This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!
When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.
I don't usually give 1 star reviews, I give every chance to make things right before I complain. Very upset with this company. I ordered a frame 4/29, it didn't ship until 5/5 which is fine, I understand the circumstances. It got delayed and I got the package a couple weeks later, which was upsetting but again, I understand the times. When I picked up the package I could hear the shattered glass. I partially opened the package, and yep, shattered glass, a good size shard cut me and I started bleeding. Contacted the company right away via online chat for a refund on 5/18 - they told me to email *******@jerrysartarama.com with photos. The chat agent was less than helpful, but I emailed them as they said. No response. 5/22 Called again, no one picked up, dial just kept ringing. Emailed again yesterday 5/28, no response.
The packaging was awful and it's no wonder the frame was damaged and broken. Blick art supplies is a fantastic alternative to this place, there is no reason to waste your time when the company does not give refunds or responses.

Stay away, there are better alternatives

I received an order today for oversized canvases which I was charged an additional $242.00. For. The box and 3 canvases were all damaged. Upon placing my call immediately to CS at Jerry's Artarama I was told someone would get back to me quickly as soon as they received an email from me with images depicting the damage. Following sending my email with images within minutes, I received an email approximately 5 hours later. The email was not clear or specific as to when a replacement order would be shipped if I opted for a replacement order. I followed up with a phone call to CS and ultimately had to speak with a supervisor.
The supervisor was not helpful, rude and continued to talk over my questions. In addition when I requested a refund, she told me she would not credit my account or refund me the additional fright charge of $242.00 and could not commit to a ship date if I were to continue with a replacement order.
As a professional artist and painting instructor I will no longer be doing business with Jerry's Artarama and will make it a point to share with my students and other professional artists about my negative experience.
Placed an order in min-January, none of the items ordered were labeled as back ordered. A few days after, I received an e-mail saying one of the items was backordered. I contacted them twice over the month after that regarding the back order status. I was told everything in the order would ship by February 24th. On the 11th, however, they canceled the entire order on me, after I'd been waiting over a month for the items to arrive. I had to buy some of the items in the order locally, which cost more money, while waiting for the order. I wound up wasting a lot of time and money waiting on Jerry's Artarama, and the customer service was not very helpful. I gave them 3 attempts to make it right and they didn't. The worst online store I've dealt with in over 15 years of shopping online.
I accidentally ordered the wrong item Sunday night and then ordered the right one. I filled out a cancelation form but because it can take them 24 hours or longer to view the form, I called first thing Monday morning after they opened to speak to someone. Lady assured me she would get.y cancelation straight to the warehouse. 3 1/2 hours later I get an email from Emily at Jerry's stating the ticket had been printed and it was too late to cancel! BS! I have now been on the phone on hold for 48 minutes and counting to speak to someone again! Because, as you know for home delivery the delivery person will leave it at your door and not get a signature. Jerry's knows this. That's why they tell you to refuse the package. That'd be great of you got that option but you don't. So now I am going to return Both items and close my account with them. I don't recommend them. I've ordered from them before and just do not see the quality in the products but I definitely don't like the Hassel you go through to cancel or return something.

After over 50 minutes of hold time they just hung up on me

As many reviews here stated, if you need an assist with their defected product - it will NOT happen! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME! After four phone calls where I gave up after 55 minutes on call waiting, finally 1 hour and 22 minutes someone answered, only to let me know to video-record myself using their defected product, then send it back in my expands and then maybe or maybe not I will possibly get their store credit minus shipping... You are better off with BlickArt or other companies!
Shipping department is a joke. Nothing is wrapped properly to ensure the arrival of products safely, most of the time it is damaged, broken, or completely absent. You mention this trouble directly to them or write a concerning review online stating the issue, it will get deleted if 3 stars or below. I've had bottles of acrylic paint arrive exploded, high end paint brushes broken into pieces, ink bottles shattered and still nothing is being done about it. The cost of the products buying are not cheap, everything is high end and very lack of respect that is given unto those products show a complete lack of respect for the customer and the materials purchased. Go ahead and call customer service and make a claim, good luck and may the Presence of the Almighty be with you. Customer Service is completely asleep at the wheel. You are going to be holding your breathe for an answer, nothing is going to happen. You will get an excuse and zero resolution. Currently, in the middle of waiting for a response on a current issue and a week has gone by with nothing from customer service. Over the years, noticed that everything here is continuing to get worse with zero resolution. Jerry's Does Not Care about Customers or Products being shipped in a safe and effective manner. Once this current issue is finalized, if it ever gets there, it is the last time using this company. I do not have the patience or the confidence to rely on them further for anything, enough has been shown and done over the years which has lead to this decision.

