I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.

Bad site. They claim they sell estate and liquidation jewelry and gems, but it's just all cheap junk make in Thailand and India.

They use stock photos as well, so the item you're seeing in the photo is not the item you're bidding on.

Very misleading and dishonest!

And they charge you an arm and a leg for shipping and handling.

Itms are fake. You pay thousands for fake jewellery that peels off after a month. Disgusted by them! Sadly, you only realise your mistake of purchasing from them, after the transaction has been made and your cheap pieces reach your shores and start to peep off. I tried calling and returning the jewellery but to date have had no response from them. This is now over 2 yrs. Totally disgusted by such fraudulent people and organisation.

It is rarely situation when I had such a great customer experience that it is pleasure to write a positive review. I purchased here the marvelous diamond pendant for my girlfriend. So satisfied with this experience. Not only the quality of the jewels here is the best of the best in any category that would fit your budget, the customer service is above superb. Do yourself a favor dealing with this company.

My fiancé and I was searching for the best shop to buy our wedding rings. When we finally got into Jewelry Room we just came out after a few days with two gorgeous rings. So this is the second time I've won an auction and purchased a ring this time there was a little hiccup. My ring hadn't been sent out right away. I contacted them and they said oh that's because you're a billing address is the same as your shipping address for verify that we need you to send proof of that for you live and I really appreciated the fact that they were looking out for me and once again, I was happy with the product. The Jewelry Room is wonderful place to buy jewelry. First of all, there is the great selection of wedding and engagement rings I was looking at. I believe I will never buy a piece of jewelry anywhere else again because here I have found the best ring for my fiancé. It's no more expensive than going to a jewelry store and just picking something out. Guys do the great work making people happy!

Way better than the picture! And fits like a glove! I'm a size 8, and was skeptical if it would fit or not and it fits perfectly. It looks like the REAL thing, lots of shine and sparkle. The size of the center crystal is also perfect not too big and not too small!

You sent me size 6! I need shipping label to send back to Hong Kong! Because I didn't buy it from Hong Kong I thought I am buying from Jewelry Room in Hawaii!
There no reaction from customer service and it is not my fault you sent me wrong size!

I been shopping with them for a while before they got upgraded. Recently I got to win some nice jewelries and got them checked and they were genuine as they were advertised except for one ring that had a difference in design but it's looking nice. Shipping is a bit high if you buy too little amount, buy more and pay less shipping. I recommend anyone to shop at jewelryroom if you want value and variety.

Do NOT purchase from this site. I won an auction for a 1.06 caret blue diamonds ring and was sent one less than half that size. It is also of very very pore quality. After waiting for 8 weeks for the wrong ring to arrive, they now have mucked me about for the last 2 weeks trying to sort it out. Tina said she would organise a refund and for me, and I was to keep this ring I won't wear, and after I agreed to that she is now asking for me to return the ring to get my refund ( at my cost of over $100 nz) please please please do not get sucked in.
I will remove this fee d back one I have received my refund.

Is there any chance we may have shipped the wrong item to Lisa?

Possible?! But very unlikely. Because first, we go through several quality checks before shipment. Second, with her New Zealand shipment, we have to declare a very strict description of their country's customs. Third, her printed invoice will shown item image, which is a totally different style and appearance from her purchased solitaire ring. Therefore, it is very unlikely we will ship her the wrong item.

As you can tell, customer contacted us on Oct. 30,2020 and our service agent replied on the same day, Oct. 30,2020. During that week, we also tried calling her by phone with no success, and we have never gotten any replies from customer Lisa, therefore case closed.

Customer said,
"Tina said she would organise a refund and for me, and I was to keep this ring I won't wear, and after I agreed to that she is now asking for me to return the ring to get my refund."

How would we have resolved her problem at that moment?

We first offered her to keep the item with 10% refund, if that does not resolve the situation. We would've asked her to send images of the ring, to determine if it is necessary to send it back for replacement. Usually, a full refund without any problems if the buyer decides to return the ring during that time.

This was the last and only email we'd gotten from her.

Conclusion:
It's difficult to resolve any issue if there is lack of communication between the buyer and the seller. From the statistics above, we still cannot confirm if her complaint is true or not. We sincerely would like to resolve the issue if only we have more information and communication.

I have bought 13 items from here and out of the 13 items, around 6 being rings, 3 of the ring's stones have fallen out within the 1st week of wearing them. Other than that, it's an easy site to use and bid on. Thanks.

It's a bidding site so make sure to constantly check your email to see if your item was out bid.

If I would have known that the jewelry was coming from China I would never of bought it. It's taken almost a month to get my merchandise from China because it's got to pass customs to customs to customs. You need to tell your people were you are getting the merchandise from. A lot of people do not like buying from China because they have inferior products

I bought 2 pairs of earrings for my daughter. She lost them her first time wearing each pair bc the backs were so loose they wouldn't stay on. I spent over $300 for a ring that took over 2 months to arrive and it is NOT the same ring I had bid on. Similar but NOT the exact ring and you can tell its not real, just looks so fake and cheaply made. Even though it says 18k gold there's holes and scratches on it like it's just plated if anything. The "diamonds" if they're real which i doubt are super super tiny. The color of the main stone is also not the same color I expected. Its bull$#*!. I'm really pissed about it

Don't buy from them. Just go in person to a jewlery store or pawn shop. This site is a rip off. They also charge you an extreme amount for shipping. 2 pairs of earrings that I "won" at $20 a piece $40 total ended up costing about $75 with shipping. My ring that took over 2 months to arrive, cost 260 but with shipping it was 310. Not worth it. Cheap fake products. Embarrassed I fell for it. If it seems too good to be true it probably is

We would’ve been happy to resent the lost earring backing if that may help resolve the issue, or if you have contacted us through our customer service, we may ask customer to send back for replacement. JR Service Team, “The two earrings at lower price range which you have bought on April 13,2021, and were shipped with tracking number within 2 days.

The higher value of the pink topaz 18kt solid gold ring was purchased on April 9,2021 and shipped on May 7,2021. The delay was caused by you as a new customer first-time buyer and require address confirmation in verifying our new customers are not credit card fraud buyers before high price shipment. After few weeks, we are finally able to contact you for verification for shipment.”

Customer said, “The "diamonds" if they're real which i doubt are super super tiny. The color of the main stone is also not the same color I expected.”

JR Service Team, “Alicia, if you read our description from this original product link https://www.jewelryroom.com/product.php?aid=588631 It has clearly shown there are 24 pcs of diamond with total carat of 0.15 and based on google search for diamond size, you can guess which size can be expected. As for the color different from the main pink gem, every computer color level monitor has a little different on true color image, therefore cannot be expected to receive the same color as you see from computer.”

Customer said, “They also charge you an extreme amount for shipping. 2 pairs of earrings that I "won" at $20 a piece $40 total ended up costing about $75 with shipping.”

JR Service Team, “For mailing jewelry, it is a requirement for insurance as well, therefore include insurance, shipping & handling at $20-25 is a quite fair amount for jewelry shipment. In fact, due to the pandemic, the shipping cost has raised in price, yet JewelryRoom insist remaining the same price for all our customers.”

Customer said, “you can tell its not real, just looks so fake and cheaply made.”

I reported a problem with some charges I had paid, to their credit they were very fast in addressing my problem and settled the matter in a very satisfactory way for both of us. For one Item I had purchased I was sent the wrong item, this has now been replaced with the proper one that was purchased. I expect that there will be further items bought by us in the future.
Very impressed with their fast replies to emails and positive actions.
