So I bought a large order of jiffy transfers just the basic one. I ordered 90 it said expected delivery date was going to be June 3 but they actually arrived on June 1 which was the day after my purchase. They are definitely a good quality. I used them to press onto Canvas Totes and also on Polyester Drawstring Bags. Both turned out excellent.

Overall my experience was very positive. The shirts I wanted were in stock and shipped fast. They are excellent quality and I'm very happy with them. The only issue was the shopping cart software, which could use some work to make it a bit more user friendly.

The shopping cart software could use some work. Like why doesn't the checkout process populate the name and address fields for the account? Or at least give me an error telling me I have to do that to the account before I can start checking out? So I'm not just sitting there looking at a grayed out checkout button wondering why I can't check out!

UPDATE:
Jiffy contacted me and sent replacement prints. Took several more days. Prints were marginally better but still grainy and banded throughout prints. They did issue a refund along with an explanation that they were new to DTF printing and hitting roadblocks (see screenshot), offered a DTF Pro Color print option for better results. That says to me they are knowingly sending out poor quality that could be better and then want you to pay more for a quality print. Shouldn't be offering nationwide printing if this is the case.
ORIGINAL REVIEW:
Can't give negative stars so one star will have to do. My DTF printer went down. Came across Jiffy in online search looked to have good product/pricing/turnaround time... NOT the case for me. My 12" wide@ 300 dpi PNG file wasn't good enough, so I reworked art in Photoshop to be the 24" wide file requested online. Received the package when I was supposed to, opened it and was immediately disappointed by the low resolution print quality which was very grainy and had print lines through every print. One was on the edge about 1/4" away from edge and was scratched and smeared a bit. Sent a request for reprint and have heard NOTHING from them in over 72 hours. Log in to check status and see order items are now marked as non-returnable. Sad that my desktop DTF printer is capable of better print quality than a national printer. Save your money, DO NOT BUY FROM HERE if you want your quality to speak to your customers.
Tip for consumers:
NO customer service contact in 72 hours, bad product/service. Avoid this company.

I have been using jiffy shirts for a while now. This last order was the first time I had an order delayed. I kept checking the tracking number with no updates and it was a holiday weekend so I emailed them to find out what was going on since it was a week since I placed my order and no update. Tyler responded to me let me know they thought the order may of gotten lost with ups and sent a new order out to be received the next day. I got it that next day was so relieved and he was super helpful!

I ha e been ordering my supplies exclusively from jiffy for over a year. My orders are almost always correct. No fear if something is counted wrong because jiffy always and quickly makes it right! Jiffy honors their business and also helps when certain products are not always to par. Their service is exceptional.
