I run a small business and I've had 13 orders with Jiffy and about 90% of all my orders have some kind of issue. First it was sizing issues, and that got correct. But the worst is wrong colors, inconsistency of colors and moisture in the paper and in the image when I press it on a shirt. EVERYTIME I make a new order or I need to re-up on images the color is ALWAYS different. Sometimes I even have print lines in my images. I even started getting images that had a different color in the same order. I've even had a order where it as faded patches in a image. They say all there machines are on different settings etc. Then the moisture problem, since day one. The DTF sheet is FILLED with moisture bubbles after cold peal and transfers on to the shirt. The only GOOD part of this whole ordeal was Shondi. Her customer service skills are top notch. She has given me refunds, reprints, explained issues on their end. If Jiffy loses her they're done. But it just feels like I'm a guinea pig and they're just testing on me. They say they're NEW to DTF and making changes. But in the meantime test on me. I've spend about 2k with them and I'll be totally honest I might been able to use 1/4 of my orders. My reputation with my customers is tarnished because of all the delays. FIND SOMEWHERE ELSE to do DTF. Jiffy is the absolute worst. You don't want the same problems I had... EVERYTHING I'm saying is 100% accurate and welcome if they want to call me out on any of it.
UPDATE 5/8/24: They refunded me in full for my last entire order. This doesn't change how I feel about the company, but they're at least doing everything they can do make things right. Again 10X Shondi YOU'RE AMAZING!
