Ordered a sheet of dtf, forgot 3, tried to add to my order but it wouldn't allow me to when it's "in process!" Bummed I had to do another order and pay shipping again! Decided to contact customer service, explained what happened, literally within a few hours, they refunded me the second shipping cost no questions asked! Absolutely love their customer service!
We are pleased with the shirts - quality, size as expected, and color. We ordered custom transfers and they turned out as expected except one set had the two lines of text cut apart on delivery. I messaged customer service and had a very quick response and replacements sent. I was pleasantly surprised how quickly and easily it was made right!
