The lady stated the order was already being processed and can not be canceled, I stated that I would need to return the item then once received at my house and needed to know how to get a shipping label. The lady hung up on me. I called back and sat on hold 20 minutes before ending the call unanswered. Total lack of service, and unnecessary attitude. If I could leave a 0 star rating I would
Spend thousands of dollars in Parts only to be lost in transit and nobody could tell me where they were at or when they would arrive and when they did they were the wrong parts! When customer service was contacted they were extremely rude and threatened to block me when I talked back to them, Mike the supervisor was very condescending and I had to explain to him how a flexplate worked and that you can't cut the teeth off of them.

Make sure you are very specific, and bow down to them and talk very sweet to them or they will not deal with you and put you on Terminal hold.

I have to say that James over at JEGS definitely took care of me and made things right. I received all but two of the items in my order on Sunday. Three days after placing the order! That is fast! The other two items are on backorder with a mid-June ship/delivery date right now. The quality of the items I have received is excellent and I look forward to receiving the other two items as soon as they are available. If the first customer service representative I contacted about this would have responded the way James did, there never would have been a negative review. There would have been a positive review and I would give them five stars! Thank you James, your efforts will keep me coming back.
I have been on the JEGS email list for some time. Yesterday I received an email from JEGS regarding a 3 day sale. Scrolling through the email I found a bunch of stuff I wanted. Put it all in my cart and went to check out and the total in my cart doubled. Just about everything I had doubled in price when I compared it to the prices in the email JEGS sent me. I contacted customer service and was told there was an error and they were not going to honor the prices. The picture I've attached is a portion of the email I received. You would think if they sent out an email that had incorrect prices in it that they would have followed up with another email stating that the first one was sent out in error. I mean things happen, but to just ignore it and then not honor it when asked about it, that is just poor customer service. I will never purchase anything from JEGS again because of this. Glad I was paying attention when I hit the check out button. I wonder how many people were not paying attention and just got charged twice what they thought they were going to be charged.

James F. Reached out after this review was posted apologizing for this experience and offered to make it right. You can see his reply below the review. I pulled together the prices, as best I could remember, from the items I had in my cart, and with the exception of one item, he matched the prices. I was good with the price he quoted me on the one item he couldn't match since I was going off memory on the prices of all the items I had in my cart. His willingness to reach out immediately, his offer to make it right, and his willingness to use this a training opportunity so others don't have to go through this, will keep me coming back to JEGS in the future. I will follow up again once I receive my order and will adjust my overall rating accordingly. Thank you James for making this right!
Ordered 2 tires, they sent 2 different sizes called Customer Service on hold for 50 min. Supposed to send correct one didn't get, called back on hold for 1 hr & 15 min then handed off to someones voice mail, still no contact. They have gone to the gutter.
Horrible customer service i ordered parts 5/1/20 no updates or shipping time ive called emailed no answer 6/1 I received an email saying manufacturer was going to ship directly. Est 7/1. Thays two month to deliver an single order battery and wiring kit?
I've tried to cancel emailed to address the email gave no one responded call amd wait 20min and don't speak to anyone.
As I'm leaving my review, I see my issue is not original. I was allowed to order a product that I thought was in stock to find out Monday that it was back-ordered with no ETA. That is poor customer service. I like the pricing of the wheels but will be skeptical of ordering anything else that I would need within the upcoming week.
The rep was very polite and told me I would get an email with my refund confirmation which I requested. I will update in the speed of the refund.
Ordered a part on July 10th, 2021 - called them several times and no update - no back order email - no nothing. They kept making empty promises to call me back until finally on July 22,2021 I cancelled the order and like always they are happy to slowly process my refund ( told me it would take 24hrs to cancel the order and start my return - and another 5-10 days for it to process through) I will never do business with them again - complete failure to provide a product they listed as available to ship immediately. If i could i would give them ZERO stars.

Ordered a plasma table delivered by fed ex ground box was thrashed missing many parts called jegs about missing parts and they fed ex express the missing parts over night Great customer service but every time you call you are on hold for over 30 minutes but I can over look that because the product was great and they take care of you when there is a problem I will buy from them again
Don't shop here… These people are highly incompetent… They sent me the wrong bolt pattern for the wheels that I ordered…after saying sorry while expressing no empathy they dumped me back in the Queue for another 30 minute wait with no one there willing to take ownership of the issue…

JEGS staff provided wrong part number for my order. For a part that was correct, JEGS sent the wrong part. Asking for help, JEGS has been unresponsive. Long hold times and nobody wants to assist. Once I get this corrected will not purchase from them again.

