Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
Ordered some items that were needed asap and even told them I was willing to pay extra for two day shipping. She assured me, after I gave her my address that the extra shipping fee was not necessary as it would get to me in time. She lied. When I called back to find out why I was lied to about the shipping, especially since I was willing to pay the extra money, I was left on hold by a not very bright woman named Susan. Will not buy anything from them again.
And then once they said Paul said they don't send all the parts they didn't want you to wait five or six days so they can do research why you can go get stuff from other places much cheaper there's money hungry. I would not recommend anyone to purchase anything from JF because this honest people and they just money hungry
I purchased a side pipe exhaust kit to go on my Corvette. They sent me a used part. I returned it and learned they have an "inspection" of all returns to make sure they are not damaged and contain all parts. Well the replacement I was sent was also a used part. With stretched in the paint and heat damage just like the first one. I returned it and finally got my money back after a 6 week battle with customer service. Apparently the inspection part was not that thoroughly done as I go two used parts in a row. If I could give a zero star rating I would.

I've had pretty good experiences with these guys. Ordered several different items on several occasions, most of the time the stuff arrives in 2 days, sometimes back ordered or you get a holiday thrown in there and its over a week, it all depends. Called them for a question and you get courteous, knowledgeable people right her in America.
I have several items to send back (all my fault) and this will be the real test, even though I have to pay for shipping almost all my items I buy over the 100 free shipping limit anyway, so no big deal.
I have no reasons not to buy from Jegs.
I have had to cancel $2000 orders and tried to give them the benefit of doubt and now I'm about to cancel a $600 order. Customer service is the worst I have seen in a long time. Too many other suppliers for me to use to deal with this.

I purchased a really high end programmer for my vehicle they failed to tell me at the time Of purchase it was going to needed a software update befor I can use it as a program. I have no way to program it and they neglect on trying to help me out with it so now it's sitting on my front seat. Maybe one day I'll get it to work. Till then they lost a customer.

When purchasing a programmer for your vehicle make sure that it’s ready to use for your vehicle and ask any questions like if it does need to be programmed before using your vehicle
These people don't even know what they're saying or doing. I had purchased headers Nov 24,2020 and it's now 9 days later with no order status. I give Jegs a call and they had told me that they've cancelled my order a day prior without letting me know or even bothering explaining why they did...
They don't send product on time
The Customer service is horrible. They tell you one thing and don't do it. I ordered products were supposed to be here in 3 to 5 days and now they tell me it's going to be a month out and they won't return my money. Horrible service.
This company sucks $#*! their customer service line is a joke spend 8000. 00 on a motor and 1 month later after finding a problem with the motor they want you to jump through all the hoops instead of handling their business, a bunch of scam pieces of $#*!, do yourself a favor and go to Summit racing where you get real customer service
Website will not let me proceed with the return no matter how many attempts. Customer service is a place on hold with little progress. Always long wait time before they answer and when do answer long hold time with no results. Just hold on please. Save you time and money. Even the website is in correct on the proper fit
Had it with these thieves. Over charged me and never got the parts. They have a new scam going with discontinued parts. They get your money and say it is on back order when the back order date comes up good luck getting a hold of customer service. Half an hour wait time if they answer and if they do they'll pretend to have a bad connection and hang up.

Contacted them for help on exhaust tips. Ordered the tips from the part number they gave me. Payed two day shipping. Received them. They did not fit. They made me pay to return them. Plus did not refund my shipping cost as they said they would. Company is a joke. I'll never use them again. If you buy online they state any mistake is your fault since you ordered it.
I did find two people in customer service that seem to care. This is the second order that they claimed had shipped, but hadn't. Beware of the words "in stock" or " ships today". Neither seems to apply for my last two orders.

I ordered a trailer hitch and it was shipped via Fed Ex. According to Fed Ex it was on the truck and going to be delivered every day for a week. Can't get any help from anyone. If Jegs uses Fed Ex and they suck this bad, then apparently Jegs isn't concerned about customer satisfaction. I won't buy from them again.
Told me my bad review of their product wouldn't be put up on their website because it didn't meet, "Website guidelines." The one part I have received did not come complete and was missing multiple pieces. Still waiting for another much more expensive piece with no anticipated date of delivery. I tried calling them dozens of times with no answer. Do yourself a favor and avoid this criminal site.
They say they have products in stock when they're really on back order with no ETA. They'll just take your money wont respond to emails or phone calls and will ignore you. PayPal and credit card banks should black list their company from scamming other people.
I would give 0 stars if i could. Ordered two drag radials and fedex lost my package, tried working something with jegs but basically told to $#*! off and that im out 680 dollars. Wouldnt recommend buying something you need from them.

Ordered parts from Jegs over a month ago. Everything was in stock ready to ship and after calling in 5x to customer service talking to numerous managers including Chris Hannah, I'm being told my parts were sold from under me due to a processing error on their part and now backordered with no eta. I noticed they have also now fraudulently edited my order date to show that my order was placed only 5 days ago. Sketchy. They will take your money with ease, good luck getting and service or answers after that! Terrible company as you can tell from other reviews, will never spend another dime with them!
There parts are of excellent quality, they ship fastly and their customer service is absolutely amazing! It's so nice to call and have a real person answer who speaks fluent English it's a rarity these days I have shopped through this company for a long time now and every time I'm happy with the results thanks jegs :)
Ordered a part we needed on 7/27 that said "next day ship". On August 4th still hadn't received it. Jegs boasts about great customer service... ha! On hold for 55 minutes! Only to be told, the part was'back ordered'. Nice of them to let us know. Never again.
Ordered a Dorman sway bar 5/30. "Processed" 6/1, then silence. Called. "Experiencing higher than normal call volume" required 40 minute call. Finally "shipped" 6/9. Tracking # never showed FedEx even receiving the package. Another phone call + email 6/15. "Problem with order." Refunded $12.70 shipping. Again "processed" 6/17.6/18, the product is now own back order until at least 6/25.6/22 I emailed to cancel order. 6/23 canceled order and received confirmation of cancelation. 6/30 still no refund. 7/1 received email that product has shipped. Unbelievable. FedEx attempted delivery 7/3 and called 7/5 to retrieve the package. FedEx found package and tracking confirms JEGS received it 7/7. It is 7/10 and JEGS still owes me $91.12. Once and done.
(Update: as of 7/12/21, I received the balance of the reimbursement)

Once this company has your email address it is impossible to unsubscribe to the constant harassment via email. Not even contacting them directly will stop this. I wished I would have never purchased anything from them. The products are average quality.
After 6 weeks my part is backordered, I want this order cancelled for it no longer needed. I tried calling several times and email them*******545) with no answer either way. Is this company out of biz or what? Invoice # *******.
Ordered an overpriced item that was in stock and available to ship. Within hours received notice that the item could not ship from distributor for 10 days. Sent two different versions of Email, one by reply the other through PayPal to cancel my order. Within 8 Hours I get another Email saying my order has shipped. Over thirty minutes on hold trying to make sure it is canceled. Communication within the company is not good at all. I finally got hold of a customer service rep whom I could barely hear and hopefully it's caught and canceled.

They show just about everything made in the car world but have a really hard actually having that part to ship. I have been getting an email saying the part is back ordered with no ETA on several of my recent orders. So I call or chat with someone with no ship date so I just cancel the order. I'm tired of dealing with them.
