Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
I am a new customer to your site and was shopping for two items. The first item was pretty straight forward and you seemed to have what I needed. The second item isn't available through you. I had left my item in the cart as I was searching for somewhere that I could order both items at once.
I received multiple marketing emails about items still in my cart and to "Activate my Offer" to save up to $100. I read the fine print and it looks like my purchase should qualify for $20 off based on how much I'm spending. I decided to go ahead and order the item I found through you and work on the other one separately. I clicked activate offer and it just took me to my cart with a banner that said use promo code "Garage". However, when I applied it to my order it said this item doesn't qualify. There was no reason, it isn't on sale currently and I wasn't trying to use any other coupons. I called in to customer service and basically got told the same thing.
I find this very frustrating especially because of the daily emails with a picture of the product I want saying "YOU STILL HAVE TIME TO BUY, Your cart is waiting. Complete your order now and save up to $100!" I have included a picture of the email I received below. There is nothing in the body of the email that describes any limitations. If you are going to send a potential customer daily emails offering a discount on the item in their cart, you should honor it.
I hope this makes its to someone who is invested in the customer experience and can assist your marketing team in more honest offers/emails.
Ordered cams(800$) on the 13th of July. Two weeks and its been month. I called one time to ensure my package and the lady sounded rude when saying " we don't make those parts... competetion cams is sending them to you directly". Well WHERE THE F$(K are my cams... she also said make sure to use the tracker, which doesn't even SHOW A GOD DAM THING ON IT( assuming, because they don't ship anything as a contracted vendor). Do your self a favor and read my title again.

They start 90 day return on day they ship item, but if you need to return an item it doesn't matter what day you ship it to them. When they receive it is when they decide on amount of refund. Don't know about anyone else but I can't control when Fedex will get it delivered to them. Double standard. BE CAREFUL! I'll deal with SUMMIT FROM NOW ON!
DO NOT WATSE YOUR TIME ORDERING ANYTHING! PLACED ORDER ON JULY 11, WAS JUST TOLD IT WOULD SHIP TO ME ON AUGUST 26! ASKED TO CANCEL ORDER AND NOW I HAVE TO WAIT AND SEE IF CANCELLATION IS APPROVED! They certainly didn't wait to take the money from my account! This part has put us behind for months and now we can't even get a refund! Awful place to do business with!
1 year ago today was the last day working at Jegs. When I started there I was planning on it to be the job I retire from. Then COVID hit. The customers were rude and cruel over delay issues that the whole world was dealing with. With the increase of calls to place and check on their orders we were made to do 9 and 10 days with a half hour lunch no breaks. The management became unsupportive. Telling us to not give accurate ETA's to customers on their back ordered parts. Questioning bathroom times and trying new phone systems without proper training. You should not cry at work. Have panic attacks that require hospital visits or get attendance points against you because a family member passed away in another state.
I enjoyed the summer of 22 hanging out with our 4 granddaughters and working around the house with Matt.
I found a great job in September that respects me and my work. They treat their employees like people with a life outside of work. Change is hard but I am so glad that I did. It's less money but I enjoy going to work now and I'm happy.
I purchased exhaust pipes for my 72 nova. They wouldn't clear the leaf springs. Called to return them. Made me pay shipping. 98.00 later I'll only get back half of what I paid.
Had a good deal on some Traxxas RC items. Placed order, month later they canceled because item was discontinued. That was not true, this simply did not honor their pricing.

I have been located at the same address for 19 years as a bussiness. I under stand times are tight but when Fedex tells you it is out for delivery on Friday than moved to Monday before Friday delivery time had expired than Monday the same, we call Customer support for them to call Fedex and ask where is the delivery and they state there was no one available to accept, wait a signature is not required why did you not leave it Jegs Rep asked Fedex, there answer was we left a tag on the door, once again no they did not. My last text from Fedex was we will make 1 final attempt to deliver this tomorrow. WOW. Long story short i asked to refuse the delivery, since it is out for delivery i have to refuse it when it comes tomorrow, i asked what happens when they dont show up again, i got im really sorry.
This is why prices keep going up in America, because people want the check and not do the job. If we keep accepting things like this our customers will go elsewhere. Good luck Jegs i will go to Summit racing that accepts when we ask for our deliveries come from UPS.
Another sad day for Jegs and another customer that looks elsewhere for there parts.

