This is a perfect way to buy something for auction you are very easy to buy something if you are just cautious with how you do it look around don't judge and jump on the first thing that you find have a look around first
I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.
After contacting for items not recieved company sent a opened unsealed package with no product in it. I have vidieo and a locked mailbox. Jewelryroom.com is really RTOVERSEAS INC. But the BBB doesn't show they are a business. I've filed with the BBB USPS INSPECTOR GENERAL AND FTC. Anyone getting scammed by jewelryroom.com should do the same don't let it go. By my calculations they have ripped off an extremely large amount of monies from consumers.

Besides the fact that it took a month to ship, the moissanite is beautiful. Not so sure on the band as it seems a bit flimsy even for gold, but I'm planning on removing the center stone anyways.

I was sent the wrong earrings and I got a prompt response with an apology and asking if I wanted to send them back, or a "store" credit. I said the credit and I have heard nothing since. I was hoping that it would have been put towards the earrings that I ordered again.

Lacking
Some items I have purchased I have been extremely happy with. Others I would not have paid what I ended up paying for them if I saw them in the shop, sometimes the pictures are very deceiving.
Most of my purchases, I am very satisfied with however, you do get the odd purchases that are disappointing, especially when it comes to chains. The pictures are blown up and the measurements aren't in the description and they are very very fine.
I would say is ok but I haven't received my items yet it been more than a month Pictures of the item don't look the same. Please don't enlarge the picture of the item.
