This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!
When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.
I placed an order for 20 11x14 stretched canvases and i used amazon pay to complete my purchase. Well amazon used the wrong address to ship it to me and i tried to call the customer service number on the jerrys artarama website and wound up hanging up after over an hour of waiting on hold. I also sent an email explaining my situation and asking if it was possible to change the shipping address and i never received a response so i will not be using this store in the future. I was on the phone when i sent this email and at this time i was only on hold for about 30 minutes. I waited for over an hour before i hung up. I will never use or recommend Jerrys Artarama to anyone else in my life
I received my order and had a problem with one of the items. I called the customer service and was put on hold. I dropped the call after 1hr 30 mins of waiting on hold. I again called back and chose the first option to order instead of customer support. I was again put on hold and after a min, was told that there are 10 customers ahead of me. Its been 30 mins so far, still on hold. Extremely frustrated. Will never buy from them again. I would rather pay little more and buy from $#*! Blick.
I have used Jerry's Artarama almost exclusively for watercolor and drawing supplies for 9 years. I order quality professional products and they have always arrived well-packed in a timely manner. This includes large products like full-sheet paper. (A few years back they experimented with sticky cardboard "mailers" which could not be opened without tearing around the supplies stuck inside. I complained immediately, and never saw this style of mailer again.) My orders are precise and complete. When calling them about back-order items, the staff found my order and researched my inquiry promptly. Their prices are competitive; some super buy prices are amazing bargains.
I started with Jerry's as a student; I now take commissions, and teach watercolors and sketching, suggesting Jerrysaratarama as the main source for my students.

This is a very horrible company. I requested to be shipped as a gift without prices but was emailed they can't remove prices so why did you take the order if you couldn't fill my request. I told them to cancel the order, and close my account, 10 minutes later I got a email stating item was shipped so now posting my review all over as well as filing a dispute with my credit card. I will order from blick who know how to satisfy its customers and give 1000% customer service, not a bunch of bullcrap, sounds like they dropship their products.
I bought the largest pad of heavy duty Yupo paper Jerry's offered, primarily because of the price. I have used the medium duty Yupo multimedia paper previously and liked it. When I opened the packaging, expecting to encounter the purple cover and inside cover sheet, I discovered there were no front cover and no second sheet - no identifying markings - just pages bound to the cardboard backing at the bottom of the pad. I didn't count to see if there were 10 pages.
I called Jerry's and was told the paper was genuine. They apologized and said that the merchandise was incomplete. They offered to email me the front cover art with the product info. I told them I had scrolled over the picture at the Yupo site already and knew what to expect. They refused to make any amends for the error. So I'm out the $50. I will cross my fingers and hope my project works out and will never deal with Jerry's Artarama again.
PS Should have guessed by the name.
I attempted to place an order on their website, but did not receive a confirmation. My account showed no order. Customer Service does not have live support, so went into Chat. Chat had no record of an order. I then placed an order with another company. The next day, I see that an order has been shipped! Again, customer service does not respond. Again, I went to Chat. I was told to "simply refuse the shipment," which is what I did, charged $5.95 by USPS to return the shipment which was a mistake on Jerry Artarama's due to a glitchy website. I was told on Chat to email customer service. NO RESPONSE. I am a hobbyist. Excellent service from $#*! Blick and Scrapbook.

UPS left gallon of varnish in front of office overnight after hours. It froze and burst. They referred me to Jerry's to get it reshipped. Jerry's wouldn't unless I opened the gooey box and took a picture of the damaged container. By then, the box was in the dumpster. I've been tolerant of their excessive delays in shipping for years but this is the last straw. Never again. Order Number: J85HF0