Very, very bad customer service. I ordered six floater frames online and received three incorrect sized floater frames and three correct sized floater frames. I also ordered three wood panels at the same time and they all arrive in the correct size, but some of the corners were blunted, and chipped a little bit. However, I kept the panels, but could not use the incorrect sized floater frames. I called back the next day and was put on hold and had to listen to the recording for a long time, but finally got through to a customer service guy and explained in detail what I ordered (I gave him the order number, etc.) and what I received instead. He said he would send me the correct frames and I could return the incorrect frames in the same box with the provided return label. So far, just one evenings work ruined because I didn't have the correct materials -- but here is the unbelievable part. He sent me an invoice for the new stuff he was sending me (no charge) but he sent me three wood panels instead of the frames! I never mentioned the wood panels during the entire conversation with this person -- I am infuriated and will never, never, use these idiots again as long as I live. Please God no don't let me ever go there. To say that my day has been ruined is an understatement. I have a show and now who knows when I'll get this straightened out with these people.
Buyers be aware- they used to be trust worthy in the past, but not anymore. They forced me to pay for T Force Freight shipment which was over $300, and then proceeded to use UPS to send the valuable package. Once UPS lost the package and did not deliver correctly, and didn't take any responsibility, I contacted Jerry's- The worst customer service ever. DO NOT TRUST this site. DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE. It is a scam. They take your money and do not take any responsibility.
Got total runaround from two CS reps after THEY failed to ship an item. Have no confidence it will be replaced. Contacting my MC to file a complaint until they do resolve this to my satisfaction.
Ordered $50 which qualified for the free shipping on orders over $35. Was charged almost $15 for shipping. They never replied why or gave a refund. They never replied period. Will not order again.
Beware their gift card shipping policy. Web site contains maps about how fast products will arrive, but apparently they only ship gift cards by US mail, and you can't upgrade. Based on the web site, I waited longer than the estimated delivery time, then called customer service. A smug little jackweed named Silas proceeded to tell me that it was on their web site "somewhere" that their shipping policy didn't apply to gift cards. I told him I wouldn't do business with them again. Without my knowledge or authorization, he zeroed out the gift card. When the card finally arrived, I gave it to the recipient, not knowing it had been cancelled. I then tried to reverse this whole process with Andi, the equally smug Chat operator, who basically claimed I had told them to cancel the card. She claimed all I could do was place another order, but it was of course too late because my gift had already been given to the recipient. I understand there can be mistakes and misunderstandings, but these people have zero interest in actually solving problems. Their web site looks like a carnival and to this day I haven't found the fine print about gift card shipping. When there is an error, the customer service reps have no interest in helping. I recommend you avoid this company at all costs. There's a reason Amazon is successful and these guys are still small time. It's called customer service.
POOR PACKAGING CAUSED A TUBE OF PAINT TO BE CRUSHED IN THE MAIL. CONTACTED JERRYS ARTARAMA AND RECEIVED AN E MAIL FROM JEFF STATING THAT I SHOULD BUY FROM ANOTHER COMPANY BECAUSE I POSTED THE FACT ABOUT POOR PACKAGING AND SLOW CUSTOMER RESPONSE.
I ordered Golden Acrylic Paints in 5 colors all of which were on sale. They delivered 4 of the paints although the invoice had 5 on it and they charged me for 5. When I called they told me the warehouse had notified them that one of the colors was out of stock. So I asked why they didn't notify me? They said because they have no way to do that. But they would send the missing color as soon as it arrives. A month later I called and they had the paint back in stock although they didn't send it. They apologized and said they would give me a $10 gift card and send the missing paint. They did send paint but it was not the color that was missing from the original order and there was no $10 gift card. I could have sent the color back as it was incorrect and waited for them to send me the color I actually ordered but Instead I just ordered from Blick. The point is if I had not been closely watching they would have been very happy to charge me for 5 paints - send 4 paints and pocket the extra money.

