JetBlue provides first-rate service, particularly for travelers like me with disabilities, on my frequent flights in and out of Boston. It stands in sharp contrast to other US airlines, most of which are abysmal.
They destroyed my duffle bag after requesting I check in the bag due to limited overhead space. Look at how my items came out, and can you believe they're pushing back on paying me due to lack of receipts!? Just don't fly them unless it's the only option.
I booked my very first flight ever via Airline ticket world and since then it has become my go-to travel destination. The support team here is very patient and understanding, and they also offered me some unpublished deal that helped me more than I expected. Airline Reservations Customer care Number: *******433
I fly with JetBlue every chance I get! They're consistently on time, allow a free checked bag, have a great staff, comfy seats, and in-flight entertainment.
The one time my flight was delayed for 4 hours, they ended giving everyone a $100 voucher and giving everyone snacks at the terminal. They went above and beyond here, and I really appreciated it.
I travel often in this airline and services before boarding and ending of the trip it is always a pleasure. Attendance staff care all the time of your necessities and if you want more snacks or drinks they are more happy to give you more.
I've been flying JetBlue for years. The flights are rarely delayed, the flight attendants are very friendly, and the tickets are fair price. You also get to watch TV on these monitors in front of you. They also provide a variety of food, including food for those with dietary restrictions (veganism, vegetarianism, etc). JetBlue is a great company and I would recommend flying with JetBlue.
Tip for consumers:
Very good airline, consider it!
Jet Blue is my first choice in choosing an airline. Why? The seats are extremely comfortable, the flight crew for the most part are courteous as well as the ground crew. I have only had a few problems that have come up, delayed flight for one which is either due to weather or mechanical problems.
Love flying JetBlue and try to fly them whenever possible - just seems like a less stressful, nice experience.
Their site is decent and I enjoy searching on their site.
Wish they had more of a feature to find inexpensive fares. Also wish they had specials for people who are flexible in their destination --- that would be a fun feature.
In general, their site is a pleasant experience!
Jetblue is one of the best airlines! They have fantastic customer service and definitelty are not just about jamming a bunch of people into a flight.
Gotta look for their yearly flight around the globe pass.
First of all the performance of this website is horrible. It takes a long time to navigate from page to page. Eventually I got to where I needed to be (Manage Your Trips) and it let me check in, but would not let me print my boarding passes because it said I needed to update the passenger details. So, fine, another long wait to load that page, then I entered all the required information. But no, it won't save it because of "Invalid Date of Birth". Only one problem... date of birth is not on that page at all. Chatted with customer service who told me that they fixed it for me and entered my date of birth. No, not fixed. Also noticed my ticket purchase price was showing doubled on the page. Response to all this from the customer service agent? "Sorry, sometimes that happens". Get with it JetBlue.
Last month I purchased a plane ticket to Mexico, I am absolutely thrilled with my experience with jetBlue. From beginning to end, the journey has been an absolute dream come true. The process of booking was seamless and easy, and I was utterly impressed by the good price of the ticket. Upon boarding the flight, I was blown away by the incredible hospitality of the crew members. After my experience with jetBlue, I can confidently say that I will be choosing this airline for my future travels.

don't hesitate to fly with them

Best US Domestic Airline - It's cheap, the planes are new, the crew is friendly, there's a decent amount of legroom, and they have 37 channels of cable TV. What more could you ask for? I love Jet Blue.
We were on flight 503 today 3/5/23 and it was simply amazing, yes it was delays so what I ride the nyc subways. From the captain to the 2 men, 2 women flight attendants thank you so much for a pleasant flight. Jet Blue the whole experience was great.
This is my favorite airline. The seats are comfortable and I absolutely love the blue chips! The 5 stars are for the blue chips. Con: it got a little more expensive and they don't really include any baggage in the bare fare any longer.
I travel through JetBlue almost everywhere I go, it is the best airline to go through. I have also tried their getaway packages, great options available! I do wish they had more destinations but still a great airline.
Jetblue does have limited airports they use, however if they are going where you need to go they will ALWAYS go there for a cheaper price. One time I got to the airport earlier than I needed to be and they said that they had an earlier flight if I wanted to go on that one with out paying anything extra. The flight that they offered us was actually a more expensive flight which is why I choose the later flight and they also gave us the extra leg room seats. I would say that this is really a company that goes the extra mile for it's customers.
Firstly, let me say that I never take the time to write a review but I have been so impressed with JetBlue customer service! For many reasons in the past I have chosen to travel on JetBlue as my preferred airline. The latest reason for my choice centered around a friend who had to change a departure date due to a family funeral. The JetBlue rep handled this beautifully without penalizing her…. It certainly helped during an emotional time. THANK YOU, JETBLUE
I love to fly jetblue. Unfortunately, I find that 99% of the time they experience delays and my life is affected by this, but over all, great customer service and clean, new planes.
We recently flew "business" class and I say that with a laugh. From White Plains, NY to St. Petersberg, FL - RT. We were surprised to find out that a free bag of chips and a soft drink constituted the nourishment for the entire flight. If you want to see the videos expect to have to buy the headdset. You are cold- need a pillow or blanket- sorry they are for sale now!
On our return the weatherman projected that there "may" be snow, so our flight was cancelled. We were not notified. Another passenter in the waiting room noticed us and told us. Once we went up to the counter we had to try to reschedule ourselvesright away because even thought it was 9pm these days the airline would not put us up at a hotel over night!
WARNING: JetBlue credit card through Barclays Bank. STAY AWAY! Barclays sent a $10,000 payment to my other credit card company that I did not authorize so they could collect a 5% fee on credit card balance transfers. Now I have a $10,000 credit balance on a credit card I paid off 5 days earlier (when I closed my original credit card account with a transfer from my personal checking account). Why would Barclays do this? To collect a non refundable fee of $500 on a credit balance transfer. I HAVE ZERO RECOURSE AND CUSTOMER SERVICE AT BARCLAYS IS ABOMINABLE!
Jet Blue is good if you just want to get there. There prices are great, but you have to sacrifice somethings, and they don't go everywhere I need to go
Our flight was cancelled a few hours before takeoff and we were informed it was due to flight mechanical issues and that we should receive compensation for our flight not being rebooked until 2 days later and that we would receive an email within 7 days with compensation. It took a while day to rebook everything for our trip, including 2.5 hours on the phone with jet blue. After speaking to the representative today, (9 days later and still no email) she said we were not getting compensation, but will not give the full reason why. This cancellation not only interrupted our full trip, but incurred late cancellation fees to correct. Since the reason for the cancellation was not a Forced Majeure Event, we should be allowed compensation. It is unacceptable.
Our return flight was delayed twice as well. No reason given. We were pushed to the last row of the plane (since it was rebooked due to the original cancellation and we didn't get seats until we arrived) where the stewards were very loudly banging several times throughout the flight startling me and waking up the screaming infant after she finally fell asleep (several times). This was the worst experience I have ever had and we fly regularly. We will never use Jet Blue again.

