This is a perfect way to buy something for auction you are very easy to buy something if you are just cautious with how you do it look around don't judge and jump on the first thing that you find have a look around first
I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.
I'm not happy with delivery. Three last times I had issues with FedEx. Plus it took more than a week to clear customs etc. I prefer DHL.
Im discouraged to make purchases when I think of the hassle I get with the local delivery, phone calls, mails etc with FedEx

The Jewelry Room made the whole process easy, from the first bid until the delivery (when the parcel was carefully placed in the safe shelter outside my front door). The item I received was beautiful, true to the picture and true to the description. The payment process is easy to follow and it doesn't take long to fill in the necessary details.
I was attracted to the beautiful jewelry at the bargain prices. Some of the pieces are selling at well below their value.
OK! I really don't care for rings that are plated because the plating always rubs off then they look like CRAP. I like the stones in these rings.
The only thing I really didn't care for is you shipping, $20.00 for your first item then so much for each item afterwords. Gets expensive and your paying more for shipping than you pay for the items.

The necklace is pretty and the Swarovski crystal is sparkling. However, the chain is not even while the chain is fasten on both sides of the stone, which mean I can't adjust the length of the chain. When I was wearing it, the stone is not centered on my chest. It kept off the center.
I requested a refund on this chain it was paper thin couldn't even see it so was very disappointed.
Before this bought a necklace that was over a thousand dollars was supposed to be valued at $15.000

I have googled them and no company comes up for their shipping company. Highly ridiculous!

Yes, customer Candis did make purchases from JewelryRoom. Orders shipped on-time, but few of her items got delayed.
Candis has also contacted us 8 times between August 29 to December 2,2021, although our staff each time has replied to all of her emails within 24 hours. Unfortunately, we may not have handled the situation correctly.
Therefore, we sincerely apologize for the delay and mis-handling the situation.
We have no excuses, no explanation, nor does the customer want to hear our excuses. Bottomline, we did not deliver her orders timely. We apologize and are sorry for this matter.
But what actually happened to her orders?
During that time, our diamond vendor from New York City had items to be sold in JewelryRoom. They were having issues with U.S. customs and shipment during the heavy global virus period. With the new shipping restrictions and rules, which has caused many interruptions to our transition.
It is like eBay. Usually the vendor will list items at our auction, and then ship them to JewelryRoom for verification. When the auction ends, we will ship the verified item to the winning customer.
What have we improved due to this situation?
Because this situation has occurred a few times in the past, we now no longer list an item for our vendor into our auction, if the product is not in our hands.
We have fine tuned our system since last year 2022.

I am very disappointed with it the bracelet is noting like it looked on line it is very small and insignificant I certainly wont shop there again and what is more it didn't list that it was American dollars so it cost me twice as much in Australian Dollars

I bid on two necklaces and exited about the size on the necklace on the picture. It wasn't until I pay for the bid that I notice the weight of the item. When I received my order my disappointment was even bigger, the item was not what I was expecting. I did test it and yes, it is real gold 18k but the size is not of my interest.
It was my first time bidding on gold jewelry.

In my experience, product satisfaction is not that easy, it can be complicated. Personally, I believe this one carat gold ring is a great deal. Anyway, we fully refunded this customer a long time ago.

Its now been 8 weeks & still no refund & no answers. According to my return tracking they received my return on June 29th. Everytime I reach out to their customer service with questions like "is it possible your shipment department made a mistake or lost my return" I get just a standard, the same standard answer which is "If our shipment dept. confirms your return we will let you know" which is no answer. They have my return & my money. The Better Business Bureau tried to get involved by contacting them and they ignored their messages. Any reputable company would take the tracking showing delivery & issue a refund. This company will not even answer questions like how long do refunds usually take etc. Its like they have a book of standard sayings and thats it. I need help getting my refund but I no longer know really where to turn. If any one has suggestions Im open to them. In the meantime think long and hard about buying from this company. Ive heard of fake gold & gems so what seems to good to be true & then theres me. If you have any trouble and you need to return good luck. I did everything right getting company approval to return. I ordered a fairly expensive emerald ring from Jewlery Room. I waited 5.5 weeks for a delivery. When it came the emerald was a milky lime green so I contacted customer service who said could return no problem. I enclosed a copy of the invoice & the customer sevice email & mailed with USPS & it was delivered to them on June 29th. I waited fot my refund but it didn't come. As of today its been 29 days. They refuse to refund my money saying it has to be confirmed by their shipment dept. When I ask how long that will take or ask for a supervisor I get no response. Ive sent them proof of return & delivery but they are refusing I am at my wits end & I don't know what to do. Ive thought about calling my local news station which helps getting money back & contact the Better Business Bureau & FTC & States Att. Generals Office of Hawaii for unfair business practices. The best way to resolve this issue, is to contact your credit card bank by phone to verify why the amount is unable to process.
Very often, even if the cardholder deposits funding into the credit card. The bank may not process immediately. Therefore, may cause issue with payment. It's best to contact the bank.

I use to purchase regularly but it has obviously changed hands. Response time is slow and shipping comes from another country and takes a long time. Shipping is also more expensive now.