If you do order from them check and check again that they fulfilled what you ordered
I love going to this store. The all staff is very pleasant and helpful. The products are good quality. I recommend going to Jerry's for all that you need.

On 11/29/10, I purchased a child's easel (Fundamentals) which was on sale until 12/31/10 for $69.99 plus $11.95 shipping. Ten minutes after I made this on-line purchase, I saw the same easel at ASWExpress for $59.99 and shipping was $5.00 cheaper. I chose not to cancel, believing that it was my 'error' in not searching further before making my purchase. Then on 12/1/10, I received an e-mail from Jerry's Artarama showing this easel that I purchased was now on a SUPER sale for $54.99. I called Customer Service and was told that they couldn't do anything about the $15.00 difference. I then spoke with Steven Gilmore, the Customer Service Manager who said they would issue a store credit for $15.00 but, I would have to pay for shipping, unless I purchased an item when there was free shipping on purchases of $70.00 - $100.00. Therefore, I would have to make a large purchase from Jerry's in order to get back that $15.00. Mr. Gilmore said that it was store policy. Any store I have ever made purchases from, whether on-line or brick and mortar, honors price changes within a reasonable amount of time. This was two days from my purchase and Jerry's refused. I would suggest that everyone who chooses to shop from this entity, be aware of this consumer 'unfriendly' policy. I for one, will never make a purchase from them again.
I just had a terrible experience with Jerry's on-line ordering/Chat Customer Service. I had ordered the wrong easel for my daughter as a gift, the box was not even opened and shipped back via UPS Ground which cost me over $120. Prior to shipping the $224.99 dollar Saint Remy Multi-Angle Studio Easel back, I spoke with customer service and was advised that if I provided them with the UPS Tracking number upon return shipment they would credit my account. I notified customer service of the tracking information and requested to exchange for 2 easels and supplies in excess of the $224.99 of which I would gladly pay the difference as the easels are on SUPER SALE. I was advised that they are not willing to either supply the credit until receipt of the returned easel (4/14) nor provide a store credit to be used during the SUPER SALE which ends this evening. SO, I am out my $120+ for shipping in addition to the $224.99 for the original purchase which I can not use toward their sale. Sadly we have three artists in our household and a budget of over $2500 for art supplies and equipment. Sorry Jerry's, you won't be getting any of it this year! Hello, $#*! Blick's?
I LOVE SHOPPING AT JERRY'S ARTARAMA ONLINE. I LOVE THE SPECIALS THEY HAVE. I HAVE PURCHASED A LOT OF MY ACCRYLIC PAINTS AND MEDIUMS FROM JERRY'S. I HAVE ALSO PURCHASED CANVASES, PAPER PADS, COLORED PENCILS, ALL DIFFERENT KINDS OF ART SUPPLIES. EVERYTHING I HAVE ORDER HAS BEEN TOP NOTCH, OF VERY GOOD QUALITY. I HAVE NEVER HAD A PROBLEM WITH THEM OR WITH GETTING MY ORDER. IF YOU NEED ART SUPPLIES... JERRY'S THE ONE FOR YOU...
I just placed an order with Jerry's for the absolute last time. I've said this before, but this time I mean it. It took me about an 1 1/2 hours to place this simple order. The website is super slow and non-user friendly. I have always been able to get the free shipping to my PO Box (I do not have home delivery where I live unless it's sent FedEx or UPS), and they wouldn't send that way without charging me. But... this wasn't made clear. I had to try and change my address over and over, then tried live chat and was told if I called they could fix it for me. I called and was rudely told that there was no way I could have it delivered to my PO Box without a charge. I finally got around it after numerous tries by doing what my local PO told me to do... put my box number on the same address line. If you offer free shipping on orders over a certain amount or by using a code, then you should honor it or make it very clear up front. Even still, that's just bad business in my opinion. Not only all that... and that has been my experience with them for the last several years, but my orders take forever to arrive. Last time I ordered there was one thing backordered and I finally cancelled the order after 3 1/2 months. I've been ordering from Jerry's for over 20 years and this good relationship has changed in the last 5 years or so. I bet you're losing many longtime customers!
