Ordering and choosing options was very easy. I was able to choose from different sizes and colors for everyone in our group who was ordering. There was something for everyone! I would minus. 5 a star for having different fulfillment groups but after we discovered that we just made sure to buy in either standard or what we already had in special order. The prices were amazing and hopefully the quality is good when we get our order.

I love this jacket. I had a similar one years ago and was very happy to find this replacement.
The first jacket I ordered was too big. I called to start a return process. They had me keep the too big jacket and asked me to donate it to someone in need, rather than sending it back. I loved that.