As a bit of background, I made a round trip reservation to attend my nephew's wedding in NYC for April 4. As we all know the nation is suffering the devastation of the Coronavirus pandemic. JetBlue advertises no cancelation fees, etc. due to this. That's a lie! After spending a considerable amount of time waiting to speak with a representative I was informed that is not the case - I would be receiving a credit that needed to be used within 1 year. My nephew will have a difficult time doing this in that time frame - Church, reception hall, countless other weddings in the same situation.
I'm a retired investment banker and have been through the bailout process before. If you look at the balance sheet/income statement of JetBlue it's clear they will be bankrupt by the end of May, (not the only airline by the way).
So it's either 2 solutions - 1) JetBlue goes bankrupt, no credit.
2) Taxpayer bailout while you screw the taxpayer by lying about refunds.
The fact that they would due this to a senior citizen is a direct reflection on the character of the airline. Shameless! I asked Emily, (JetBlue representative), if she would treat her Grandfather the same way - Yes was the answer. This is what you get from JetBlue, but they'll be happy when they receive their government bailout. I would gladly see my credit go down the tubes as long as JetBlue did too.
My intention is to NEVER fly JetBlue again and I warn you to do the same.
I purchased a ticket from Jet Blue on August 4. The transaction was completed and the confirmation issues. On August 6 I received an email from the carrier that the transaction was incomplete and they were running out of seats. I contacted Jet Blue and was told that there were no confirmed ticket for the individual traveling. I contacted the credit card Jet Blue and was told that they did not pay for such a ticket. Called back Jet Blue and was told it would have cost me $25.00 for the agent to make the reservation. I didn't want to pay $25.00 to do that, so it got off the phone and searched for other airlines that fly nonstopped to the individual destination. I found a ticket for approximately $15.00 more but I did not have to pay $25.00 for making the reservation. On August 7, Jet Blue card services paid for a ticket, after I spoke with them on Sunday, August 6,23 and they told me that they did not pay for a ticket, which lead me to purchase another ticket from another airline. Jet Blue refuses to refund the money to my Jet Blue card, but returned my points uses for that trip and give me a year to travel on that ticket. Quite unethical. I do have a refundable ticket for traveling in December, and if the money is not refunded to my card, I will cancel that ticket and fly with another airline. VERY UNETHICAL
I place them just behind Southwest so they are #2. My problem is they do not fly where I go to most of the time.
I am completely disappointed with this company, get out of them, everything happened to go and come back, total lack of respect for customers, I bought my flight precisely for the arrival time at my destination in Punta Cana which would be 10:30 am, this way I could make better use of my vacation days, however, my flight was scheduled to leave Boston at 6:35 am on 01/09/2023 and arrive in Punta Cana at 10:30 am, but JetBlue only said it was late, we waited a long time, until we boarded, we spent almost an hour on the plane before we got off again and waited a long time for another boarding, at the end of it all I only arrived at my destination, it was already past 6 pm, I lost an entire day of my vacation, day of my return which was 09/08/2023 from Punta Cana to Boston with a stop in Ny and arrival in Boston, such was my surprise when I arrived in Ny the flight that was to leave for Boston at 10:50 pm was cancelled, the staff giving vague answers, they said that our flight to Boston would only leave the next day at the same time, that if we wanted we would have to wait more than 24 hours and that JetBlue would not pay for the hotel, I saw many people indignant, without answers, with much insistence they put me on a flight at 3 am, to get to Boston, when I arrived in Boston my suitcase didn't come, after a lot of searching for information they said they would deliver it to my house, 2 days later, avoid this company, because if you have problems they are totally uneducated to solve problems, I hope I never have to fly with JetBlue
Love flying with jet blue. Great leg room. The crew is awesome. Always find the flight I want to burbank at great price.
