I will definitely order from Jen's again! The prices were great and the delivery time was awesome! Ordered on a Monday, received my items on Wednesday, and it was free shipping!
I have ordered several times from Jen's Scrubs and have always been pleased! They have a wide selection of many different styles and vendors. They run "specials" quite often as well!
My experience is almost exactly like what others are saying on here. I placed an order on April 4. My order was marked 'shipped' on April 7. Today is April 28, three weeks later, and I still have not received my order. I contacted them twice by email and got no response. I am now in the process of disputing the charge.
I understand that email and phone systems sometimes go down, but here are the problems I have with the responses to the reviewers on here from the Jen's representative:
1). If your email/phone go down, why not post alternate contact info on your social media or your website? Comments were made on FB from people who had not received their order, and those comments were promptly taken down. Obviously, customers were trying to reach you through social media, so why not explain what's happening and offer a way for them to reach you?
2). If your inventory has taken a dip (as it says in several of the responses), why keep advertising your spring sale? In fact, I just got an email two days ago advertising your spring sale and it says 'making room for new inventory'.
3). If you don't have the inventory, why was my order marked as 'shipped'? If something is on back order, then say it is. I think most customers understand when items are on back order. What they don't understand is when something says it has shipped, when it obviously hasn't.
Jens Scrubs is fantastic. I always get my scrubs in 2-3 days. So pleased and highly recommend. If you crest an account you get extra savings.
I placed 2 orders on March 28th! After over a month of calling and emailing with NO RESPONSES, finally I got someone to call me back. Their "server was down" and they didn't get any of my messages. Funny... If you didn't receive any of my messages, how did you know to return my call after a month? Anyways, both orders had to be returned for different sizes seeing as how I found out I was pregnant in the meantime. They received them on April 28. It is now June 2nd and order STILL SAYS WAITING FULFILLMENT! I cannot tell you how many countless emails and calls I have done, again with no responses. $200 worth of merchandise that I have nothing to show for! I have been in contact with my lawyer and also filing disputes with my bank. This is most definitely, BY FAR the WORST company I've ever dealt with. NEVER AGAIN.

The order was not sent to the address because they had the wrong number so I had to call UPS and get everything cleared up then they delivered it the right address and the pants fit great but on my tops I wanted the 3/4 sleeve like I ordered last time so I can not use the tops.
