This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!
When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.
Received a shipment of acrylic paint and one of the tubes had emptied in the box. I contacted customer service and they asked me to forward photos (see attached). I asked that the entire order be replaced and even offered to return the rest of the order (if they would send a return slip). They shipped a new tube of paint and I'm stuck with the rest of the mess at full price. I feel ripped off and needless to say I will not be ordering paint from them again!
Tip for consumers:
Prices are good but if there is an issue the customer department is not helpful.
I called to ask a question about shipping. Their site says shipping within three business days. They told me shipping would take three weeks- to the same destination. I called and left a message for "technical information". It is now seven hours and they still have not called back. I bought my art supplies on another site.
I had issues with my order, sent an email to customer service and did not hear back. I tried calling the 800 number and waited for 20 minutes several times and never got a customer service rep. It was a $100 lesson. Don't make the same mistake I did.
I was recently overcharged almost $100.00 by this company. They will not answer their phone about this matter. I have contacted my credit card company to let them know I was overchared bt Jerry's. I will never order from them again! If you place an order with them be sure and check your credit card to make sure the charges are correct. What they did is fraud, by overcharging me so much. I am extremely upset-over the large overcharge on my credit card. The fact they won't answer their phone makes them all the more suspicious. Buyer beware!
I wish there are negative fave stars I can rate to their customer service. Whatever you say and you do, all you get is NOTHING. No e-mail answers and phone calls don't go through. The only chat that you can get hold of the person will tell you "wait" no matter how many times you contact. I've been waiting for a bad shipment replacement in the past month and got NOTHING. This is ridiculous and I really don't understand why they are in business.
I bought several hundred dollars of items from this store. Unfortunately they sold me some expensive Kosinski brushes which I used twice. However, I didn't use them within a month of buying them. They are junk. But since I didn't find that out soon enough... well, I can't return them and will only get a small credit back. I don't want the credit... I want some decent brushes. Will never use them again. *** Warning... use the materials right away... otherwise... no returns.
I purchased 1 gold, 1 silver and 1 brown frame. The silver and gold have markings and lines, where supposedly the gold or silver leaf is attached. It looks so tacky and cheap. When I tried to return, they said that is the way they are made.
I would be embarrassed to put one of my paintings in these frames and try to sell them!
I would expect that if a customer considers something to look as if it is poor quality, they would do a return without a cost to customer.
If you buy Ecoline Watercolor from Jerry's Artarama online beware. This is how mine arrived. Broken, leaking, shards of glass everywhere. I waited on hold for over an hour with customer service only for them to say they need me to send it back— broken, leaking and all— before they consider a refund or replacement. Why would I send back shards of glass!?!?! The postal service had to put it in one of their large parcel boxes to leave it on my step. The box it came in had no stickers on it to indicate it was glass or fragile. I did send multiple pictures of it to them. Today is day 2: no response to at all.

I don’t recommend them.

LOVE THEM... they are awesome in every way. I buy a lot of stuff from them and everything is always correct and prompt. Customer service is fabulous and they always give you the best product for your money
I ordered a large amount of products (wonderful sale) on a Thursday and to my disbelief and surprise the box was on the porch Saturday! I qualified for free shipping, the products were well packaged and in a VERY sturdy box. Their prices are great and I will purchase more from this business. I'm a very, very happy new customer!
I have purchased a number of items from Jerry's over several years and always felt like I got a good deal (generally after comparison shopping against other art supply sites) and they shipped quickly and packaged the items properly. I wouldn't hesitate to purchase an item from Jerry's in the future.
Due to the Jerry's website entering the wrong price for an item I ordered, I was sent the wrong item. When I phoned, they said they would add a $5 credit, which I thought was fine. I still had to go and buy the item physically in another store though as I needed it that week.
But I was making another order online today and I noticed that they didn't add any credits to my account at all. $5 isn't going to make a big difference I know but it's the spirit of the thing. It was their mistake after all. I think I've spend a lot of money at Jerry's over the years but I'm constantly irritated at the website's clunkiness and this just annoyed me too much. There are many other suppliers out there and so I'm off to the competition. Just too many mistakes and their clunky website is very frustrating.
Jerry's sent me a defective Mabef M22 easel. I contacted the company multiple times including filing a damaged item report, sent photos, and follow-up emails as I was being completely ignored by customer service. I also called and spoke with an agent twice. The first time, I was blown off. I was finally given permission to return the damaged item yet was only given a partial refund for an improperly manufactured item. Apparently, Jerry's Artarama does not stand by the products they sell, ignores their customers when there is a problem, and short-changes them if they think they can get away with it. Better Business Bureau complaint filed. I should have been given a full refund for this item - including the tax I paid them, which they have also kept. Bye, Jerry's! There are SO many other choices out there for Artists.
Tip for consumers:
Jerry’s will not stand by the products they sell and will ignore their customers when there is a problem. They will also try to issue a partial refund for damaged items they send, rather than a full-refund, if they think the customer will not push back.

