My t-shirts arrived much quicker that expected and were fine. The only problem I had was finding men's v-necks in the color I wanted, but I encounter that frequently with other companies as well. Other than, it was good

I'm a t shirt decorator & I order shirts along with transfers as orders come in through my business. I was on a deadline with a customers order as the shirts were for a community event on a set date. My shipment of shirts arrived, then a few days later the transfers arrived (from a different source), I opened the box of shirts from jiffy to discover it wasn't my order at all. None of the contents were mine & it even had a packing slip inside with the name of the business who's shirts I received. I hopped on the computer & submitted an inquiry via jiffy's website. Within 24 hours was replied to & promptly received my correct order a day or two later. Thankfully jiffy was ontop of their customer service & saved my order from being late! I was really stressing & kicking myself in the butt for not opening the box from jiffy the day it came in but was super reassured when customer service replied promptly
Jiffy is my main shirt supplier due to the free shipping for orders $59+. Most other places are $200+ for free shipping & my orders arn’t always that big. Shipping is also really fast, I usually have my package 2-3 days after placing the order

I actually just found Jiffy on a wimp and so glad I took the leap of faith and ordered it. Got a 12 shirts and a few hoodies - literally came so fast. Quality was as expected, perfect :) About to place another order right now.

We had an issue with the iron decal we sent in and when we received the order it was not what we expected. Jiffy told us how to fix the issue, refunded the order and we reordered the items and they came out great.

I can always count on Jiffy to have an excellent selection of apparel at reasonable prices. Shipping is also fast and on time.
I needed a certain style of shirt for work in various colors. Everywhere else I shopped only had one or two colors available in my size, and not the colors I wanted. Jiffy had just about every color imaginable and at a reasonable price. Since I needed several shirts, this was the perfect solution to add to my work wardrobe. I even ordered more than I needed in other colors to wear at home.

I had an issue with ups losing my package and my customer service representative Dorian made sure I got a replacement so quickly. He had my replacement packed, shipped and out for delivery in 2 days. Superb customer service!
Excellent response time- Dorian solved my issue in just a few emails. Offering replacement for my package that was lost in ups transit. I had 75 dtf transfers lost and he had them replaced, packed and out for delivery in 2 days.

We received transfers in the wrong color. Ainsley was AWESOME and fixed the issue right away. She was swift, kind, and I will continue to use Jiffy because of the amazing customer service she provided!

I have been ordering from jiffy for a few years now and the service is always A1. This last time o order and the exceeded my expectations and my order came in much earlier than expected. I love it here

This is the second time Jiffy has failed on their shipping. On my first order, they notified me that the item was delivered. But, it was not in my location. They gave an amount of $10.00 as a compensation. The next day, the item was delivered correctly.
On my second order, it happened again. I got a notification that the item was returned to the sender. The next day, it was returned to the sender again. And, the funny thing was the items were delivered to two different cities.
I requested a refund. I got irate when Adam/Allan advised me that I should choose a different address or UPS drop-off location to avoid this situation from happening again.
How about improving your shipping service? Jiffy is the only brand/company that cannot deliver right to my doorstep. Ironic.
Instead of improving their shipping service, Allan/Adam advised me to change my shipping address or choose a UPS drop-off location to quickly ship my items.
I thought they would provide quick shipping. But, I was wrong.

I have ordered transfers a couple times from y'all but this time I was not satisfied. I was trying to make shirts for this past weekend games for my kids and all the prints I got were the wrong way. If I would have pressed them they all would have been backwards like they were mirrored. I haven't had that issue before but it was not pleasant epically when I needed them done. I had reached out my complaint the same day I got my order and the day after and I still haven't heard anything. That was on the 27th of aug.
I haven’t heard back.. I sat on the chat for hours waiting to speak to someone and then it kicked me off and I never heard anything. I emailed and sent a customer claim and haven’t heard anything.
