This is a perfect way to buy something for auction you are very easy to buy something if you are just cautious with how you do it look around don't judge and jump on the first thing that you find have a look around first
I won purple amethyst earrings. They sent me an emeraled necklace that I already have. I notified JewleryRoom dot com. They attempted to help me and requested I return the necklace. I asked if I could have a shipping label. I didn't want to pay for their mistake. At that point all communication ended. They will not call me back or respond to my e-mails. I have spent several thousands of dollars with the company. So sad I really wanted those amethyst earrings.
The item was fully described, good picture of it and bidding was good. Received my purchase in a timely manner.

Purchased a "18K Gold Freshwater Pearl" Pendant. What I received was a pendant with FAKE FRESHWATER PEARL.
What can I do with it? I can't give it away as a gift, It's fake.

“All our jewelry will have the symbols stamped (ig, 14K or 925) into the metalwork. This is a hallmark, and whenever you buy anything that’s been crafted from precious metal, it is legally required to be hallmarked. And all our jewelry do have these hallmarked by law”
“Still think it's fake gold? Test if your jewelry are real gold. Get a tall jug of water and drop your jewelry in there. Real gold is a dense metal, so it falls directly to the bottom of the jug. Imitation gold is much lighter and floats.”
“Another way to test real gold is…Hold a strong magnet up to see if the gold sticks to it. For this test, you need a strong magnet capable of pulling even metal blends. Move the magnet over the gold and observe how it reacts. Gold isn’t magnetic, so don’t be fooled by anything that sticks. If the magnet pulls the gold toward it, your item is either impure or a fake.”

When moisture mixes with oxygen and sulphur compounds in the metals mixed with the gold, corrosion will take place on the surface causing a tarnished look.”

“Proper care of your jewelry can really make a difference. It's a matter of keeping it away from the elements such as salt, water, sweat, and high humidity and chemicals from cleaners or perfumes. Which also means, it is best to wipe down your jewelry frequently, especially after wearing it.”

We really appreciate this customer who has brought this issue into review. We do understand that improper care after wearing jewelry may cause the risk of jewelry moving toward tarnished situation. Plus, her surroundings with average high humidity also puts her jewelry at risk of tarnish. Jewelry should be stored in a sealed tight environment with frequent dry wipes down in-order to maintain tarnish free.
At this point, our customer, Victoria can easily find in Google how to remove tarnish and redeem the brightness. Especially when our jewelry is made of genuine solid gold and solid 925 silver.
We do understand it could be great if all our purchases could remain the highest quality of the time, but due to wear, tear and time, nothing can remain as beautiful as original. We can only prolong the state with proper care.

I was confused about the delete button next to the items I bid on. I thought by clicking on it my bid woudl be deleted but this was not the case. It took a few emails but eventually all but one where deleted for me.