I ordered frames from Jerry's at what I thought was a decent price for what I was getting. They were marked 40% off for a sale so I grabbed five larger sized frames for a project I was working on for a client. When I received the frames one was broken and it was instantly clear why it broke. It was junk. The frames were made of a cheap foam material. Paying nearly $50 a frame at even the sales price was absurd considering the quality of these literal garbage frames. I contacted Jerry's about returning them for a full refund and finally after days of back and forth conversations trying to get them to understand I wanted a refund on ALL of the frames not just the broken one, I was told I had to pay the shipping fee to return them. The shipping fee was nearly half the price of the entire order. Complete insanity when Jerry's boasts 100% Satisfaction Guaranteed or your MONEY BACK. I shopped with Jerry's for years and never had a problem like this, all good things must come to an end I suppose.
I had to really fight with them for a refund. The product description was way off. They did eventually accept a return and gave me my money back.
I was looking for a portfolio protector to protect a 24"x36" foam poster I had made and google led me to Jerry's Artarama. I've a very safe person so I googled them and saw all these bad reviews on this site, it made me rethink from ordering here so I seeked out alternative options, but the other place was trying to charge me $13 to ship my item because it's "oversized" so I decided to go with the cheaper option that gives free shipping for orders over $35 and order through Jerry's. Of course my order got canceled so I called them up and ask them why. They told me the address was funky so after confirming my address they manually overrided it and put in the address I told them. I didn't have faith that my order would arrive in one piece since so many reviews said their items were beat up etc. It took 6 days for my items to arrive but I got it and WOW- the packaging is FANTASTIC. It actually took me over 5 mins to unwrap it all because it was packaged so carefully and thoughtfully! Props to Jerry for good packaging and sending my correct items and good service on the phone.
On Dec 8,2020, my brother attempted to order a gift card for me for Christmas. When the card didn't arrive in a week, he called the company and was told that it would be as long as one more week before its arrival. He tried to call them again today (Dec 21,2020) and was put on hold for 30 minutes with no one ever getting back on line to assure him that he was going to be helped. He finally hung up and called his credit card company to begin processing a dispute for the charge.
As an artist, I have been a long-time patron of Jerry's Artarama, but after hearing how rudely my brother was treated by the so-called customer service agent and his experiencing unnecessary aggravation, I am sorry to say that I will never use this company again.
I did take time to read the reviews on this company and I was appalled at how many low stars it has with most of them being about NON-EXISTENT CUSTOMER SERVICE. Management, where the hell are you and what are you doing about this lack of commitment by your customer service agents to your patrons. You just lost a very valued patron, and I will be sure to share this review with the 3 art leagues for which I belong. SHAME ON YOU.
I was on the site shopping to place my first order after receiving a promotional discount coupon. I had several items in my cart that were advertised for $1 or $2 to try out the product. When I went to checkout, everything from that promotion had gone up 25 cents. I understand its not much, but it was not what was advertised and I had a set amount to spend and this took me a few dollars over. I tried to email Jerry's and got an error message twice so I started a live chat. I informed Lex what had happened and that I checked on their home page and the ad still said everything should be $1 or $2. She apologized and said marketing was in the process of changing the prices and there was nothing she could do to fix it. I told her it didn't make for a very good first experience, but I understood.
Fast forward a few hours later. I open my email and apparently my original email that gave me the error message went through and someone had replied to me saying I was mistaken because the ad on the home page now said $1.25 and $2.25 for buy it/ try it products. I replied that I had already spoken to someone and I didn't appreciate being treated like I was reading things wrong and that there were at least two more ad spots on their site that still said $1 and $2. The answer I got was basically an apology for answering my email since I had already been handled and that she'd let marketing know about the discrepancy. There is still currently at least one spot on their site that has the incorrect pricing. I ended up placing a significantly smaller order because there were two items that were priced significantly lower than anywhere else I found. That is the only reason I gave them two stars. Most products were exactly the same as $#*! blick's website so I placed the majority of my order with them and even for small price increases, I would choose to shop somewhere else in the future.
They gave me credit for the tape, all is good now. Delite my first review. Brought tape some place else.
Somewhat disappointed about the concept dule tipped markers. 2 out of 6 pk. Were duds and dryed out.