They do not go the extra mile after the sale. I bought a Holly carburetor it had a problem with the electric choke from day one. They sent me replacement part and told me don't worry it has a 1 yr warranty. I tried to get it exchanged for another one just like it. I was told it only had a 90 day warranty and it was past 90 days. I ask if they could help out that I am having to pay the labor for installation, I was told by customer service they do not help customers after warranty ends. SUMMIT RACING took the bad one back and sent me a new one and they didn't sell it originally. Now that's customer service.

I placed an order from jegs on August 3rd, and I have received delay after delay from jegs. However their website still shows new orders will ship from the manufacturer in about a week (a lie).
Every day, the shipping date moves by a day, but the manufacturer has told me directly it won't be shipped until December.
That's not stopping jegs from taking new orders under the false pretenses of near shipping dates..
Had a new Jegs motor that I had installed in my 1948 Chevy pickup fail at 1100 miles. Jegs sent a replacement motor, had it installed and the bad motor was sent back to Jegs warranty company. They were supposed to pay $50 per hr. For replacement motor install. Had to call them numerous times(usually put on hold for crazy amount of time)to check on stutus of my warranty claim. After weeks of not hearing anything, was finally able to speak with a person and was told they wouldn't honor the warranty. They claimed excessive fuel damage to 3 cylinders(my mechanic had found bad thrust bearing and busted flywheel). There was never any fuel in the crankcase at any time. Called Jegs and spoke with someone about claim denial. Was told they would look into it and get back with me. That was several weeks ago and now they won't except my calls or return messages left. Very disappointed with Jegs and would never recommend them to anyone.
Ordered some parts they were all wrong when they sent me the order confirmation hours later so ASAP I called them been 5 days they will not return my money they were rude and didn't try to help me at all *******% customer service I'll post this anywhere I can hope u double check your stuff before u hang up the phone with them! Yea these people took 400.00 from me and scammed me out of a intellitronix digital instrument cluster. My package said it was delivered however I did not receive it. Called them the next day and they said they would start a trace on the package. I called every other day for a month and a half. They finally said that FedEx did lose my package and that the item was on back order. Finally received it after I purchased one online from Craigslist. I returned the item expecting to receive a refund or credit. I was told to provide my receipt for the on I purchased off Craigslist. This is my worse online experience in a very long time. The customer service is terrible the customer service supervisor Josh is rude and unhelpful. There website must of been made with a free service because doesn't function properly, this has been a waste of time and energy.
What company hangs the phone up when you are trying to get through? Over and over it hangs up until on average 10 or more times you try it will then put you in a que. If thats not bad enough you wait for 20 minutes or more on every occasion while the annoying JEEEEGGGGSS scream drives you out of your mind. They are by far the worst company to buy parts from, tell you the parts are coming, in stock or give you dates that are
Incorrect just to the your money and make you wait. Call the distributor if you want to know when a part is going to drop ship or be in stock at jegs before you listen to their lies.
Website says available when I orders jack stands in early March. Waiting weeks for shipment or an order update. Then it updates eventually and says they will ship April 15th. Then they never ship, I get no update, check order status and nothing. Now May 17th I can email that says they will ship October 7th. I look on their website and it says "more than 10 available" also, on their amazon page is says "available". These people have a horrible business ethic. I'm waiting to have this order cancelled if they will ever get back to me.

I ordered 2 fittings for our race car on Monday telling Jeggs I need them by Thursday. Jeggs charged $10 shipping for 2 fittings that weighed less than an ounce and shipped them in regular mail. The fittings didn't come and I went to Competition Products in Oshkosh, WI and paid $6.00 compared to the $17.95 + $10.00 shipping at Jeggs.
His is one of the worst companies ive ever come in contact with... it has taken me leaving work early twice and 4 different phone calls to the company and also 8 emails to get a bumper returned after it showed up opened and scratched up (deep scratches). Ive left it outside to be picked up to be returned for 3 days now and it has yet to be picked up. WORST experience with a company thus far... no compensation or anything all i got was an apology. Ive lost money from having to leave work just to get it returned... im lucky it hasnt been stolen sitting outside waiting to be returned for 3 days now... having to bring it in and out of my garage everyday so it DOESNT get stolen... would not reccomend this company to anyone...
Ordered wire wheels 8 months ago each time they were ready to ship which were at least three times I I get an email saying they are still on back order and they gave me a new shipping date which never happened. Finally I called the manufacturer and the wheels I ordered through Jegs the manufacturer said they never received an order. Total waste of time and the numerous times I called customer service I was left on hold forever and sometimes the call was dropped with no resolution, these people are useless and I will never order from them again.
