Ordering from Jiffy is too easy. Set up an account (not required), but it makes ordering in the future so much more effortless. There's nothing trivial about creating your order. It's easy to reference past orders in case you forgot what type of shirt you purchased and really liked in the past.
I’ve been purchasing from Jiffy for close to a decade. They have so much to choose from and prices are affordable. Free 2-3 day shipping on purchases over $59 is a no brainer. Shipping costs are still reasonable if you don’t reach the minimum purchase price. This is better than paying retail for limited shirt selection offerings at a most retail stores. Also, you can custom tailor your order by mixing and matching colors and sizes….just can’t beat that for the cost.

My order was delivered to the wrong address(and I never received it). Once I contacted Customer Service, not only did they immediately replace my order. The second time it was also delivered to the wrong address, but luckily, it was the building next door. Esther, at Customer Service, then sent me a $10 refund on my order(for all the delays and inconveniences). I’m behind happy with the response that I got from Jiffy.

All items we order from Jiffy arrive in less than a week, which allows me great turn around time for my customers orders! If they ever pack an order wrong their Customer Service department is very easy to get in touch with and always makes sure my order is fixed right away, this error very rarely happens but the few times it does happen they make sure to fix it in a timely manner.
We had a large order of shirts and once the order arrived we noticed we were short 1 item, we contacted Customer Service right away to inform them of our issue and they were very friendly and easy to talk to, they shipped our missing item right away and it arrived within 2 days. Best Customer Service I could ask for when running a business.
