I had ordered some transfers and when I checked the tracking it said they had been delivered, but I didnt receive them (The carrier had delivered them somewhere else) I messaged customer service and they were quick to respond and help me out. I am very happy with the experience and will be ordering again.
I've rarely had issues with Jiffy orders, but whenever I did a Jiffy team member rectified the situation at hand very quicky! I would love to see a few more coupons or free shipping, as there are times I'm only needing to order a few items. But, overall, Jiffy has been amazing to work with!
