Called, emailed, and messaged company thru their website to advise that UPS delivered a day late and meats were warm and spoiled. Company took over a week to respond ( in fact only responded after my credit card company contacted them when I finally requested charge be removed). Advised would only refund if product was returned. Of course after a week I had thrown out the bad pork products. Customer service very nasty and unapologetic saying it probably wasnt bad ( despite being above room temperature) and may have been slimy but still edible. They threatened to charge me with fraud. Still fighting about it.
