I needed some shirts and a specific color hoodie. Jiffy shirts had exactly what I needed and shipped quickly. I was so pleased with everything I placed another order the next week.
I forgot an item and reached out if they could put it in the previous order.
Has great variety in all types of tee shirts and hoodies that I need.

Easy to use on my own time. So far I've only not gotten my order one time once, it got delayed a day which would have been the carriers fault.
I contacted customer service because I placed a $400 order and missed a shirt. They said they couldn't add it to my order but offered me a free shipping code to use!
I personally hate that I can't call and speak to anyone. Im too busy to wait on chats, I am usually multitasking and the chat cuts off because I dont hear a reply. That is annoying, but when I do get someone they are always very helpful! If there were a phone number I could just plug in my earbud and wait on hold. It would be better!

Had a bit of confusion with checkout--took a while to figure out I had to enter my zip code in the box to check on delivery date before the checkout box was clickable.
