I bulk ordered t-shirts for work and they were shipped quickly, but one size/style that I ordered (6 of the same shirts) were not included in my order. As soon as I noticed and contacted Jiffyshirts, my claim was acknowledged and resolved within a few hours. Replacement shirts were shipped before the end of the same afternoon that I contacted them.
My email was returned promptly and replacement items were sent within a few hours of my claim. They will be here in plenty of time for the event that I need them for.
Recommended by a coworker, plus great variety in styles, colors, cuts, fabrics, sizes, etc.

Alas, my Jiffy Shirts were at first lost in a sea of neighborhood mail. However, I received a re-shipment in a timely manner, at a different address to boot, and even received a bonus package. 10/10 would JiffyShirt again!

Very impressed with the ease of ordering and super-fast shipping. My 4-star rating has nothing to do with JiffyShirts; 100% satisfied with them. I like the quality of the shirts. I did, however, removed a star because I feel the 40 Fruit of the Loom shirts I ordered ran small in size. I also expect them to shrink a bit after their first wash. I suggest ordering up a size.
I need shirts ASAP and I heard you are the folks to make that happen.

I found JiffyShirts App very user friendly. I already had a brand of T-shirt in mind so I searched by Brand it came right up. The site explained the material of the T-shirt which was very helpful. I chose the color, quantity, and size. I paid for the product and received up to date communication via email from JiffyShirts on status of my order. I received my order fairly quickly and was very pleased and satisfied with the product. I will definitely order from JiffyShirts again.

Shirts need to be shipped with protection bag to prevent debris from shipping trucks staining shirts when bags tear. The shirts are fine until you press them then suddenly it's shiny and I've lowered to the lowest heat that will sublimate but all of them had a press size sheen. The only way is to avoid it is to press the entire shirt first but that is time consuming and kinda defeats the purpose of the cotton texture/look. It's not as bad on whites but it looks especially bad on the colors. It's most obvious in direct sunlight. Also the blue shirts were very inconsistent with the white, larger fit and collars wonky. The red shirt stained my paper red so not sure what's going on there but doesn't seem the dye was set so I would also warn customers to wash shirts separately. This wouldn't be such a big deal if the colored shirts weren't more expensive. They are more work. My advice is stick to the white if sublimating.
Didn’t really feel listened to. I had a problem and question but I was just refunded and nothing addressed outside a refund. Would have loved some insight or guidance especially if the problem I was having was something avoidable and acknowledgment of the other issue. Just seemed rushed but I’m sure the agent just thought they were helping.

We are using white logo and text for our Biannual business. These DTFs are easy to use and have been great to customize our shirts and Landry bags for our sales events. A great way to get your name out effectively and quickly.
Actually responded to an issue with a file type. Ticket was easy to respond to and reps responded very quickly.
Tried out a few DTFs blindly. Was super happy and came back for many more.

I am thrilled that Jiffy is providing the DTF printing service. I wasn't aware of it until I looked for the shirts. It was for a bachelorette weekend so VERY IMPORTANT that they be done right. One transfer was in white, the rest in sage green. They all came out perfectly. The prints were perfect as well as the directions for ironing them on. Thank you Jiffy!

I was so excited to try JiffyShirts for an Easter project for my kids and niece that I accidentally ordered the wrong color sweatshirt for one child. Imagine... 6 year old boy VS WHITE sweatshirt. I was so bummed about needing to return/exchange. The process was super easy and the turn around time was really fast. I was super shocked to see that they actually recommended KEEPING the sweater and they refunded me.
Despite the return everything about the experience was wonderful.
Delivery time was awesome, as well! I live in a small mountain town kind of the in the middle of nowhere and one part of my order arrived less than 24 hours later

I recently made my first design, I was nervous to take it to print at a mall kiosk, I was afraid it wouldn't be good quality or say they couldn't do it.
