This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!
When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.
Original order was April 12. I have had several communications with them since. Last week they emailed me saying they have sent another order. When I requested a tracking number they sent me the same tracking number as the first order that is "lost''. I think Jerry's is struggling and therefore messing up while trying to stay afloat. I have requested a refund. We will see how much integrity they have now.

I placed an order 13 days ago. I was sent an email telling me that they would send me a tracking number when the order shipped. I contacted them 10 days later and requested a tracking number and they. Sent me one. UPS says the shipping label was made but the item had not been received by. On day 11, I contacted Jerry's letting them know that UPS does not have the package. Day 12 they responded saying it now showed up at the facility. Day 13, UPS tracking says that they don't have the package. I'm not giving up yet. I will give them another day or two before requesting a refund. Sometimes things do get missed in the scab]Ning process but i think 14-15 days is ample time to go ground through a few states. I don't think Jerry would be happy about all of the bad reviews his store is getting and so far, I am very disappointed.

The pictures of the product online were extremely different then what showed up and when I e-mailed pictures they claimed it was my computer monitor... they were screen shots from my iPhone. The return shipping was $112 dollars for the 4 frames I ordered. Wish I had looked into the company more before purchasing.
I did order products and received them as described, however, within days of ordering, I started getting a ton of emails ($5 coupons, sales, "haven't heard from you in a while," etc.), so much so that I tried to opt-out of their delivery. NO GO. When you click the link to opt-out, it takes you to their sales page, where there is nothing about removing your email address. I took it a step further and emailed them directly to remove my email address - and that's when the SPAM really started! They must have sold my email address to "duckduckgo.co.uk" because now I receive about ten spam emails a day from them. SO NOT WORTH IT!
Continuous bad shipping service. My last order took 10 days before I called to ask where my order was - supposedly it shipped out to a local post office instead of my address, and was promptly sent back to the company. They gave no reason for this and I never got what I paid for (no error with address, payment, etc.).
Their selection of materials is great, but that means nothing if I never get what I pay for.
Jerry's Artarama is a complete disaster. May god help you if you order anything from them. Do yourself a huge favor and avoid this company like the plague. If they send you damaged stuff, you have to pay out of your own pocket to return it to them. In the meantime, the almost non-existent customer service will be happy to give you the run around. A complete joke of a company. As a working artist, I don't have time for their garbage.
Do not use Jerry's Artarama. Use Utrecht or Blick Art. I recently purchased #10 and #16 oil brushes. Upon receiving, I was shocked how small these brushes were compared to my other brand brushes of the same sizes. I wanted to return because of the unacceptable small size. They wouldn't provide a return label. They kept on saying that manufacturers can make whatever they want and label them as whatever sizes. Obviously, they make the price cheap for Artarama but send items that are not up to standard. So many Artarama products are like that. If the price seems good, be aware. Compare the three #10 brushes. The smallest one is from Artarama. They will send you sub-standard items.
I called about my missing item from my order during their business hours on Saturday and reached a recording to leave a voice mail and they would call me back within 24 to 48 hours? They have gone downhill. I do not think I will order from them again. This is not the 1st time they missed something from my order, but before you could reach a live customer service person. Not any more!
My problems: a pencil sharpener that doesn't fit pencils larger than standard and broke after 2 tries with a regular sized pencil. It was made of plastic

I have been on the phone on hold for 1.5 hours. I sent an email and no response. I did the chat, and the chat person was rude and said I needed to wait till someone reviewed my photo of damaged products. I have ordered several thousands from this company and just this last month I ordered a ton, but when a box came damaged cause they did not insulate the products the gesso was all over all the other stuff. I made the mistake of opening this up in my bed. You can imagine how gesso got all over my bed. Do not order from them. Their customer service is a complete nightmare. I will be disputing this charge. Such a shame cause i had such high hopes for them.
Web site was clunky, I ended up ordering an item that I did not want, and when I removed it from my cart, it did not work. I already had the item.
I sent an email 15 minutes after the order, no one responded.
I called during business hours and no one picked up.
Someone finally responded AFTER I posted an online review on their site. They blocked my review because it was critical of my customer service experience. By that time, the product had shipped.
How reasonable is this? I would say -- not at all.
Whoever made this display drilled the holes backwards so I had to use glue and duct tape to hold it together. Didn't have time to order another because I was vending a festival in two days. This product was so bad I left it by a garbage can before I left. No stars. Complete waste of my $55
I order from Jerryartarma about every two weeks due to they have great products and prices. They ship quickly and I've never had a problem with them. The only problem I have is that I can't quit buying paint supplies. Going to need a bigger she she'd to hold all my supplies. Shhh, don't tell my hubby.
I was shipped a brush in an envelope with no cardboard to protect it. It came broken, I contacted them three times but they never made good on this, The picture shows the brush in pieces as well as the eraser I bought.
Policies and returns are not competitive with Blick or Joe's Cheap art stuff or the local stores. I bought Creative Mark Squirrel hair quill brushes with shed like crazy, after 30 days - no return, unlike Blick or Cheap Joe's art supplies (w 365 day returns). Prices are not better, Jerry's customer service attitude is their doing you a favor. They want you to pay for shipping back orders unlike their competitors.

