Like others, I should have read the reviews. Do not order from them if you want to have the option of returning or exchanging your scrubs. What a scam. You will never get a response.
I love buying my scrubs on this website because they have a great scrubs and I always get fast delivery. Prices are good also.
Along with the reasonable price, these Prep Scrubs have worn so much better than the other two pair I purchased at the same time. Prep fits well and stays "crisp" wash after wash!
They were great about exchanging some sizes that I ordered wrong. But the shipping took much longer than I expected. Overall great though
I've had nothing but problems with this website. Called over 50 times to try to contact someone to cancel a large order since after weeks I hadn't heard anything back regarding the order (my card was charged), every department on their automated phone system was the same message-leave a message and someone will call you back. Tried emailing, Facebook messaging, PayPal messaging and NOTHING. They are crooks. And if the business comments back on this message to "call and resolve the issues at such and such number" IVE TRIED THAT AND YOU PEOPLE NEVER ANSWER! Horrible business.
I order uniforms. Size medium is too big on me, i want to return them but i have to pay 10$ for shipping, then i would like to exchange but my uniform are not exchangeable. I'm so disappointed.
