I placed my first order and was not completely satisfied for what I was looking for. I had no issues returning the product at no cost. I placed an order the next day, to replace what I sent back, and received it incorrectly. After sending an email explaining what happened, I was sent my missing pieces immediately and received them the next day. I was also told to keep the incorrect pieces at no additional charge.

Ordered 6 T Shirts. First time customer. One of the shirts arrived soiled. I contacted customer service and the replacement shirt arrived the next day. I was surprised how easily and quickly the matter was resolved.

I was pleasantly surprised at the ease of placing my order, as well as the speed of shipping. My original order was delivered to the wrong address, and customer service worked quickly to fix the problem.
Both representatives that I worked with were amazing! They worked quickly to resolve my problem, and did so respectfully.

I ordered 1 short sleeved shirt and 2 long sleeved shirts. The short sleeve shirt fit wonderfully. The long sleeved ones were too tight so I sent them back. The return process was extremely easy and quick I am very pleased with how the return was handled!

Easy, quick and convenient service. I love how fast my order was processed and received. I also loved the ease of ordering and the quality of the shirts. The color and size selection was also great. Please make all sizes in all color shirts. I will be ordering from Jiffy Shirts again soon.
I chose Jiffy Shirts because they had the color I needed in all sizes. Except a small youth t shirt in Irish Green. I had to get that one from Michaels. Michaels did not have the larger sizes.

I was trying to find a specific color shirt with pockets. I was unable to find it anywhere. I contacted the customer support and the lady helped me find the best match that they had! I decided to order last minute. I was worried the shipment wouldn't arrive in town before Christmas ( our area in Arkansas also was expecting snow, we get crazy when it snows) But the shirts all arrived together and before the snow storm. I'm very pleased with the options avaible.
My friend recommended to use them. I'm taking my little family to Disney World and I'm making all our shirts for the trip.

I was missing some items in my order I put in online that I was missing items and the response I got was quick, polite and easy to work with. I got my shirts within the week. Great customer service and prices are great too.

First time using the site and app. The only problem I had was the wrong color.
I didn't see the change of color when I I had placed the order, after transaction was completed I then realized I had white and not candy orange. Email was sent and no response.

I had an item that I did not order and was missing an item I did order and they handled the situation right away. I was able to keep the wrong item and they sent out my missing item within the next couple of days.