Liar! She recommended that i ask for a female when possible as they are responsible employee's She asap corrected and processed my request also apologized! Be aware that calling jerry's will undoubtedly include a incomprehensible long wait before your able to speak with customer service representative!

I bought some large canvas stretchers from them looking to save some money. I have been stretching canvases for overt 50 years and am an expert. These cheap chinese made stretchers broke, warped and bent. They refused to refund me, let me ship them bqck or even give me credit because ''you took too long to tell us''. As if you stretch big canvases the second you get them. You better know what you are getting before you buy from the, This was the first and LAST time for me. You guys suck Jerry's Artarama! And who would call themselves that silly name in the forst place. Sounds like a clown house.
Placed an order months ago. Jerrys phone does not answer. Ordered over 100 dollars which has been held up for a five dollar paint brush "not in stock ". "arriving in sept " -sept comes and goes. No order. Months go by.
Cannot reach them to send the majority of the order that was "in stock".
Horrible service -Do not fall for the "free shipping". You wont be getting your items in any reasonable timeframe and they wont take responsibility for it.
I've been trying to get some empty aluminum paint tubes for months. Each time an availabilty date is given, it is changed at the last minute to another date about a month in the future. This KEEPS on happening. Right now (as of 5-16-21) the availability dates given are 6/5/2021 and 6/30/2021. But just watch! These dates are a lie. They'll change again in a few days. I gave Jerry's Artarama my email so that I could be notified when the tubes are in, but all they do is swamp my email address with lengthy commercials, TWO of them a day.
I bought Artfix linen (oil primed) and it has such a bad smell that it triggered allergies and I can't be in the same room with the roll. Also the primer is yellowed so badly that I don't want to paint on it. Jerrys will accept the return, but forces me to pay for shipping which, as this is a rather large roll (85 inches) is close to $100. This roll should never have been sold just based on the color of the primer, and the fact that when I touch it, the powder from the primed surface comes off on my fingers.

I am using Centurian linen oil primed, not using artfix oil primed linen which is yellow and smells musty and moldy, and makes it hard for me to breathe.
Just going to leave a review about how long shipping is taking for my order and I see there are tons of bad reviews from people about the same thing. What a shame - used to be a good company. This is my last order.
I had purchased an e-gift card for a friend over the weekend, but she never received it after several hours. Unfortunately customer service was closed by the time I contacted on Saturday night, and I was not feeling very hopeful about getting the issue resolved quickly. I sent a message on the website to their customer service, and left a voicemail. Both were responded to by Monday morning. They worked with me to send the card to another email for the recipient, and it arrived to her within minutes of the customer service rep telling me it had been sent! I was not optimistic because of the reviews here, but I felt I should come back and share my positive experience, and let everyone know that they can resolve your issue fairly quickly. And if it happens over the weekend, it might take a little extra time, but they were very responsive in helping me resolve this problem.
Ordered 5x7 panels, were shipped with a package and they were all damaged because of how they were packaged. They are cheap as can be and between calling emailing and they say a refund is coming. That would be close to 4 weeks of getting my money back if it even shows on my credit card in 2 weeks. And no email letting me know whats going on. I have to hound them, call, call, call and check my credit card statements myself. Seriously, I will never order from there again.
TREMENDOUS VALUE. I had an excellent experience with Jerry's. I ordered some unfinished wood frames, which are way nicer than what I expected. Beautifully built, beautifully packaged and protected. Pre-sanded. Came with hanging hardware. I just stained and applied poly to match my trim. I also bought some Mat backing boards and crystal clear acrylic glazing. Everything got to me at a tremendous price and within about three days of ordering it. It's a pleasure to thank them and i give them and these products FIVE STARS FOR SURE!

Ordered an H easel. Arrived in flimsy punctured box. Had predrilled holes that had ripped the wood. One screw put in sideways and curled to a C. A crossbar with split wood. Screws too short to effectively join the parts. So, I called the day it was received and asked them about their 30 day guarantee. I had to prove my claim with photos. They agreed to refund, but they claim they need to have the use of my money for up to an additional week. Don't trust the reviews on their website. They offer a lottery for a big gift card and tell those with negative reviews to call customer service. They have so many competitors, I don't know why anyone would use them.
This is about the worst I've ever experienced. They boast of "fast shipping". I've been waiting over a week for a measly paintbrush I ordered... finally dedcided to track it, which was a cumbersome task in their crappy emails (links to track don't even work). Called their phone number... waited over 15 minutes listening to boring jazz music... no one answers. Ever. Clicked the like for online conversation... that link don't work.
I copied and pasted the tracking number to the usps website... says that they have "created a label", but have not shipped it yet. It is still in their facility I guess. Not even shipped.
Take some advice... stay the hell away from this horrid outfit!
