Very easy to navigate. Unfortunately some of the colors are out of stock that ive needed, but ive been able to find something similar in another brand and it works out great.

I have been ordering Jiffy Transfers. They are printed and "shipped" quickly but they arent beinf shipped directly with UPS. They are being dropped off at random UPS drop locations and then sitting there for days.
My clothes from out of state arrived overnight and quickly. But my transfers being shipped in state are on day 3 not moving in the same state as me.
My order was supposed to arrive on Thursday. It is now a Friday. I contacted Jiffy Shirts and UPS because I needed this order. UPS said because it has been more than 24 hours since the last scan Jiffy shirts needs to file a claim. Jiffy shirts will not file a claim. They said it hasn't been long enough. I needed this order. But because its been dropped off at a random drop location UPS doesnt even have it fully yet. Our non profit desperately needed it for this weekend.

Good but sometimes the shirts have what looks to be an oil spot stain on shirt and even after wash it doesn't come off, and most of the time I don't have the time to email for a replacement. Other than that it's always great ordering with jiffy

I ordered some glow in the dark DTF because it sounded cool. I followed the instructions provided by jiffy and had issues with the DTF adhering to the shirts. I asked for replacement items. Jiffy sent replacement shirts and DTF. The new DTF clearly came from a different printer because the film was different. Jiffy even provided instructions that were different this time around. It was still poor quality when using the different DTF and new instructions. I once again had to ask for replacement items. The next DTF sheet was the same poor quality. So, I have decided to give up on the glow in the dark DTF. I've been asking for a store credit on the glow in the dark DTF for a week or longer now. Nobody is ever available to chat. Nobody responds to emails. What is going on? This should be simple. Just give me a store credit and let me order regular DTF.

**Terrible Customer Service with Jiffy Shirts**
As a professional business owner, I rely on timely deliveries to meet my clients' expectations. Unfortunately, Jiffy Shirts has repeatedly let me down with their delayed and inconsistent shipping dates, costing me both clients and money. It's incredibly frustrating that despite being a business, they can't provide accurate timelines for order fulfillment, and this has happened on more than one occasion.
What's worse is their lack of accessible customer service. There's no way to speak to anyone directly, and the only response they offer is an unacceptable blanket statement about not being able to guarantee shipping times. When I give my customers a date, I make sure to stick to it – something Jiffy Shirts clearly doesn't prioritize. I will not be using their services again not that they seem to care. The last update I received was that it would be delivered Wednesday and I still haven't received my order.

I ordered 30+ dtf prints for tshirts from Jiffy. The website was easy to use. The order shipped and arrived within days. When I received the order, the colors and graphics looked great, exactly like the pictures. I did have an issue with the quality of a couple of the prints but I contacted customer service and they were very quick to respond and friendly, resolved my issues the same day. Overall good experience and will be ordering again.

These transfers are amazing and so reasonably priced. The shipping is a bit misleading - it always takes longer than they estimate, but the product is great. Wish the shirts shipped free with the transfers - there's a seperate fee for those for whatever reason.

I specifically ordered from Jiffy due to the delivery time. When I ordered on a weekend it said delivery would be Wednesday. My order wasn't shipped until the morning it was supposed to be delivered. It was then shipped standard resulting in me receiving it Friday- the day my project had to be done causing significant stress and almost resulting in me having to cancel the project altogether. If your gonna ship late at least make an effort to get it to the customer faster.