The oversell their stock... and I bought a three for one and only got one... because they ran out. THEN I had to contact them and they returned it.
I NEEDED the canvases for something that week. DO not buy from them expecting them to fill the order because this is standard practice for them
I would never order anything from Jerry's again! I placed an order, it arrived and one item was damaged. I wish I would have read the reviews before ordering. Their customer service does not exist; they don't answer the phone, you get put on hold in a black hole! I can't get through to them to get the item replaced. I've already emailed the picture of the damaged item, but have not heard anything back. Horrible service and yes, it I could give negative stars, I would!
MY ADVICE, DON'T ORDER FROM JERRY'S!
I call customer severice yesterday several times and finally had someone to answer. I told them that most of my order didn't arrive. The customer service representative acted like he was not concerned. Didn't even apologize for my inconvenience. I had to call them many of times in the past just and not have anyone answer the phone and when they do its not pleasant at all! I haven't received an email as to my issue but the representative said it would taken care of and my order would be sent out again. I hope so, because I need my art supplies as I am an artist. I think I will find another company to order my art supplies! Customer service is very important because if it wasn't for the customer they wouldn't be in business the start with! Until they get customer service right, I do believe they will lose customers.
I bought an "Easy View floor lamp 18W" and first problem is I paid $99.84 (list 119.99) and the item had a price tag on it that read "List $119.99 (sale price) $76.84" and the company refused to refund the balance at first and then offered a $10 E-gift card that I never received. A week later I gave the lamp as a gift, as intended, only to open it to find that it had been previously opened and obviously assembled as the pole had a small scratch and the base was scuffed. I wrote the company and sent the photos and asked that they refund at least 1/2 of what I paid as I had essentially bought a "used floor model" as new. They refused. I will never buy anything from them again. Most dissatisfying interaction.
So I am a professional artist. Was shopping for watercolor paper and saw a good price at Jerry's. Placed the order for 5 sheets Arches 300lb rough. Got the confirmation email followed by a notice that my order was cancelled. I called them and the bored CS rep said my order was flagged by their fraud department.
Now, my billing address is the same as the delivery address. The name on my credit card is the same as my email and website. I used to be a fraud investigator and I know the red flags. But no. No paper for you!
I sent them a follow up email and even a link to my watercolor artist's web page. No response.
Really, why would anyone do business with a company like this?
Not a good experience from this company. When it came time for check out (I had earned free shipping) I only had one option to choose from. I was charged $71 for shipping a $70 order! When I was emailed a tracking number for my package it sent me to an error message. I called to see where my order was and was on hold for an hour to be hung up on. I have better ways to spend my time! When I asked them about the shipping they were not willing to work with me as the package was sent out before anyone responded to my contact form which was done right after my order when I realized shipping was ridiculous. I had no way to cancell my order.
Previously I've ordered from $#*! Blick and everything was awesome. I reccomend you order from them instead.
Never again! My order was damaged, so I sent them an email within 24-48 hours like they requested. It's been a week and still nothing. I've sent them 4 more emails since then, still nothing. I was on the phone on hold for an hour the other day and finally gave up. Then I tried Live Chat and all they said was I would get a response soon. Still nothing. So I tried again today, and they said exactly the same thing over and over again. No personal responses!

I buy A LOTof art supplies from Jerry's. I think they need new web developers. Their website has been less than robust for several years. Sometimes, especially during holidays and sales, their website just goes down. Sometimes it works in one browser but gets 404 messages in another. Sometimes the links and buttons work and sometimes they don't. Today they changed my mailing address, and 2 hours later when I called to change it back they said it was too late.
I really really want to keep shopping at Jerrys, but I have to really prep myself for a bad experience when I shop with them.
PS, I've tried to talke to a manager about this, but apparently their hierarchy doesn't permit such conversactions.

I recently ordered a T-square, watercolor samples, color wheel and sketchbook from Jerry's.
These items, minus the color wheel (which I did not receive}, were shipped in the same large box with plenty of room for items to slide around and bang into each other. The sketchbook was damaged.
When I called customer service I was told to take a photo of the sketchbook and send it to them. When I said I wasn't able to do that, could they send me a UPS label and I'd send it back, of course the answer was no. I have to pay for the shipment.
So, I have to pay for damaged items to be returned.
They don't believe that it's damaged? Am I a telling a fib? Did they even look to see that I never made any complaints about any other order? I don't think so!
Customer service is a "policy only based" department.
The human equation is not involved.
Did not care at all that I told them that I would not be ordering from them anytime soon.
I have been a Good Customer for years. But This time was the last time. It says on thier site That it is free shipping with $35 or more. I placed a 300 order they chared me shipping sale prices were wrong as well i got charged full Price. So i called an WOW the service sucks. Very Rude Not Helpful at all i got charge full Price Plus Shipping because they said i had a PO BOx as part of my address UMM i had my Physical address listed an really its the same Ship it to me label i have Used for Years. I Love Wilson Bickford Products but from now on ill go directly through him. This Was so On called For!

Ordered two portfolios on Saturday and they arrived Wednesday night. Both in excellent condition and were for a good price! I would buy from them again.
They have listings on google shopping, most of them with free shipping. Problem is payment is somehow blocked and you are forced to order through their website making you pay $300 for heavy items

Ordered a gift card for my nephew. Two weeks later — nothing. Prolonged my ability to ship out gifts and they told me to wait 2 weeks without helping me at all. Notice the date I ordered.