Was a little weary of the reviews but I ordered a wooden drawing bench. When the item finally arrived it had dents and chips on it from its travel. I'm guessing it probably came from overseas. Luckily it is made of solid wood otherwise this drawing bench would have come in pieces. Packaging is awful. My bench came packaged in a box within a box. No packing material, so it was moving around inside the box. Forgot to mention the box inside the box was so delicate, that I can poke a hole in it with my fingers. I reached out to jerrysartarama about my damaged item. But they never got back to me. My bench is still useable but it's dinged up quite a bit.
Tip for consumers:
find another artstore

Jerrys has been my go to to order oil painting supplies for at least twenty years. They noticed I was not ordering anymore and sent me a coupon. No thank you! I know what I want and what brand and size but have to hunt all over the place and scroll a million miles. Sometimes the buttons work sometimes they do not. To pay can be a hassle too. Too many buttons, too much pushing of poor quality junk. Too exhausting to shop this chaotic mess. SFK
The tubes of paint arrived in good condition, but one was not the correct color. It cost more to send it back to them than the tube itself, but I want a certain color. I sent it back with a copy of my order, and I have heard nothing yet...
My first order was well packed, and arrived on a timely basis. I placed a second order 7 days ago. The funds were immediately charged to my card. I checked my inbox and spam every day for a shipment notice, but all I received was an order confirmation. When I called about a shipment date today, I was put on hold for an hour before I gave up. I simultaneously tried their chat, and did get through after about 15 minutes, and learned that they are having problems with their delivery service, and I should contact them if I haven't received the product, which was shipped 7 days ago, in another 15 days ( from North Carolina to Florida). Can't imagine what shape it'll arrive in...
I ordered the wrong paint brush size, and realized my mistake withing 10 minutes. On paypal there was no option to cancel the order. It was Sunday evening, and live chat was closed. The website showed an email addy to use. The paypal order remained unprocessed for several hours. This morning I called Jerrys and they said whoops too late. They claim the order was processed at 5 am, before the email division was open. Live chat could only parrot Jerrys policy. They should be upfront and say there is no cancellation allowed.
Please do yourself a favor and order from a reputable store. Customer service is a joke and when you are actually able to reach them, they are rude and unprofessional. People, please please and please, do not do business with this company and let the world know about it.
I ordered some clay shaper tools from them that I couldn't find elsewhere. I paid double for "UPS premium shipping." This wasn't clearly explained on the website at all, but I had the impression it would get my stuff here faster, seeing as it was premium and all. My stuff has taken over a week so far, and it's supposed to be here tomorrow - but UPS has no idea where it is. It was last seen halfway across the country, and I highly doubt it will be here tomorrow. Very disappointed with the slowness of the shipping after paying extra to get it here faster. Emailed customer service about this twice with NO reply. I won't buy from this company again.
Tip for consumers:
Don't.
I have ordered from Jerry's several times. I find their prices and selection to be good and I have had no problems at all with shipping. I have not needed to contact customer service do I can't speak to that.
I finally placed an order after weeks of trying. No one answers the phone, I have a very difficult time maneuvering the web site, rude reply on Live Chat. My order was canceled and no idea why. I give up.
$#*! these guys! I'm just mad because they refused to cancel my order. I know nothing about art. Or art equipment. I just know I wanted to get something nice for my wife... Saw them online and I ordered the SantiFe 2. It looked really nice! Didn't realize the price was completely ridiculous.
I was driving down the road on my bus route and I saw eisals in the window of a art supply shop. I went back later after my work day. I priced them. I felt my heart sink! The price of eisals were a fraction of what Jerry's Art whatever was charging.
I'm furious! More with myself than anything. But they are definitely taking advantage of people! $#*! them! I will $#*!ing find them!
I have been ordering from Jerry's since I have been in college. I have never had an issue with shipping, things have always come individually wrapped and delicate items, from aluminum paint tubes to brushes have always arrived in perfect condition. I can't speak to Jerry's online customer service. I am lucky enough to live close enough to a Jerry's store that I can return anything very easily there. The customer service at the store I visit, is always great.
I ordered some mats and tape from Jerrysartarama a few weeks ago for a photography class. Everything was shipped pretty promptly. My main issue was the tape was wrapped up in some plastic shipping film. The tape was not in it's own package. The edges are dirty and it looks like it has been sitting somewhere collecting dirt. I had to cut the tape to remove the dirty edges. I didn't want to use dirty tape on my carefully cut mat boards.
Customer service is deplorable. Item arrived broke It was broken before shipping as the item was folde in half before placed into shipping envelope. 2 emails and twenty calls to customer service with with no response. I also fo;; owed their return procedure with no response. Discusting company.
