Always nice and easy but I do wish there were loyalty rewards or more coupons because the "bulk discount," is garbage.
Because it had the color I needed for Gildan soft style, I usually go to Aviva Wholesale, their prices, teacher discount and loyalty rewards are better.

I placed an order for a shirt and paid expedited shipping for it to get here in time. When I got my delivery I received two tote bags. I contacted customer service and sat in a queue starting at 30 and whenever it got down to position 9 the key would start all over again and I would be put back in position 30. This happened three times. A waste of over an hour of my time. When customer service did get back to me they stated they would look at my issue the next day which would be a Saturday. I reached out again that Saturday morning asked if they could please send me what I ordered overnight as it was needed for a customer. I received a response that someone would get to me as soon as possible. My item was shipped Monday and I might get it by Tuesday or Wednesday. I requested some type of compensation for the inconvenience that it's caused me and for the extra money I paid for expediting... Crickets. There's a reason why there's no phone number to call. They simply don't care.