I ordered a set of pushrods and on the website, it said they would ship the within 24 hours. Later that day I received an email saying that the pushrods are on back order and would receive them for 6 weeks. I have been on hold awaiting customer service for almost 1 hour, having to listen to the horrible obnoxious, annoying music, tryed to cancel the order online, For foreign customer it is not possible to make a online return. I did give up.

The only reason I when to this company was because they said they item I was looking for was able to shipped the same day, just to find out several days later that was not true, when I call them they told me it will ship in 30 days, wow from today to 30 days really! Then I cancel the order and again several day after I notice that they never process the cancelation, then I call again to hear sorry we did not cancel your order but we will today, now I will have to wait close to 2 weeks until I get my money back, i will never going to consider this company in the future...

I was sold a polished alternator bracket only to discover that it would not fit my engine. I was specific that the double hump heads were not guile heads. The bracket would not fit. I exchanged it for a more expensive polished low mount alternator bracket (so far, all transactions were at the retail store), more than half of the parts were missing. Took it back and was told that the Delaware warehouse would ship a new assembly that evening. I live about 45 minutes away from the retail store. The replacement was not shipped until 30 hours later, on a Friday night. Received the new assembly but it had missing parts. After talking with a person with customer service, which is an oxymoron, I was told a replacement would go out immediately, package arrived four days later, due to the weekend. Missing parts again. The third assembly arrived and it was complete, but was obviously had been used and was a return item. Well, after talking with several CSR"s and promised by a supervisor, who would double check the contents of the FOURTH assembly and ship it out…. Guess what? It arrived today and had a critical part missing. Another phone call and the missing part was promised to be shipped.
I am going to use Summit Racing from now on.

Ordered a big block crank pulley it's been over a month keep getting lied to that it's going to be delivered and it never shows up cost me a lot of money and headache seems like every time I ordered through jegs they lose or misplace my stuff or it gets delivered to the wrong house I'll never buy through jegs as long as I live oh and I forgot FedEx sucks too all a bunch of liars

The supervisor, Eric was very ignorant and was very disrespectful when I asked him why my canceled order had been shipped and arrived at my house. Instead of fixing their end of the mistake, they want me to ship it back to them and the shipping costs itself is what the fuel tank is worth itself. NEVER WILL I EVER BUY FROM JEGS AGAIN!

Fitted the starter and the drive gear is slow to return which causes it to drag on the flex plate, called Jegs and they said it was a faulty unit and to return for an exchange which is fine but they want me to pay all shipping costs back to the USA and the return to the UK which does not make it financially viable for me which I suspect they know, so I'm left with a useless starter. Regarding Powermaster I've had 3 of their starters over the last 8 years there won't be a forth.
Ordered headliner and found out couple weeks later couldn't get eta. Waited couple weeks canceled order and said 3 to5 days money back on card. Waited another week and said got it done and wait 3 to 5 days. Day 6 got email they got it done wait 3 to 5 days and checked status and invoice # invalid. Called customer service and guess what they said 3 to 5 days. NEVER BUY AGAIN
I will sooner go without whatever it is i need than order from Jegs. I spent multiple thousands of dollars on an order, and they royally f-ed just about everything up. Not to mention their order status tracking after the fact is utter garbage. They split orders up into many smaller "invoices" that cannot easily be tracked, and I had to diligently add up all the separate charges on my credit card to find they over charged for some things, and did not include the current sale savings for money off the order. Their order tracking afterward also does not give you quantities of what was ordered, and also does not accurately reflect the shipped status or if there is an available tracking number. Then to top it all off, the most basic of the parts ordered they claimed were back ordered (Denso spark plugs and some GM exhaust gaskets) that are in stock, cheaper and easily sourced from ANYWHERE ELSE. Never, ever, again will I deal with Jegs, and I cannot stress enough for anyone else to look elsewhere. Similar orders from their main competitor have gone without a single issue.
