Some of my products were damaged and when I contacted the company, they were honest in saying they had been experiencing quality control issues. They quickly issued me a refund. I would still probably purchase from them based on this customer service experience

Super quick shipping and easy ordering process. My only problem was that some of my Gildan shirts were sewn unevenly. The necks were noticeably uneven. Not Jiffy's fault but quality of product needs to be inspected once received from manufacturer.

As someone who's very picky about the quality/fit/feel of my blanks I really appreciate all the detailed information that Jiffy puts on each listing. I've been able to get some great quality sweatshirts that were exactly what I was looking for. That being said I've had some misses too. When items haven't worked for me I was able to select store credit and not have to return the blanks, which is a huge time saver for me. And now I'll be able to get more cozy sweatshirts! I won't buy my blanks anywhere else.

I'd give you all the props. The only issue I had was I ordered the wrong type of shirt but that's totally on me! It's what happens when I was in too big of a hurry. However I can still use them for smaller young girls that I sell to. So it's a win! Ordering was a breeze and fast shipping is unreal.

I think they do a wonderful job with communication and customer service if there's ever any error in the order they are quick to fix it. They have good quality work and their transfers really last a long time.

I've ordered from jiffy.com for many years and each and every order has been perfect. The communication with customer service, when I miscounted the quantity I needed was flawless, the delivery time is spot on and that quality of the items are great.

I'm new to sublimation printing on shirts and love the flexibility of getting my designs printed. The site was easy to use. The price, even with shipping (I only needed 4 designs printed) was very reasonable. The images transferred well. The best was the reaction of the gift recipients to receive a customized shirt that will wear well and not fade.

My sticker came out sick boi. I had no clue what I was doing. I just uploaded my image, set the measurements, paid and forgot about it. Few days later it arrived and they look dope AF. Colors were bright, popping, and correct. Everyone wanted one.

It was fast and easy. The shirts got to me quickly and the quality holds up really well. I bought some shirts a year ago for my sister and she said they are really holding up well. No fading or anything

I placed an order ******* on 12/11/2024 never received. Placed another order ******* charged more for the same order, received. They won't credit the original order. They sent replacement but it was 10 days to late and don't need. Obviously, you can see I paid for another order on my account. They don't return emails and keep your money. Do not use this service.

I have been ordering shirts from Jiffy for a few years. I have always loved the quality of the shirts. I only ever had issues with shirts a few times but it was always taken care of very quickly with replacements. Shipping is very fast. Most times I get my order within two days. I have never waited more than 7 days for an order. I rarely have issues with colors/sizes being out of stock. I have tried other place for shirts but have always come back to Jiffy.

I order shirts and dtf transfers for school projects, clubs, teams, etc. and they save me a ton of money compared to other sites. They always send the correct items and their DTF transfers are great as well. The newer DTF sheet works better than the older one where you had to wait for it to fully cool.

I bought a dozen hoodies for our local homeless shelter. The sale price was excellent. Low enough to make me a bit leery. But based on previous experience with Jiffy, I assumed they would be good quality. They were excellent. We got them in time for a weekend with below zero temperatures. Now they're all gone and I'm going to have to order some more!

Because of Jiffy's quick shipping, I can keep less inventory and still get my products out in time. I love ordering DTF transfers and vinyl. It's so much easier than printing yourself and weeding your own vinyl.

Placed order 6 days ago... label created & just sat there for days...finally made it to the po & it left your state...went to Indy, IN...which is good...its going in right direction.but oops.the po is sending it to West Virginia...now its going the wrong way...now delivery showing 26th...which is 2 days AFTER my customer needed the shirt. In the past you have been outstanding in shipping...but this one sucked.

Jiffy is adorable, fast and their quality of products is unmatched. Also, customer service is their priority because whenever I've had a mistake, they always fix it and promptly too. That's a major plus!

We just started using Jiffy for a new apparel line and its been amazing, so much better than drop ships as we keep more of the profits. I love that Jiffy does cart totals for their discounts versus quantity which is great for small businesses like ours.
