Man first off this is my first time ordering from Jegs I got a lot of stuff coming and the lady at extension 2005 forgot her name she works evenings she is a total sweetheart I orderd my stuff through affirm and had some issues she helped me through it all nicest lady I've talked to from a bussiness n a very long time Jegs you all have my bussiness over anybody keep that lady she knows how to treat customers very well too of that give her a raise I couldent be any happier with how I was treated thank you so much
They charge large shipping fees (non refundable) and will eventually (multiple weeks late) deliver without the ability to cancel. You won't get a refund and any type of escalation they will refuse to talk to you.
I wanted to replace my front blinker covers from amber to clear. The after market ones I received looked great, but then to install them was terrible. There is a seam that goes around the whole cover that was obviously heat molded and the melted plastic expanded the cover beyond the specs to fit properly and my bumper got scratched installing them even after i filed the seam down to let them fit, I really had to force them into place.
Ordered parts on the 5 they said ship within 24 hours today is the 9th so I called they said won't have parts till the 18th of next month. Customer service would not give any compensation for issue. Will not use them again
In the past 1 and a half months, i have made 5 different order's. All of them have had issues.!
Radiator support was dented. Chrome on air vent bezels was chipped. Ordered a rotating assembly said would ship in 24 hrs, i paid 2k
And then it says 3 months to deliver. I ordered inner fender well passenger side came scraped and dented. I order another inner fender well
For Driver side. Received another passenger side fender well.
When i called the lady on the phone, told me, O-well its your problem...! Are you Kidding me? $#*!TY Customer service!
So i would have to pay shipping 3 time on the same part $300 in shipping alone.!

I ordered a radiator hose from JEGS that I couldn't find anywhere else. Along with it I ordered a bottle of Water Wetter because I was going to need it anyway when I replaced my hose.
Today I got the Water Wetter, no hose, and no reason why, or any invoice.
So I go online to search why. There is an invoice for the Water Wetter with about a $13 delivery fee. Nothing about my radiator hose. So I called customer service. They said my hose was not in either of their warehouse or in Gates ( the hose manufacturer) warehouses.It's on back order. They estimated time for delivery as10/3. It's August 28, and I can't find my hose listed in any gates catalog. I never received any notice of the back order ( I would have immediately cancelled), then never received notice of shipment of the WW.
So I'm screwed out of $13 shipping for something I could have bought at Autozone. Great business practice. Do you think I'll ever buy anything else from them? I'd give them no stars if they're let me
Called JEGS and spoke with a Michael who went above and beyond to help me with what I needed. He made sure the part I needed was shipped out today and that I would get it in a day or two. Definitely recommend and I will for sure be ordering from them again.

I purchased a radio and they said it would be unlocked and that it would fit my car, it did not only not fit my card but the radio was locked. I called them and was on the phone for 20 minutes and then hung up on me! I would never go to them again for my car needs!
I purchased a set of (incorrect) piston rings based on their websites incorrect fitment info. JEGS wont make good on an exchange for the correct rings. They said 30 days had past since the purchase date, so they couldn't do anything. The reason 30 days had past was because I was waiting for backordered parts (due to supply chain issues) and could not send the engine to the machine shop.
The incorrect rings cause a 10 gram imbalance issue and the rotating assembly had to be rebalanced. I can't fault the machine shop for charging me more because its their labor invested. I didn't ask for the extra money it cost to rebalance the rotating assembly, just swap out for the correct piston rings. JEGS customer service rep just said "sorry 30 days have gone by since the purchase". This will definitely affect my decision on where to buy parts in the future.

Ordered a set of rooms from Foose thru Jegs on 10/10. Cancelled on 12/29 because had not been received. Had to keep calling for status. And when I did, they would call mfg and I kept getting put off 1 month. To top it off, they charged my card on 10/10.

Call before you order for high dollar items and make sure product is available from mfg before ordering. Or at least get a firm delivery date

Frist and last time ever trying this place every upset and disappointed I called frist to make sure that they had the part I was ordering in stock because I didn't want to buy them then something happened and they hold your money 3-5 business days the guy I spoke to confirmed that it was in stock so I placed the prefer. 3 days later get a email saying it was discontinued now already waiting 3 days I have to wait 3-5 business days to get my money back I don't recommend anyone to this site

Ordered about $300 worth of parts for my square body daily driver. Got an email that says "expected delivery September 7th" today is the 8th, furthermore other parts companies offer several companies for shipping but all they have is FedEx which are notorious for piss poor service. It hurts more when you're on a budget and the company seems incompetent to say the least. I'll likely never order from them again.
Why put an expected delivery if you can't even f**king deliver?
Tip for prospective customers: buy from summit racing, speedway motors, or some other part supplier.
Speedway is an American owned and operated company with almost 80yrs under their belts. They are friendly, courteous, their prices range depending on what you order but we'll worth it.
Summit is about on par with speedway.

On Monday I ordered 2 items. The site said they would ship on Thursday. The following Monday I went to the website to check the status. It said "backordered". There had been no emails from the company to indicate this, but there were a dozen spam messages.
The website offered no way to cancel the order. I called the customer service line and got busy signals 3 times. When I finally did get through, I was put on hold for almost an hour, all the while listening to an annoying prerecorded message touting "Great Customer Service".
To their credit, when I finally did reach someone, she was polite and helpful. She did cancel my order and she sent an email confirmation.
I got a new fuel pump and regulator from jegs regulator was unusable an the pump worked for 15gl of 93 pump gas an they are giving me a hard time about exchanging for a working pump an regulator I will never order from jegs again worst service ever very pissed off about this you will see message from me in more thin 1 place about this either give me my money back or working parts I ordered so far jegs robbed me of my money an parts

I ordered a Chevy 350 motor on January 22nd of 2022 and was given a delivery date of march 22nd. On May 18th I called to c why my motor was 8 weeks late. They told me they were a little behind I might have my motor by August. That's 7 month not the 2 month I was quoted. They take your money, never inform u that there is a delay and blame it on someone else. Jegs has been in business for decades. For them to say they don't know what they're suppliers r capable of insults my integrity. I believe I was duked knowing all along if they told me it would take 7 months to get a 350 motor I would have gone in a different direction. They take you money and don't produce the product.

I ordered this sandblast cabinet in october, they sent half of it, they said the other half wouldn't ship until july! It's july, I cannot get a hold of anyone, they keep saying last name, zip code invalid! I called and sat on hold for a half an hour, I just gave up! Don't order from these guys, it is a scam! Trying to order a throttle body adapter for my 2016 mustang GT this is the throttle body about adapter that will allow me to install a GT350 throttle body on a GT. For whatever reason they will not ship this to California. The $#*!head I talked to on the phone suggested I ship it to Nevada. I replied with what's it going to do sprout legs and walk over to the Bay area after that what kind of $#*! is this. The part is going on in a vehicle that is only used at the track anyway I don't understand what the $#*!in issue is... smog? Well the car doesn't have cats as it is and in pretty sure you don't smog track cars. Thanks for nothing jegs.

I order tail lights for my car and i very have yet to receive them but an email says it was delivered which is total bull@#%* I have been waiting two months to get my lights that 208 buck down the drain and they do not answer there phone. We were given a shipping day on parts that were allegedly in "stock". Shipping day comes around and now the items are "backordered" - no shipping date provided. Trying to cancel the order is a joke. They use CANCEL and RETURNS as if they were the same. The website has no function to cancel an order. I'd give this zero stars if I could.

The transmission was ordered through another company for half price (undisclosed) and now over a year later I still have not received my core money. They have confirmed they received the core and sent the funds but I still have seen nothing.
