This is the second review I've written on Life's Abundance dog food, my girl is now 1 year old and she is and continues to thrive! I've used this dog food 99% of the time and there was a BIG DIFFERENCE when she had another brand (her and her business smelled way worse). I couldn't be happier with the quality and dependability of this product, even the packaging is awesome (pretty sure I said that before as well). From the time of order it takes about 3-4 days to be at my front door and I can honestly say I never regret spending the $$ on this food, it makes my life just that much easier. Stars 100% of the time!

When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.

When returning a defective item, they expect you to jump through hoops. After purchasing an item that sporadically turned off, I was expected to sit and wait while recording the item to prove the item was defective. So, sit for potentially hours for nothing to happen, or for something to happen? Your business isn't appreciated here. Thankfully banks offer chargebacks. Good riddance to this scam of a store.

The product I ordered did not come as described or pictured. They would not cover shipping to return and it will cost more to return than the refund. Horrible service. Horrible company. Use other suppliers. NOT THESE CROOKS!

This has happened more than one time. 2 days ago I ordered 85 items for $200. When I went to check out, they added one item for everything I ordered, which made my $200 order $300. Don't buy from them. They are a bunch of thieves. I gave them a chance to answer or solve this problem and I got no answer and now they are blocking my emails. Jerry prices are good but they make it up by stealing from you at checkout. They never did this before so the only thing I can think of is that they need money or go out of business. So, someone in the company decided to steal from you is the answer. Don't buy from them!

Made several attempts to speak to customer service last phone call 33 min. No one answers than sent email with photo of damaged item and no response... will never order from them again... company does not care for customer satisfaction. After a week of attempts gave up

They must not need money or care about having a job because the incompetence is overwhelming. Who needs 9 business days to process a marker for shipment? They must be like a drop shipper. They don't actually have anything in stock. When you place an order, then they order it for you. So just skip the middle man and find what you're looking for online, and I'm sur it will be be a better price.

Tip for consumers:
Run, don't walk away from this company and save yourself from the aggravation that will last months.

Products used:
Their custom frames can be found anywhere else, cheaper. It takes them a month to even look at your order, only to find out it's not available. Meanwhile, your funds of hundreds of dollars are on hold. The employees are incompetent. This is not a business, it's a charity.

After shipping me an empty box that UPS discarded I received multiple vague responses on when my replacement would ship, and told me it was the fault of UPS. I waited until Monday to call back only to find out my money was refunded and a replacement not sent. Again the girl on the phone offered no explanation and simply abruptly ended the call. This was an expensive order…. I don't think I will ever order from them again.

Tip for consumers:
Don’t shop here. It’s great until there’s a problem and then a nightmare to resolve

Clunky, time consuming website. Search Gambling artist oil colors and you get 32 pages to scroll thru. It really needs an overhaul.
Love products & pricing, but went elsewhere with my list just because of time :(

I would strongly recommend Cheap Joe's over Jerry's Artarama. This is why:

*the website is slow and even if you delete a product don't assume it's been deleted at checkout. Returns are very costly

*i ordered linen canvases and received the wrong ones. The packages were badly damaged. They will not accept online returns at the stores; yet charge you for return postage. For instance a $26 purchase costs $19 to return! Bull$#*!!

*A 1 1/2" linen canvas is $42.00 in the store; online it is $16. Same item!

They do not apply discount codes for exchanges and you are paying full current price for exchange. You also pay return postage which can cost more than the product

I strongly urge artists to go elsewhere to buy supplies. Until financial pressure is put on this business they will continue to put the customer last

Continuous bad service- wait on hold forever if they pick up at all. They also own asw (art supply warehouse) whose new "warehouse price club" costs more than previous regular prices. Done with them-i'll be switching to cheap joes

I can only add to what others are saying about their shipping, their customer service, and in my instance a very poor misleading website listing that had me ordering frames w/o glass when that is definitely what I did NOT want. Will never order from them again.

Ordered frames but got them with no glass which was not helpful for me.

Products are great, and prices are the lowest I have found anywhere. I've been a happy customer for years.

Recently, I bought 5 plein air frames (a wonderful product which I like because of its rich gold finish). They are sturdily built but arrived damaged from abnormally rough treatment somewhere along the line. Jerry's replaced them quickly, with good cheer -- never any hassles with them.

Jerry's did not ask me to write this review -- I just want to reward their excellent customer service. I've never had any complaints.

Don't order from Jerry's Artarama. My brush has wires that are popping out which continue to pop out even with using pliers. I have not duct-taped it. What a shame for such an expensive brush! The customer service wouldn't refund or offer any kind of compensation - just told me to "order another one". Why would I do that? I've decided not to shop with them anymore.

