I absolutely love this site. I make a lot of shirts and the shirts I always order are the best quality and so soft and comfortable. I especially love the new feature where you can order your prints through them. The colors are perfect and it is such an easy process. It is so much easier than weeding out iron on and trying to layer colors for them to end up peeling off after a few washes.

While preparing for our Earth Day celebration, which involved all of our students and staff tie-dying t shirts, we discovered that we needed a quantity of shirts fast. I'm a sewist and make 100's of items in my home studio each week. Recently I decided to start using vintage materials to applique the shape of different states on to sweatshirts. I've never had to buy blanks before and my first experience here with Jiffy shirts has been so lovely. The shipping is SO FAST and I actually had to do a return for the first time recently (because the color I picked didn't match) and that process was really simple and fast too. I have been so happy working with them.

I got sent 3 of the wrong color sweatshirts, I emailed them and they got back to me right away saying they would ship out the correct ones and to not worry about the other ones that were sent to me. This is top tier customer service! I love Jiffy shirts

Jiffy shirts has been super to work with so far. I've done a couple of small orders, and the turnaround time is always great. I found an item to be missing from one order, and they made it right very easily and right away.
When I realized that an item was missing from an order, it was very easy to submit a claim, and have it taken care of.

We placed two different order at different times and Jiffy was amazing! We ordered hoodies for our students and wanted to put designs on them. Our first order came when we were at Spring Break and UPS returned them, in which we notified Jiffy and they were gracious enough to resend them back to us free of charge. Our second order went smooth as glass.

I was sent a shirt with a hole in it using the rush shipping seeing that I needed it by a certain date. I was only refunded $3.25 for the shirt. What company doesn't refund the shipping if the only item shipped is damaged? Jiffy just keeps getting worse.
They have ignored my now 4 emails within a week

I've been using jiffy for years but I've had multiple issues with warehouse shipping in the past few months. 3 in the past month to be exact. Consider other options on where to buy as well because you will definitely have late orders and shipping issues. As I received another order and items were missing. The customer care doesn't seem to care much either. Just go elsewhere because it's just getting worse and worse.

Website was easy to navigate and order. Delivery was quick and shirts are of a good quality. Haven't washed them yet, so I cannot comment on that part. I used Siser Easy Iron on and it stuck nicely to these shirts. Will definitely order again from Jiffy Shirts.

Every single shirt has some yellow tinge to it when pressed. I'm so upset. I had to go out and buy local shirts that were twice as expensive. I made no profit whatsoever. I'm sick of these vendors not being more careful.

Considering the crazy supply chain issues everyone is having, Jiffy does a great job of keeping us informed when items come back in stock. Items ship quickly, no one can fault Jiffy is the carrier experiences a delay, that's out of their hands. On the rare occasion that I need customer service, they are super quick to respond and correct the issue. Pricing has remained fair and allowed us small shops to stay open.