Their customer service is nonexistent. They don't care about their customers. They do not return calls and when you call them you get stuck on hold until you give up. Same with live chat. No interest in helping. The prices sound good but spend a little more and find a reliable company.

Shipping is so slow it'll take you about a month to receive. They use basically the slowest and cheapest shipping method possible. Jerry's sent me a coupon for $5 off and 2 free gifts for a $59+ order on my birthday. Cart was over $100+ and coupon kept saying invalid. Contacted customer service and was told that it can't be used on anything that has a dollar sign crossed out... basically EVERYTHING on the site. What a waste of my time totally bait and switch. I will never order from such a stingy company again and their terrible customer service.

I don't know how a business can conduct themselves in such a condescending manner. After my personal experience, I've shared with many how awful it is they ship used items with missing parts and then treat the customer like an idiot.

I deeply encourage everyone to shop elsewhere. Don't waste your money (you'll just receive defective products with an attitude when you report the defect and/or the return of a product).

Overall, my experience is well on its way to a fraudulent experience.

I've been ordering from Jerry's for over 2 yrs. There has only been twice that I've had to call customer service abt a problem and they resolved the problem right away and sent me replacements. They ship usually within 24 hrs. They also have a fantastic art education side with hundreds of fun and informative videos, especially their Jerry's Live series on youtube and facebook.

I should have believed the reviews. Their customer service is rude, condescending and as unhelpful as possible... even when it is within their ability to help. Crazy! By at a local store, they are separately owned... save yourself the heartache.

Jerry's is absolutely fine until you need help with a product you have purchased. Then, GOOD LUCK! I received a box of stretchers with a split stretcher and I am on my second phone call, this time on hold for over 1.5 hour, the first call I gave up after that length of time. I also emailed customer service over a week ago and no response there either. I just don't understand why a company with direct competition like $#*! Blick would allow such poor customer service?

I have had good luck in the past but not recently. I ordered a large linoleum block, which came damaged. After submitting a photo I was promptly advised that a replacement would be sent right away. Still no replacement and still waiting. Packing was inadequate for something this heavy. Corners were not protected. I am skeptical about the condition of the replacement. SInce I already am ready to go with all the preliminary steps in place and it's an unusual size, I have no choice but to continue, or to start over on a big project. Disappointing for sure.

The customer service is terrible. They made a mistake in the billing (entered my address wrong), cancelled the order and refused to help at any point, continually saying it was the bank's fault, my fault... everyone but theirs. Even after I sent them screen shots of my credit card statement, they insisted the sale had never gone through. Even if it were not their fault, I would expect they would help resolve the issue. Instead I had to call them multiple times (waiting for an interminable amount of time each call because they take forever) and was just told that it is my problem and I'd have to cancel the charges and go through and redo my order if I wanted it. They definitely need some training in customer service, as a little bit of kindness and at least an attempt to help can go a long way.

Please, fellow creatives... stay the hell away from this business. As a senior who has been painting her entire life (and shopping), I have NEVER had this bad of an experience with customer service in MY LIFE! The product design is defective (canvas pliers), c an't be used... I'm out the price, the shipping, and after jumping through hoops, taking pictures, sending it all for documentation---"they" don't see the problem, case closed. So I'm also out the time and complete insane aggravation over a simple and obvious issue. NEVER have I been treated so poorly... what a waste of time, and they will never see another order from me or anyone I know.

Tried several times to resolve an issue with an order. Filled out the service contact form twice, no response. Went to online help, said to fill out service contact form. Called, waited 1/2 hour and could not get through. Sent email, no response. I am done doing business with this company and suggest anyone thinking of ordering from them to find somewhere else to buy their art supplies.

I've been buying my art supplies from Jerry's for almost 2 years now and they are without a doubt the best supplier I've ever dealt with. Customer Service is a pleasure to deal with, Ive only had to call them twice and the person that I dealt with, Emily, was pleasant and knowledgeable. The quality of their products are just great. They have a wide selection of art products and two Youtube channels to show you how to use them in fun and interesting ways.

I ordered a 29 detail paintbrush set for $160 and a few other items. The order came today and I got 1 brush from the entire set. I figured it was a mistake so went online to contact the company. I called the 1800 number and no matter what option I choose, the phone goes silent and I can't get a hold of anyone. I tried the chat option and that doesn't work. I went to go leave a review, and it won't let me. I was finally able to find a way to send them a message through their website, but I do not have high hopes. I will never shop here again. This is beyond sketchy...
